I have traveled to this location several times over the years. Each visit results in countless photography opportunities! This location is always very clean, well maintained, and acts a very peaceful place. The park isnt very big but offers various sights to see including small waterfalls, unique walk paths, ponds with fish, and insects. I would recommend taking the trip to view this location when given the opportunity!

Sunken Garden is the most beautiful garden that I have ever seen before! The design of the area is amazing! My wife and I were taking back by the beauty of all the gorgeous flowers, grasses, flowering trees, and the other displays they have! What a extremely beautiful backdrop for your picture taking needs. Its open to the public. And donations are welcomed as you enter. Well worth it! Big Red kudos to the City of Lincoln for having a great and wonderful garden for their community!!

Sunken Gardens is a great place to stop by for a variety of reasons. Recently Ive been finding myself going there on my daily bike rides, and its a nice spot to take a break and reflect. Visiting helps me clear my mind and think through things, and the flowers change through the year! The coy fish are beautiful as are the many butterflies/dragonflies that visit. One of my favorite places in Lincoln to be at.

A whonderfull place, it has a vibe to it that nowhere else does, like a haunted location but filled with a calm that almost feels like a light smile asking you to take it in. If ever you have 30 minutes, Id recommend wholeheartedly that you give it a look. It looks great pretty much all year round, though its at its best from spring through fall.

What an amazing public park! This is an expansive public space with lush gardens, statuary and water features. I can’t believe it’s free to get in. Parking is very limited so you may have to do off street parking. Continue across the street to stroll through the rose garden and see the fountain. The day I was there a vendor was open selling drinks and snacks.

I went here with my son from out of town to check this place on on Saturday evening shortly after 7 pm the sun is out, still people all around. My car got broken into and my purse gone. Of course no one seen nothing. My 13 year is scared to death to go any where now. And I have to say it might be to peaceful there and but they need security watching that place while the park is open. I will never return, due to not feeling safe. Its sad you go to enjoy yourself and you loose everythingyou own in less than 20 min. They have cameras but they need someone watching them at all times
