Im a green belt at Colorado Taekwondo Institute and my experience so far has been great. The instructors are supportive and knowledgeable and we are held to challenging expectations but given lots of support along the way. CTI has helped me make new friends and helped with my focus in school as well as other parts of my life.

Classes were very engaging and resulted in an excellent workout. This institute has a great environment and is accepting of everyone, also providing individualized attention. I enjoyed the pace of the classes and being able to demonstrate what I have learned helped solidify my understanding and technique.

This Taekwondo location has a great team that constantly works hard and provides excellent communication with the students and parents.My kiddo has had a tremendous boost in self-esteem and life skills since joining about 8 months ago. We cant say enough about the professionalism of this team, especially the Sautel sisters.Simply put, this place rocks. I really love this place and always look forward going to each class! They teach you the importance of addressing others as sir or maam. They also teach you the meaning of Ho-shin which means self control before self defense. I have been to this school for 4 years and dont regret it. The teachers are highly-trained in what they do. I appreciate that they send me personal messages that keep me motivated. Our son had been going for 5 years now. The instructors are all very nice and supportive! The skills and confidence he has gained are great life skills. He is currently 9 with the goal of becoming a black belt in a few years.

We have been really impressed how our Son is so focused in class. He really enjoys going to class and it has taught him a lot of new skills. Our son started when he was 4 1/2 years old. 5 years later he is a brown belt and has gained so many life skills as a part of Taekwondo. The instructors are all great and so good with all ages. The discipline, self control, and self defense he is learning is priceless.

All I expected was a good workout and some self defense skills. Wow, did I ever under-estimate! This school fosters a culture of self discipline in every aspect of ones life. I am now well into my 3rd year with Colorado Taekwondo Institute. I am extremely happy with my progress. I am constantly challenged to be a better athlete, a better thinker, a better person. The Colorado Taekwondo Institute is the best thing Ive ever participated in. It has benefited me not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. The CTI is more than just a martial arts school, it is a community, a family. My son has been doing Taekwondo since January of this year through the after school program and we absolutely love it. He has learned a lot about himself and I continue to see him grow in this program. we started this summer taking classed at the studio as well as doing the afterschool program.Everyone is so helpful and nice helping and encouraging through every step of this journey.We love this place!!

What I like about the school here are working out, meeting new people, and helping out in the class.The first thing I like about the school here is working out in class. When I work out, I get stronger and healthier. When I do jumping jacks, I can do more jumping jacks than I can count. When I stretch, I can become more flexible. Also, it makes my stomach muscles stronger.The next thing I like about the school here is meeting new people. I always had a fear of meeting new people, but once you get to know them more, you become best friends. You also get to help them when they need it.The last thing I like about the school here is helping out in class. As a red belt, you can assist in class when the instructor needs it. When you have one on one time with other students, it give you practice on being a black belt.When I can work out, meeting new people, and help out in class at the school, these are the things I like to do in class and what I like about the school.

I was hesitant when my 9 year old daughter asked to take Taekwondo because she isn’t the most natural athlete and didn’t have a lot of confidence in herself physically, but I was also hopeful. Wow! CTI Littleton has been amazing for her! Her instructors, and the program in general, have helped her become stronger and more self assured physically. I have also seen a dramatic growth in her confidence overall. Her instructors acknowledge her dedication to hard work and nurture that drive in her versus focusing only on her accomplishments. She recently competed in her first tournament and was glowing with excitement when it was done. I would recommend this program to anyone, especially older kids who want to start but are afraid it’s too late.

I started taekwondo about 6 years ago and I have loved it ever since. It gives me enough exercise, and does it in a useful manner. They take a scientific approach to self defense, and make the students earn each belt. It has a very family friendly atmosphere, students being allowed to start at two years old. The Colorado Taekwondo Institute is a great experience. I have been doing martial arts with the CTI for 13 years, and they always keep it different and very fun. All the instructors are highly trained and they teach you respect, self control, and many other things. This organization has impacted my life a lot, and it is such a great activity to do with your family. I do it with my mom, dad, sisters, brother, and cousins. I would not be the person who I am today without what this organization has taught me.

My three year old son joined the school almost six months ago and he absolutely loves it! As a parent, I love his instructor and the structure of the classes. I was a little worried about him starting at his age, but his instructor is absolutely incredible and patient with his age group.My son always talks about his classes with our family. Another aspect that love is that they give each student tasks to complete (homework) outside of class. My hope is that he can use the skills he has learned at the school in his every day life and at school.I would highly recommend this location and school for anyone who is interested in having their child join Taekwondo!

When I joined MSK Taekwondo I was shy and never talked to anyone. Since I have joined it has given me the confidence to talk to people and to look up and not down all the time. The Colorado Taekwondo Institute is a wonderful, supportive second family. I was looking for a place that would help encourage, empower and enable my son with not only the ability to stand up for himself but to do so in a respectful manner. After dealing with some extreme bullying in kindergarten ( yes kindergarten) I saw that the school was going to offer taekwondo classes after school. I researched CTI and was pleasantly surprised, it sounded like exactly what I had been looking for. I signed him up immediately and have never looked back.His instructors are kind and understanding, yet they are also firm in their expectations and hold the kids accountable for their actions. They are a wonderful resource and an integral part of the village it takes to raise a child.My son is now confident he can handle any situation that comes his way. He looks forward to his classes and becoming a black belt by the time he turns 12.

I got into Taekwondo just shy of entering middle age. It has helped me shed pounds, build a lot of confidence, and most likely avoid what should have been my first heart attack. It has also improved my coordination and enhanced my professional demeanor at work, making me a much more effective classroom teacher in the process. I first started practicing at the Littleton campus because it was close to my work at the time and now I still make the drive to get out here so I can continue working with my instructors and the friends I have made over the last few years.

I get to participate in four tournaments per year that involve the students at all five Denver area campuses plus the Craig, Colorado campus. We have two national events per year including one that happens in Colorado over the summer. I have had the honor of training with world renowned Martial Artists at these national events. We host several seminars during the year that are led by the founder of Colorado Taekwondo Institute, Grand Master James M. Sautel, 7th degree Black Belt. We also offer two week-long day camps for our younger students. One happens over the summer and one over the Christmas holiday. At the Black Belt level, the Colorado Taekwondo Institute offers opportunities to travel internationally to train and compete as a group.The Colorado Taekwondo Institute has something for anyone who wishes to train their body, mind and spirit. Taekwondo has been a huge part of my life since I was two years old. It has helped me build up self-confidence in all areas of my life, including my schooling and education. Without all of the help from the instructors and fellow students at CTI I would not be as successful as I am now. All of the people are respectful and polite to fellow students and parents which creates a prime learning environment for all ages. What a great school and experience this has been for me. I started Taekwondo classes when I was 8 years old with Master John Sautel. At the time, I wanted to be like the Karate Kid. My parents recognized the benefits frlm the classes (respect, discipline, and for me, especially the confidence). So it was a win-win situation.Fast forward a few years and there is so much much the classes have taught me and its been an awesome experience. It taught me to work hard when I was a kid. It gave me a group of good friends to hangout with and train with through my teenage years. And now as an adult, the benefits have taught me so much and given me a great boost in all aspects of my life.If youre looking for martial arts classes, whether its for a toddler, kid, teen or an adult, I highly recommend the Colorado Taekwondo Institute!

My son has been at CTI, Littleton campus for about 4 years. His level of participation has fluctuated being involved with other activities as well, but we have stayed because it has been such a great experience. The program and the people have made all the difference! The physical instruction is age appropriately intense without being overly competitive. The emphasis on discipline is in perfect proportion. The character development that is discussed in class and followed up with the monthly homework is right on the money. I can’t say enough about CTI, Littleton. I really appreciate the flexibility of the schedule and the well-run tournaments. The best part, however, is the instructors. They genuinely care about each kid. CTI is the best martial arts instruction for adults and children. The quality of the instructors is top notch. Very positive and structured approach with a family friendly environment. They are caring and focused on the student and their ability. Students work hard but their skills develop quickly thanks to the quality instruction. You will see concentration and school grades improve. Even school teachers have commented that they can tell when a child is enrolled in the CTI program. I have been a member of CTI for several decades. I love the Littleton Campus! It is a great place for all ages to train. They focus on educational and holistic training, not just kicking and punching (although they are really good at that too!). I love all of the staff. They also have a beautiful space with wonderful custom built floors. Littleton CTI is absolutely the best and safest place anyone could train.

Ive been doing taekwondo for about 5 years now and it has truly been an amazing experience. My two daughters and I have been involved for over 3 years now at the Colorado Taekwondo Institute and couldnt be more pleased with the program and the results that come with it. The instructors are always very positive and motivating and always very professional. My mental as well as my physical stamina has improved greatly. My girls have overcome their timid nature and are brave to try new (positive) things and make friends easily. I have noticed that they participate in school more. One daughter has talked about overcoming her fears and went down the big slide at the pool and even tried rock climbing, a big deal for a 6 year old. The things we learn at CTI carry over into all aspects of our lives. My other daughter says she is looking forward to her black belt which with her hard work and dedication and the encouragement from her instructors, I have no doubt she can accomplish just that.

I started taekwondo classes at the Colorado Taekwondo Institute when I was 12 years old. After a year of playground fights and bullying, my mother thought it was time to give me some help. The confidence and control I learned at CTI kept me from ever getting into another fight.Now, years after I first started, I have the confidence to stand up for myself when required, and the good sense and control to keep quiet when required. CTI helped me learn how to push through tasks, and played an integral part in obtaining my Ph.D., by teaching me how to keep pushing, even when the going gets rough.I would heartily recommend classes here to anyone with the desire to improve themselves physically and mentally.

This school has many very strong and helpful upper belts and black belts who serve the newer students to help them learn and understand taekwondo. This school is also excellent because of all the special events that we have, which really helps to become even better.

I am 48 and I am feel that I am in the best shape I have been in a long time. The instructors are very professional and patient. I have been attending CTI Littleton campus since the beginning of the summer 2016. They are a fantastic group of people, dedicated to family, community, and leadership through Moo Sul Kwan martial arts. We have two other children also attending at CTI Littleton. I was looking for a new way to work out that would challenge my brain as well as my body. I found it at CTI Littleton! I am not a joiner by nature and find group classes tough to stomach.
