Trashy. There are some good people there, but a lot of the ones on the 1st Street row are ignorant, trashy and inconsiderate. Ive seen some illegal things going on and people just living knee deep in garbage. Ruins what could have been a nice area.

I was going to rent a small space to park my home on wheels, yet the manager did not want to issue a receipt when I gave her the deposit. She did not give me a receipt for the credit check report or a copy. My deposit was refunded, immediately.I am not very happy how this place​ conducted business with me.I am going to the beach to see how much and how it is to rent a space.

Mmmmm where do I begin...there are so many bad things I can say about this place and very few good things to say so I will simply say if you are looking for anything to do with illegal activities then this is the perfect place to visit. Its a wonderland of debauchery. The restaurant Tacos Guadalajara nextdoor is f-ing great and I do believe everyone should eat there at least once. Id go with the super fries.

Dont rent a space there. It is not friendly nor safe for kids. Lived their and my neighbors were addicts and majority of the people there. Along with others.

Good friends I can trust safe place to lay your head when your tired safe for kids and old men too good stores and places to eat close by good. Area to look for A HOME.

Its a place where Jethro and Michelle Simmons gave me a place to stay and I am thankful and I appreciate everything thing they have done for me. Oh and the manager...smile..,she is HOT!!!!

This mobile home park consists of 100 + spaces for rent at $650.00 per month but as of January 01, 2018, this rental amount will increase to $700.00 per month. There are five lanes 1 through 5, the first lane is reserved for motor homes. Travel trailers, fifth wheels, etc... There is a laundry room containing several coin operated washers and dryers. This mobile home park is located within one mile of the 710 and 91 freeways and approximately one and one half miles of the 405 freeway.

Its a mysterious place to live I love this place.OMBG the bomb!!!
