Really love this park. Great off-leash dog areas (even a little one for your favorite ankle-biters). REALLY stellar disc golf course which Ive started hitting multiple times a week.I imagine that if youre into mountain biking (I am not), this place is already on your radar. Lots of cool-looking trails throughout from what Ive been able to see while playing the DG course.

Great dog park with 2 fenced in areas and an agility ramp and tunnel for dogs to play with. No standing water but there is a hose with water for filling up dog bowls and a kiddie pool. Lots of space to run here and no trees to lose your pets in. Bathroom on site.

Nice mountain bike and hiking trails.

Fun place for riding. The flow/jump track isn’t too advanced and can be rolled if you’re more of a grounded rider. Trails can be biked as laps. Begins/ends near the parking lot making access to your vehicle between laps easy.

I go mostly for the dog park. Pretty good MTB trails for the area, and esp since it is close. Disc (Frisbee) golf course as well, Ive played it once but havent played elsewhere for a comparison.

Took our grandkid to bike the blacktop trails (hes still got training wheels on). Great easy trail, not too long or too short. Got to play on the playset afterwards (the grandkid did too ;)

The mountain bike trails are really good. Nothing very technical, but flowy and fun for something close

Clean park, nice facilities, wonderful biking and walking trails. There is a lot of activities to do at this park. There is a dog park, playground, horseshoes, and frisbee golf course.

This park was amazing. It has a 18 hole disc golf course and a dog park along with a baseball field. My family and I will be returning.

Very nice spacious Park but was not very crowded. A great place to watch the fireworks going on in the area around you plus setting off your own fireworks.

What a great place to visit hidden just outside liberty, not just a dog park, walking trails, bike trails and disc golf. Great place to get out of the house!

It was a lovely day, so we tried a new park. The City of Liberty has done a great job on upgrading their park’s system. We walked the path through the timber, followed by the trail to the pond. Very beautiful. There is a dog park.

Great place to bring your kids, bikes or dogs. Mostly go for the trails. The trails are well maintained and fun to ride. Personally find the trails hard to navigate, but I am a newbie on the trails.

I go to the park to play disc golf mainly. It is one of the nicest, well maintained courses in the Kansas City area. Aside from that, there is a large fenced in dog park with alot of obstacles and ramps for the doggos. There are also extensive walking and biking trails, many of which go through wooded areas. Horseshoe pits and Cricket field as well. Good times.

Stocksdale is a great Park. There are public restrooms, a playground, picnic tables, volleyball, a dog Park, disc golf course, and walking and bicycling trails.

Beautiful clay county rolling hills lakes, the wooded are backs up to creek, many bike, and walk trails, look for the wildlife and morels are there in the spring, the view to downtown is beautiful at sunset or you watch the fireworks at the 4th of July, Fall the leaves are beautiful love every season.

Incredibly well maintained trails. Is comparable to some of the cleaner trails Ive ever biked or hiked. This is a wonderful park system! Great hiking/biking, disc golf, playground, and dog park. Love the maintenance put in on a regular basis to the trails.

Great spacious park with walking/biking trails, a playground with a pavilion and a dog park. We especially like during the summer when the city of Liberty hosts a series of free summer movies on a giant inflatable screen.

Great park with a BIG dog park and with plenty of walking and bike trail trails so you dont have to walk all over the disc golf course causing disruptions/distractions for players and dodging frisbees to get your walk in.

Played the disc golf course. Terrific 18 basket course. Great for a range of skill levels because they have a variety of baskets and tees on most holes.

Lots of activities at this park. Great fenced in dog parks. 2 areas separated for smaller breeds. Folf course, walking, hiking, and biking trails. Horseshoe pits indoor/outdoor, softball/baseball or cricket field. A large play area for kids and a large covered shelter. I live a few minutes from there and love it.

Good park for family get together. They have awesome cricket ground and dog park.

Disc golf at Bad Rock

The course is in great shape.

A fantastic park with a large fenced in area for dogs to run and play and even a separate fenced area for the little dogs. The playground is wonderful and my kids love visiting here.

Bring your horseshoes, dog, and bike to this park. Theres things to do for the whole family. Theres a playground for the kids, a ballpark if you want to toss a ball around, frisbee golf, hiking/biking trails, horseshoe pits, and a fenced in dog area. You can also roam around in tons of open area. Fun for all.

We love coming here because theres something for everyone. A large disc golf course for my husband and a good sized play area complete with swings for the toddler. Theres also a dog park as well as a horse shoe pit. The only downside is it does get rather windy sometimes, but thats sort of nice on a hot day. Bonus: the drive there is through some lovely country.

Bad Rock Disc Golf Course - Really fun, well kept, good for beginners and veterans with multiple pads to throw from, and multiple hole locations.

The mountain bike trails are awesome here. Great for beginners and experienced alike! Very fast and flowy. On site restrooms are a great bonus.

Took my son here to play Frisbee golf and had a lot of fun! It was a big spacious park, lots of people out enjoying the day but never felt crowded. The disc golf course was fun and challenging but not too hard for my son to also enjoy. Will definitely be back!

I love taking my GF out here, some days we play disk golf and others we walk along the paths. Star gazing at night is perfect.

It has a separate small dog area with a pump water fountain. The large dog & running area next to it has a push button 2 level water station,a covered patio & obsticals for the dogs to try or train on. Restrooms are across the road from the fenced areas.

My dog is IN LOVE with this place. We have been frequent users of this park since he was a puppy! Everytime I ask him Do you wanna go to STOCKSDALE he screams and whines til we get there. Its his favorite place in the whole world

Great place to bring dogs to play. There are two areas, one for small dogs and a much larger area for medium to big. It would be nice if people would clean up after their dogs especially since bags are available but someone comes and cleans the park up at least during the week. There s water available during the warmer months so you dont have to necessarily worry about bringing water unless you dont like your dog drinking after other dogs.

I love this place. Unfortunately taking my dog into the leash free area is like walking through land mines of dog poop. We opt for the trails. So awesome! Best time to avoid crowded trails is during the week days. It is a lovely, beautiful, family and pet friendly park. Just really wish folks would clean up after their dogs. The park even provides FREE waste bags for owners use.
