If I could give zero stars - that would be my review. After supporting this district as a non-resident through 4+ years of soccer and hockey, they are removing our boys hockey association with no clear reasoning. It has been devastating for our family. Explaining to your 10 year old that the Director just doesnt like you and that another team gets to take over because they have more money has been a hard lesson over the past 6 weeks.

Pools at LG really cold all the time so is the air not fun to swim there anymore. No wonder there is no one in that pool. It really could be better used if it was warmer for the older population and little swim team kids that go there.

The Foothills Parks and Recreation director is famous for making shady, back-alley deals that detrimentally impact the Foothills community, especially our children; but instead benefit residents of other districts. Don’t be surprised when your child’s recreation soccer, baseball, basketball, swimming, ... team is no longer allowed to use their own Foothill’s facilities.

If it were possible for any government to be worse than them it would be hard believe. They signed a 10 year deal to give away tax payer facilities to a non district entity. This was done in a non competitive process with no verification or consultation with the paying in district organization who grew them for 25 years. They do not have the interests of the community in mind. The director should be fired immediately. This is gross mismanagement.

Great facilities for general rec center uses. Horrible daycare/preschool center. Our experience with Brenda was great. She was caring and attentive to our sons needs. However you are only as strong as your weakest link. Jonah the director of the child care programs is a liar and will do anything it takes to disenroll a child for being a child. Some of their staff is following in his footsteps too. It’s to bad there are people like him in the childcare industry especially in a leadership role as he is. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere for childcare.

People in Colorado are so spoiled when it comes to these rec centers. Nothing like this exists anywhere else in country and its available to the community at such a low cost. When my family comes to visit from out of state, they cant believe that we can all go to a heated 90 degree leisure pool with slides, a lazy river, and another huge lap pool for only 13 dollars for the whole family! Not to mention gymnastics, pottery, dance, ice skating, fitness, you name it. These city wide rec centers are a true treasure to Colorado and certainly not overpriced.

All the facilities are well-maintained, staff are friendly, and responsive. Our experiences include Lilley Gulch for toddler gymnastics & a preschool pre-registration tour, on-going conversations with the Lilley Gulch preschool director, swimming lessons and use of swimming facilities at The Ridge, Pilates classes at The Peak, and use of The Peaks workout facilities. People who use the facilities are very nice and contribute to the sense of community. All of the facilities are busy! Shout out, Jeffco!

I love the ridge sooo much!! Great place to swim, ball, work out, and many more... as a basketball player I suggest the ridge for anybody that wants to ball and then go lift.

Hine lake ...A very peaceful park with a playground for little ones, a lake for fishing, sand volleyball, tennis, and gazebos for a picnic. Nice!

Nice golf course. Bar and grill were great

Alright time area had alot of trash but other than that it was a good spot to hang

Geri Young cancelled last minute for a personal training appointment, within a half an hour of the appointment. She didnt even take the time to call herself. It was very impersonal and rude. I would never recommend using Geri Young as a personal trainer here, unless you like not being treated like a paying customer.

Foothills Masters Swim Team is great. Great coaching staff and fantastic group of swimmers.

Good family friendly place.

Love the rec center.Just way too overpriced.Memebership fees should be included for us who live in district since we do pay taxes.
