A nice variety of resources. 3 pools - laps, therapy, and 1 just for fun. Stationary bikes, a running track, weights, gym equipment, etc.

The facility is overall pretty nice. The process of getting signed up too entirely too long though. We were at the front desk for over 30 minutes. This process definitely needs to be streamlined. The gym is very clean and well maintained. It is never so busy that you’re waiting to use machines.

Foothills Parks and recreation as many wonderful locations. My favorite is the Peak which is where I go for Pilates for MS. The Ridge nearby has wonderful pools

Great, non crowded weight room and plenty of private rooms for personal training or physical therapy. Very cheap as well.

Love working out here. The equipment is always in great working order. The staff are friendly. Just wish longer hours on the weekend.

This is where we did therapy for my solid knee replacement. For know I work out there at night. Its a good place to go yo relieve stress.

Great place to rip n run. They have a kids drop in care while you get swollen on the weights. Check this gem, no bras ruining the vibe like at a 24 or lifetime fitness...
