Its a great place to live, very private! from the outside streets, if you need to enter the mobile home park, you need to go through security! to enter this location, you must have a validated ID, to enter here.

Nice place to live rent is kinda high. They have a big club house where you can throw party’s they have a pool they clean it daily and they also have security they also petrol

I dont like talk to the security guys they are mean. When you are someone visitor need to be more respectful

Good security, both day and night and at entrance and as patrol. They have A LOT of speed bumps, which helps keep vehicles from speeding. Kids are always playing and riding bikes which makes gives the place a homely atmosphere. They also have guys that drive around on gulf carts cleaning up the place. A nice common area at the center of the park, with grassy picnic area, pool and a small hall where they hold Zumba classes among other things. By far the best mobile home park in the long beach area.

They need to check the people living there. Some fat guy called the cops on me last time cause I was playing basketball.

There is great security the mangers are wonderful and I would recommend this place to everyone who reads this and you wont regret living here not just that but youll be proud to call Vill Park your home

This is an awesome park. Has a skatepark and plenty of space to run and exercise.

Horrible place to live mananager is wack. The residents are cool. But the people that work there are disrespectful and rude. Theres one name Orosco harasses all the women who live in the park. This was my home for almost ten years. So i know my facts. Rent is up the sky and they just keep on increasing it.

We had a gathering there on Saturday its a nice quit place good environment.

I went to a party there at the recreational center hall it was good but very little parking.

There are FOUR dogs in this complex that never stop barking. The management refuses to do anything about it, and we have been calling for two years. If you ever want to sleep or get anything done while youre at home, dont live here. Its non-stop.

This park is dirty and complicated to enter, my elderly mother lives here and is comfortable with the surroundings because she is close in proximity to other family members but its a disgrace, that homeless ppl with chickens and roosters live up under the bridge and flood control and are loud and disrespectful for others.

People have no respect for the school bus

This place needs lots of work, it looks so rundown . They do have a security guard who looks suspect himself. Do not go there unless you have too....

If u live there the u will have happy and funny memories

Its really sad how Martha treated me and took illegal actions to evict me. Im posting this as a review so she and other residents reads this and understands what she is doing is wrong. First and for most if youre going to evict me do it the right way, take me too court and have court order from a judge stating I can no longer live w my family because my dad is a home owner Im just a resident. As a resident I have the right to a hearing in front of a judge before the owner(Martha Sandoval) can evict me, also when u take me to court I have the right to ask a judge to hold off on evicting me until I find another place, since u dont care or understand I am still 19teen. A teen working ass a safety inspector for a logistic warehouse(company not to mention). This Is a really serious case because Martha went off security report and has no proof. You just hired a lawyer and threaten/harassed me to be evicted with out court order. In that notice Ill be waiting for court date and all the evidence supporting why you are trying to evict me.

Didnt come here just passing through but the place looks very lovely for mobile homes.

My family has been living here for more than two decades and Ive got to say that the securities and the supervisors are the worst. On the cellphones all day, either on the booth or while driving and patrolling. No respect for the residents. Had a supervisor use an aggressive tone on a family member over the speed limit. Really mature and professional of them.They are csi security that we, the people of this community are paying for monthly, and to be treated in this poor manner?They target nothing else but vehicles that are parked out side of a home for a couple of minutes. They will have your car towed after 2 warnings when it should be after 3.We definitely need to over throw this unprofessional conduct of work and hire a new set of workers.Many people have been complaining to the security booth, the security in prerson, and the main office.One has even been assaulted due to harassing residents about the parking..Think twice before choosing to live here, if i could i would give this review a zero star. This management has been the worse from any other owner that has been with in villa park. Hoping things will change but for the mean time will be seeking legal action against csi security and villa park employees.

This place is horrible! They are so strict and so anti-guest!! They issue tickets if you get three then youre car can get towed!! horrible place to live and visit. If a guest is there after midnight even 1am they then have to get an overnight pass if they dont then they might get a ticket and get towed...but you can only get one overnight pass per week.This is so absurd! I completely agree with the first post the manager Margaret Pineda is so so rude! I called the management company Les Frame management and they could care less. This place doesnt care about its residents!
