Had a great time, it is pretty small and feels out of theme. Would add expansions and more slides with palm trees if i were in charge. Overall pretty small but a nice relaxing place.

Enjoy the pool, but they have mpvie prices for concessions. Be prepared.

Godchilds swim meet this morning. Never been to this facility before. Beautiful grounds, clean and well maintained. Pools were crystal clear. Plenty of room for participants and spectators. Had a chance to visit with several employees, life guards - very polite and engaging.

The only thing I dont like is the bathrooms. The wading pool and play areas are awesome.

This is my over all favorite of all of the City pools. Its not just a typical public pol, its a mini water park. This particular pool is really great for the smaller kids and the ones not quite swimming yet as there is a large playset in the shallows giving them a lot of activity. There is also a nice, covered wading place to sit with your infant or toddler. It walks down, much like the beach so it is easy for anybody to get in and out of. Lastly, the last day of the year that the pool is open is dogs day where you can bring your dog...however I hear you need to get your pooch his ticket early as they limit the amount of dogs.

Good size to spread out. Concessions have snacks and hot food. Little-kiddie and big-kid/adult slides, fountains, splash park area, incline ramp, deep end side, music on speakers loud enough but not over-powering and lots of life guards.

My Granddaughter is able to have fun and play with her friends. I am able to sit in the cool water and watch her have fun.

Awesome pure awesomeness. My over 40 year old self still loves the slides!

This is a fun place. The water slides are nice, only 2 though. No lazy river but the water was refreshing. Not to expensive for a family.

Very crowded and water has pubes in it... Its alright, but try getting there early so that you are able to get a chair or spot in the shade.

The people were very rude and I asked for a refund after my mini was acting up I had to leave after being there 15 mins. And they refused to give me any money back. I asked to get a higher persons number and the the lady Kelsey was very rude and disrespectful and I never got my money back and never got to talk to corporate.

Well run and fun place. Water slides didnt have too long of lines and the little kid splash area is one of the best weve seen. We went twice in 4 days when we were visiting family over the summer.

I like to come here and let the sun and the chlorine duke it out over what color I will be at the end of the day. Red usually wins. Lincolns largest public toilet! Unless its game day.

Kids seemed to have fun. My only complaint as an observing parent is that lots of the lounge chairs were broken (reclining backs would down fall and straps missing). We didnt utilize concessions or bathrooms during our visit. Lifeguards seemed attentive and pleasant. We were with an organization that rented the entire facility after hours so all of our kids had good behavior and didnt need called out by lifeguards. Overall pleased with my first visit ever. Glad there is something like this in town, even if smaller than some within an hour or two.

Its a nice place, good water slides, pools, and sand boxes for the kids. Plenty of life guards on staff when we were there with a school group. My only complaint is that the lifeguard wouldnt let our kids wear inflatable arm floats and she wasnt very friendly about telling us that. Other than that I guess the experience was ok. The other thing you have to watch for is that the entrance and exit roads are kind of confusing. I have seen several people go out the entrance by mistake even though it is one way.

Horrible zero entry, kids slipping and falling left and right. Surprised no one has broken an arm. Reminder to lifeguards its your job to help with safety, its not social hour. Dont go and complain about guests when they remind you to do your job.

It’s a nice place to take the kids. However, sometimes it’s packed in the pool and the ability to move around becomes very limited.

Water park with a family membership is very affordable and includes all the city pools for free as well

Yes having the water slides are a nice change from the other Lincoln pools but we wont go back here. We were with a large group (family & friends) and the majority of our group was not impressed with several Life Guards (one being a supposed Head Life Guard). First off if you cant handle being around children why would you be a life guard at a busy pool. Clearly a few life guards just need a job but it shouldnt be here working around children. And those same Life Guards arent respectful to adults either and/or cordial either when spoken too. It got to the point where we finally asked what one guards name was (Mikaela) because she was by far the most unfriendly of all. I could go on and on about the things she said to kids in our group and others and her demeanor etc. but the point is she is definitely works at SCS for the wrong reasons. Please keep in mind though that there were a lot of very nice, friendly Life Guards that did a great job. Those deserve the 5 ratings but since Mikaela and one other basically ruined it that is why we rated a 1 review. I believe anyone not leaving a comment and giving a 5 rating would be an employee or related to one working here, just an opinion.

Lets quit chit chatting and swinging whistles, get busy and walk around the pool pay more attention

It was a fun pool, but theres no deep pool area, and it seems pricey for such a small swimming area... It gets crowded fast.

What a horrible experience wish I could rate 0 stars... Lifeguards are choosey to who can do what if they are even paying attention at all. Kids were getting yelled at for climbing on the plastic turtle or staying in the water near the slides too long but no whistle blown on bratty teens shoving kids into the water on top of other kids and teenagers throwing basketballs in little kids faces, people shoving and kicking and cimbing all over one another. There was entirely too much rough housing going on, and kids were getting way too violent in the water, there is literally no room to swim. All you can do is stand stationary and pray that you dont get trampled and kicked by rowdy unsupervised kids. Will not be taking the kids in my family there ever again.

Great local water park. No wave pool, but has a couple big slides and an area for the little ones.

I was a little disappointed the pumping system was down and the pool accecories were not working (the fun things to do) the pool was actually dirty and the admission price was dropped by only .25 cents.

Such a wonderful place to play! Deep end for the big kids, zero depth entry for the little ones. There is so much for the little guys to play with they never get bored! Plenty of people had pool toys, lots of little ones were wearing floaties, and they only blow the whistles at kids running and older ones acting like fools. Pretty crowded when its 100 degrees outside but theres so much room! If the rule about no lounging on the outer perimeter of the pool still held it would be much easier to get in and out, there were way too many large women beached that got offended if you splashed them. Besides that, I plan on spending every Saturday here!

I mean, a kid pooped down the waterslide, but thats why we all call it star sh*tty shores...

They have very rude and inconsiderate lifeguards that dont know how to do their job. Kids everywhere with snotty attitudes.. If you want to swim at a bad water park go to star city shores in Lincoln! BTW YOU FREAKING STUPIDS GET A NEW HEAD LIFEGUARD YOU SUCK.

Other than the over priced food, this place deserves five stars.

Its affordable, but the limited number of slides and water activities around the pool get boring pretty fast. Unfortunately its our only water park option in Lincoln.
