Why they planted about 10 bushes with sharp thorns around a playground is beyond me. A lot of 2 to 4 pounds rocks for aesthetics on one side that the kids want to play with. Not designed by people with kids.

This park is something else. The slides are designed like no slide i have seen before but are really cool and pretty high. Theres also a smaller area for you nger kids!

I havent been here since I was a kid. Now, I have one of my own, and this place is awesome! Theres 2 separate parks close to each other. One for the wee tikes and one for pre-k and older. Theres actually a very good mix of activities with a surprising variety of difficulties for the children. Also, the park gets a fantastic view of sunset. There are some questionable choices of plants and some large aesthetic rocks that could pose a danger to small children, but they arent close enough to the slides to really be a big deal. Just keep on eye on your kids and youll be fine.

The new park is fanrastic!

I think this park is for kids older than 5. The slides look amazing but try taking off your shoes when you go down because your instinct is to stop towards the end. only one way up to get to the highest slide and its with nets. if your are a medium size adult you probably wont fit. and little kids cry and get stuck. other wise alot of fun. the straight slide has a notch on it so going down you feel it and it hurts. I would still recommend

The new playground is excellent. Its the right mix of challenging and safety measures for the little ones. It even has a smaller area for younger kids.

They overhauled the park and its waaay cooler and a lot friendlier to older children. Im 16 and I thoroughly enjoyed the new equipment, and I even was actually the right size

Nice soccer fields and a walking trail.

Smaller than Kirby Park but still plenty do to with a lot of room to run around. The new fields should be nice when complete and the playground is pretty large for the area.Plenty of parking and access to the levee trail across the street. Also picnic benches and bathrooms on site.

My son (1 yr) and I stopped here after dropping his dad off for a meeting a work. It was a great place to let him run out some energy before we got back in the car. There are swings for toddlers and older kids. The slides are different sizes as well. I

Nice and clean

Whole playground is wooden. Its a termite and splinter paradise. There is lots to do though

Great park . Has a little bit or everything for all ages. Clean and easily accessible

Cool place. Tons of parking. The playground is a very unique one. Its almost completely made out of wood and it uses tires for a small wall to climb. It has a huge field for maybe soccer or football as well as a baseball diamond.

Great for walks.
