Deer Springs Winery is a pleasant surprise when traveling thru Nebraska! Pleasant, friendly staff plus a fantastic venue and atmosphere plus some good wine make this a stop everyone should make. We arrived on a harvest day but I cant wait to come back for on of the music nights!

This is a great venue for music. Shaded lawn. Easy drive from Omaha and Lincoln. Some delicious reds and whites reasonably priced.

Enjoyed a delicious pizza and some wine for a date night with my wife. The facility is a nice country outdoor environment. Bring bug spray in the summer though.

First of all, if you enjoy wine (even a little bit), I suggest taking a day trip doing tastings at the many wineries around the Lincoln metro. Ive found that each region of the US has a unique wine culture and Nebraska is no different. Deer Springs would be a great stop on a day tour. Its located in a cute little house on a nice green space. Theres a patio and gazebo area for outdoor seating.Id recommend a tasting of the wines. They have a variety of reds and whites that range from dry to sweet. Like other Nebraska wineries, they tend toward the sweeter spectrum but thats our local viniculture (the types of grapes that grow in the region).

Deer Springs winery lived up to all we had been told. We enjoyed great wine, a good meat, cheese & bread tray, Nebraska produced & awesome music by Dustin West out of Omaha.. the place was.full & involved with the music while enjoying good music. Highly recommend a visit.

Nice rural venue for a picnic and wine with friends not far from town. Some seating available (tables, chairs) but bring your own if a band is scheduled.to play. We sampled the limited food menu. Bring your own eats if you seeks variety of choice. Bug spray also useful.

A great place to go and close to our house! The wine is amazing and the employees are always super nice as well. Love the bands and the gas fire pit!

Wonderful environment, absolutely beautiful property. The wine mostly falls in a sweet category. My one complaint is there is no changing table in the mens room, but the staff was more than happy to help me figure out an alternate solution, so they get 5 stars

The entire experience is always EXCELLENT. The wines are, in my opinion, the best around. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable. And the ambiance is lovely. From the restored farmhouse with the cozy fireplace and tables where you do your tastings, to the outside areas...firepit...gazebo...its just so relaxing. And when they have music...you can be assured it is also the best around. Highly recommend!

Great place

My wife and I visited on a cold, dreary Friday and were warmed by the friendly and knowledgeable staff and the great wines. We initially had the place to ourselves, did the wine tasting, which was very inexpensive and bought 3 bottles and a harvest basket of bread, sausage, and cheese to go with our bottle of Traminette, a semi-sweet white which was simply amazing! We would recommend this winery to anyone who wants a warm, friendly, homey and relaxing experience after a hectic work week.

Love the relaxed atmosphere. I am in one of the bands that play out there every summer and of all the winerys we play at, Deer Springs is by far our favorite. And the is excellent.

My sister threw me my bridal shower there. It was supposed to be in a tent on the lawn but they upgraded us to the barn due to high winds. It was lovely! Wonderful wone. Love the wild Colleen. I only wish I could have tried the Brianna wine. Wonderful winery wonderful wine. Will definitely be back.

We love hanging out at the winery. We are in Lincoln for the summer months, and love the atmosphere. Bring your lawn chair and listen to live music at least twice a week. The entertainment is free?!?!?! The wine is wonderful! What a great way to spend the evening!

They have the best Nebraska Wines out of all the local wineries we have visited, especially the reds. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, with beautiful outdoor seating areas. Lots of great music all summer and they were serving hot spiced wine last weekend when we stopped by! Also have an awesome firepit going when the weather gets cool!

They have very cheap wine tasting. The wine is amazing. I love that they offer great wine and cheese baskets. During the warmer months they have live music to sit relax and enjoy their great selection of wines.
