This is a great little Park clean no BS managed well reasonably priced high percentage of out-of-town contractors everyone takes care of their spot friendly love it . There is a nice and sincere sense of community rare thing these days.I have zero complaints about this place so if you need a place to stay while working the refineries shut downs. this is the place

The park is in a bad area of town, but its behind a secured gate. Nice laundry facilities. The people inside the park are nice & quiet, but the surrounding interstate and housing can be very loud, at times, no matter where you are parked. The spots are very very close and tight to get in and out of. Miss Doris and Martine are super nice and helpful! We would stay here, again

I went there to visit for a bbq, due to completing a project at Chevron in El Segundo, California. Everything was good at the bbq except right whenever we were leaving. Some elderly, white lady pulled up right next to us as we were walking to the vehicle, with an attitude and grumpy. Asking who was parked at the wash station and saying that it wasnt a proper parking space. But there wasnt any NO PARKING signs. Did not even introduce herself.

I enjoyed it I loved it only because it was quiet it was clean meat and every time I spent there it was great quality time with a person I love enjoying I just simply love enjoy spending time with that person so no matter where Im at with that person its Top Notch rated 10

I lived at this park for thr better part of 22 years, as well as worked there. I was kicked out brcsyse the owner said I was a hoarder. No, the managet told the 2 maintinance workets to throw everything including things that were not mine in mu hatage. The manager said she was givinilmg me the trailer since we lived together20 yrsbut 2 days before xmas she gave the trailer to the ownerI am a vietnam vet a.nd I am homeless thanks to the crooked people who think they are God.

Decent place to stay, good rates. Place is gated, little to no issues in the nearly 2 years my bus was set up here. Someone i worked with had a bicycle come up missing. I had NO issues with any packages delivered coming up missing. Only bad thing i will say, there are TOO MANY CATS running around loose, otherwise Id give it 5 stars. Oh......also, being that this place is in LA basically......the power grid sucks, but thats not the Parks fault. Had to run a step up transformer because the A/C would kick the circuit in the summer time if I didnt.

Doris is the manager, retired Marine. Stayed here 4 months. Loved it. Very peaceful and friendly. No complaints. She treats everyone the same. Affordable.

Nice safe place to stay, gated, great manager, clean, nice laundry room.A lot of working people call this place home.
