Only visited but seems quaint. A small place, easy to miss entrance.Only negative is theres no place to easily turn around so you have to back out. Luckily street isnt busy. I was driving a small SUV.

Nice Place. The manager, Deborah, treats everyone with respect that is respectful toward her. Treat her in a negative way and you get negativity back at you. Why dont you good people start being nice to one another and you will have a whole new world open up for you. Life is way too short for all these negative vibes.

I wish that the park had space available. I would gladly move my trailer to this location which is clean, quiet and well managed.

Very nice quiet place. The manager Deborah is a great host, very helpful. Its a very clean park. I like that they have a rec room with amenities that are avail to all the residents incl. an oven for those of us with small trailers that dont have one. In case you want a pizza or whatever. Prices are very good compared to others Ive been to.

Park managers Deborah and her husband Manuel are as nasty as you can get. Customer service is less than 0. i have filed a police report against Manuel for harassing me at 9pm while he was drunk threatening to physically attack me and my client who came by to work on his video. Park rules apply to some and not to all. There are under 55 year old residents living here, so its not a senior park. Dog rules apply to some residents but not all. Grounds are unkept and filthy. Massive leaves left to rot everywhere. Some nice residents here, but they stick to themselves for fear of upsetting management. All residents walk on egg shells. Deborah is nasty and vicious to me and other customers as well, check out all the bad reviews. They are true. i was hoping that they werent when i moved here, unfortunately they are. The only amenities here are 4 washer/dryers that are locked up at 6pm daily. The neighborhood is very sketchy too. Lots of breakins and stolen vehicles, Not worth your good money. There are other RV parks nearby.

The prices are good and the manager is reasonable, the place is taken care of, well maintained. No pool. Has washer dryer, showers and bathroom for men and women. Normal hookups for Rv, power water and sewage. A few spots for a 40 feet vehicles, and more for smaller. Some long term people stay here and some short term. If you call 9-1-1 for any issues the police are one block away.

I love the nicely manicured yards and the laundry facilities and so far I havent found 1 thing I dont love about it

Not worth the money it costs to stay. There is a small clubhouse with nothing inside. No pool or anything else for that matter. A Musty smelling shower room but there is 4 washers and dryers. Worst of all is a tyrant of a park manager who is hated by everyone and knows it but doesnt understand why. It didnt take us long to find out why she is so hated.

I have stayed there from 10/17 - 3/18. Residents and guests are harassed, discriminated against , bullied, spied on and their lives threatened by park managers. Several have filed complaints with the Department of Employment and Fair Housing, the ADA and HUD. Many residents live in fear and are stuck there because they cannot afford to move their mobile home. This park needs to be condemn due to management.

Place is a dump no parking Canyon and park inside too nosey had a hard time parking my RV the residents are not friendly
