I used to love shopping with them when they were at the old location, but now it seems service has taken a back seat to online sales. No hours posted, doors were locked in the middle of the day and no response on when they will open again. I know there is a pandemic and businesses are being affected, but this is how you lose customers forever.

This was the #1 destination on our list for our first trip to Nebraska. It was 1000x worth it!!! So many different licorice from many countries. We will definitely be coming back!!

A Must-See for licorice lovers and anyone who likes candy.The retail area is a bit spartan, featuring one long wall of bins with dozens of varieties of licorice (and other candy) from around the world.I loved the ones from Finland but ended-up with more from the USA.The sales-lady was knowledgeable and friendly, and VERY quick to offer free samples, including from the imported candies.Most of the building is given over to warehouse/packing/shipping. They ship nationwide, so once you find a variety you like, you can order more, even if you live far away, like me.

We were greeted at the door and allowed to sample the various licorice flavors that interested us. I needed gluten-free varies and was escorted to each as well as other candies that were gluten-free. It was a fun experience.

On top of their storefront they have an online shop that will ship around the globe. They are particularly good about shipping to APO addresses. This place has all sorts of unique finds and its certainly worth a stop if youre in the Lincoln Haymarket area.

The moment I walked in I was greeted in such a way I could not help but feel the hostess had been awaiting my arrival. She was knowledgeable of the numerous varieties the store offers. I was offered samples of licorice sweeter by different ingredients, ie molasses vs beet sugars. Overall great experience.

Oh boy this store has every single piece of licorice you can think of !!!!!!!! If I would to guess on how many different types of licorice they have it would be probably 200 different types, one thing very cool I noticed is they do all of the packaging in house, plus the staff was so friendly and very helpful, we went in looking for a certain kind of licorice and they helped us so very much I would very much recommend this store to my friends and family.

I purchased italian licorice online. They sell amarelli which is the best italian licorice. Unfortunately, the 4 individual packages of amarelli licorice I received were all brittle and stale. The licorice loses its freshness after a year, thus the one I received must be at least 1 year old. As such, it should not be sold.Being italian, I am very familiar with this product and always bought it on Italy in the past. I thought I could purchase in the USA but I guess the only way you can get good product is by purchasing it in italy. Very disappointed.

This place has been consistently generous with their free samples for years. Licorice from all over the world and in more flavors than you thought candy came in. So much variety for a nice alternative to mainstream candy that reminds you there was good stuff before high fructose corn syrup.The prices arent as cheap as your Halloween fare at Wal-Mart, but the quality is worth taking a smaller quantity.

In Julymy dad who was battling cancer went on vacation with us. We stoped by here and they were so friendly and let my dad try all the licorice he wanted. You made his day. Sadley he passed away in October, but he talked about this store until the day before he died. Thank you for your kindness. P.s. he ate his last piece one week before he died.
