This park has updated its playground. Its much cleaner and peaceful! My kids love playing here.

New skatepark, and visual improvements throughout since last we were here.Only stopped as a place between stops, to have breakfast. Very pleasant.

Love this new atmosphere skatepark new basketball court it has a pool it has a nice play area for the kids daycare tennis court it has a BBQ area horseshoe pit and clean restrooms

The park visually looks nice, unfortunately its just a cover for a much deeper issue, the people who hang out here, not everyone but enough to be a constant present the times Ive shown up. Sit directly next to the bathrooms and playground and continuously smoke weed where small children have to smell it, unleashed dogs running around. Just not a place Id want to hang very often with small impressionable children and Lancaster being the city it is, dont expect cops to show up for a smoking weed in public call.Its like this at almost every park Ive been too, reason why I am moving. I dont recommend the place at all. On any level, sorry.I also dont think itll be long until the park starts to get visually less appealing and more oversaturated with undesirables.

The play area is gated and makes me feel at ease that my dog and the kids will not run into the street

Even though from the main boulevard Ave. J, park it appears a bad time to visit, the construction area is merely by that roadway at this time. The park was extra calm and there was more space than usual because of this situation. My time was more enjoyable with that aspect. Less people....more quiet, no chaos.

Nice the remodel was a good investment for the city and kids give them a place to go and they will stay off the streets .Lancaster should invest in the kids future.

Loved this park for my son I hope they keep it up Lancaster needs more places like this for families and our youth

The Park just reopened as the Jane Reynolds Skatepark. Today was the Grand Opening.

Love love love this park we had are 1 annual family reunion there in 2016 they clean the park for us had the bathrooms clean we rented out the wreck room was beautiful and now and they’re building a brand new skate park and I can’t wait because my son Isaiah Igbineweka is a professional skateboarder and will be coming to pass out skateboards soon

The park is quite pretty but two people offered me drugs and a teenage girl asked me if I wanted to have fun.I hope youll stay safe out there too little sister, but I know you wont.

The baseball field is currenrly under construction. The swimming pool is nice and kid friendly but the shower/bathroom area need more maintaining (hasnt had the soap refilled in 8 weeks and paper all over the floor)

The second, third & fourth Sunday of each month is a great time to come and supper is around 2pm. Everyone is welcome. Bring a smile is all that is needed.

I went to this park as a child, I brought my grandbabies here to show them where I spent my time as a young child, I was very dissatisfied that the pool didnt open till 1 PM its summer time, I was also very disappointing in the bathrooms they were absolutely disgusting.The outside play toys have been upgraded which was a plus and the grass was green and well kept.Over all its still looks like a nice place to take kids, just make sure they use the bathroom before they come to thos park.I didnt allow my granddaughter to use it it was gross.

A absolutely lovey park, many things within it for everyone from young kids to adults, lots of shaded areas, plenty of playground equipment, forts and grass, I had several doctor appointments that were hours apart so I took my daughters here and they had a blast!

I’ve never actually skated at this park but I did go and check it out 2 times and it is way to over crowded for such a small park I went at like 11 AM and it was already crowded and came back at like 2 or 3 and it looked like the Venice beach skatepark way to over populated

Verry fun if you van wait for the fun to start or start the fun your self like take a nap or find a bike to take trails to the BBQ pits right next to the horseshoe pits and then take your nap and find your own bike my bike is highly sought-after hot item at this park play bike baseball

To many homeless people

This is a great place for the homeless on Sunday afternoon, Shellys kitchen serves a delicious meal each Sunday at 2pm for anyone who is in need. Please if you or someone you know is struggling and needs a healthy meal plan on coming to Jane Reynolds Park and see Miss Shelly and she will fill your belly with a warm meal and your heart with a warm loving smile.

Is the skatepark open?

My kids used to ride their bikes here to go swimming. Due to the Mayor of Lancaster R. Rex Parris not finishing the paperwork to get the grant for the homeless shelter to continue providing shelter for the homeless population they have really no where to go. And Jane Reynolds park is one of the places they now sleep. This makes the park not a place for kids to be alone. It has become a sad situation. The homeless deserve a roof over their heads at night. And the Mayor has failed everyone on that level and will continue to do so if allowed to continue serving as Mayor!!!

Brand new skate park in Lancaster CA.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. We went here because the park we normally go to was closed for a city event and this was the next closes park. There was a lady using drugs on the top of the kids play area. Needless to say we left immediately. Never again.

This park has a outdoor pool that cost a $1 to get in and is a nice place to take the family for a BBQ or picnicking on the weekend or even weekday.

This is a cute little neighborhood park with green grass, a pool, a few basketball courts, play equipment and A FIRE PIT!Some folks are put off by the neighborhood, which can be a little rough, but we recently had a lovely time roasting marshmallows and popping Jiffy pop around the fire one spring evening.Id recommend it.

I Love being at Jane Renyolds Park its very relaxing.I use to go to Jane Renyolds Park to write in my journal at the end of the day or sometimes because of being homeless I would stay there All day and night because I felt like I was safe being there and Im not the only one who feels that way theyre a lot of homeless people who feel like Jane Renyolds Park is home to a lot of us ! ! !

Swing set is missing over half the bolts to hold it together. Looks like a safety hazard.Trash all over the place. The safety mat under the plat equipment is falling apart and is a tripping hazard.The trees are beautiful. The park would be nice if the city put more effort into the upkeep. Its obvious this park is very low on the Parks Departments list of priorities.
