I give this location based on how badly i was treated by Marble Spring main office & John sevier fram house. also how poor the tour guides are. i found only one tour guide to be excellent. you find out why on each review i do at all their locations. the lady was nice but we got the furry up tour. mostly in the foyer. she was mainly concerned about the function (i think a wedding) that was being held later that day. so after taken us from the foyer to another room said said thank you and said feel free to go through the rest of the house if we like. what a tour a foyer and a room. we were not important at all. maybe they should add more staff to give a paying customer the attention they payed for. so we looked but what were we looking at. who knows.

Awesome venue for your wedding, maybe a rehearsal dinner, or any local event that you might want to have. We attended the annual Kentucky Derby Day that we pencil in on our calendar every year. They do a phenomenal job with this event every year from coordinating with the RiverBoat Queen to having show Horses, to authentic food to enjoy, it truly is an all day event worth attending every year.

Very gorgeous house well maintained clean and inviting..in my opinion felt very impersonal had to turn on lights in each room and start audio recorder..would have been better if guided

Showed up within their open hours to find no one there! Tried calling the numbers both on their website and on the door only to get answering machines that confirmed their hours, but no people... Should give zero stars but cant!

This is a great place in Knoxville for a wedding or any other type of private event (corporate or personal). Great atmosphere and location on the river with a beautiful garden complete with water features and wonderful landscaping. I little treasure few really know about.
