Great fishing right in the middle of the city! Wilkes-Barres best scenery & good folks all over the place. Highly recommended...just find a good place to park.

Went here whenever got chance ,walked trail off of and went in wooded area then down trail near green acres and into kingston,very nice area I also took pics of.

Nice safe area. Disc golf course has no markings, but is still very nice.

Great place for a walk along the river. It can get hot at times on the upper trail so have water with you

Great place to see the Wilkes Barre skyline. Relaxing as well. The park connects to Kirby park on the Luzerne county levee trail.

Easy access to the dike trail for running or biking, river access ramp, not sure how safe the park is after dark.

Good view of the river and they have a disk golf course which I didnt know. But a great place to go for a walk, run, or bike ride.

Part of Kirby Park and the dike system. Park has boat launch into the Susquehanna, and a long flat section with large old trees. Great views of the Courthouse and Market Street Bridge. Frisbee Golf as well.Admittedly, the place is a cruising spot as well, but that is limited to the entrance area it seems. Plus the people are harmless; and it seems like they stay in their cars or take a walk on the trail up river.Have been told the trail is a very nice one, will need to check it out. Walk from here until the one soft end of the dike near the Cross Valley. A short 3 block walk through Forty Fort will reconnect you to the dike trail. ...or if you went the opposite direction you will take the dike downriver through Kirby Park and into Edwardsville.Entire dike trail is great for walk, run, or biking.

This park is nice and clean. I go here mostly for disc golfing. It has a 9 hole course thats fun to play. They also recently installed benches by the boat launch to sit and watch the river.

Nesbitt Park is a nice city park, with a disc golf course and an active disc golf club

Not really anything to rate here. Its just a park by the river where you can take a walk or a bike ride. I guess you could have a picnic here too if you want.

It was great I love going and eating lunch there when its nice out I also enjoy walking the trails
