Excellent place to take your kids during the summer. Very well priced, smaller than oceans of fun but much cleaner. Slides, a lazy river, toddler area and a big pool with diving boards. My kids love it here and it’s small enough that parents can find a place to lay and watch the kids but also big enough that the kids don’t get bored.

Two large slides, a lazy river and whirlpool, small splash pad, children playground with 3 little slides, concession stand, bathrooms, diving board and swimming lanes.Went during the 9-1130am Toddler splash time (before swim lessons). The 0-3ft pool with the children playground and slides was open. And the lazy pool open for river walk adult exercise. Lots of seating available.

Great for a couple hours but little to no shade. I got there right before it opened hoping to be early enough to snag a shaded spot but there were 75 or more people already in line to get in. Therefore, by the time we got in, 20 minutes later, the tables with umbrellas and the shaded lounge chairs were already taken. The lifeguards are great!

A very clean and lifeguard supported family water park. There are two big slides, a whirlpool in the lazy river and a huge swimming pool as well as a kids adventureland and spray area. It cost about $10 a person and locker rentals are .50. You can bring your own snacks and drinks which is a huge plus. We had a great time and will be back many times this summer. We did see a water rescue while we were there and it was handled in a very efficient and safe way. Go lifeguards!

Review №16

Its ok for $9 per ticket, however.. the food from stand is disgusting and all processed. Definitely bring your own. They havent updated anything in years. A few new attractions or atleast updates would be nice. Dont go on the weekend as it gets so crowded you can barely move without bumping someone. Also every time we go there are hardly any inner tubes for the lazy river, and the people who had the tubes were mostly older people who kept the tubes the entire time I was there (4 hours). The chairs look like theyre growing a layer of mold on the back. The only good thing is that the lifeguards seem to take their job seriously and it feels safe because they have so many throughout. Oh youre also not allowed to use snorkels anywhere in the facility. The blue slide has uneven bumps along every seam so you hurt your back going down it. The last 2 times we visited a kid cut their foot on something and was bleeding, which one proceeded to track up and then down the stairs to the big slides.

$9.00 for my six year old and same price for myself. We went on both slides, the pool, lazy river, and the childrens area. They have lots of seating, wish there were more tables and updated sunbathing chairs. They are very old and worn out. The people are nice, very family friendly. You can bring in a cooler with lunch. They had brats, ice cream, soda, etc. At the concession stand. We didnt get anything but it looks reasonably priced. Bathrooms are dark but clean.

Great water park with something for everyone! My only complaint is they closed the water slides 1 1/2 hours before the park closed so that kinda put a damper on the rest of the day. But my family had a great time. We were able to take a cooler with a picnic lunch in with us so we didnt have to leave until we were ready. Absolutely we will visit again next summer!!

Went to this park on July 2 and I have to say I loved it. The staff was amazing when I first stepped onto the property where I was greeted with smiles at the front. The manager who I believe was named Sarah was the sweetest when explaining how things were as this was my first time there ever! The lifeguards were attentive to their surroundings and friendly when explaining rules. I had noticed another manager who was tall and skinny with black hair was out helping his staff cool off and walking around to make sure no shenanigans were going on. Concessions food was good but not great but still enjoyed what I did have. I overall had an amazing time at this park and will for sure be back especially for that lazy river! Haha

The pool itself was clean and well kept, however we have had a terrible experience with swim lessons. On June 6th I paid for 4 private swim lessons (to the total of $120) for my four and six-year-old children at the Tiffany Springs Water Park. After paying over the phone, I was told that we would be contacted by our instructor within a couple of days.It took two weeks to finally hear back and get set up with an instructor. During that time, I called twice and left a message each time. They finally called me back when I left a message asking for a refund if they werent going to set us up with an instructor. Our first lesson was on June 26th and we still have not completed our four lessons (7 weeks later). Our instructor is never available, constantly reschedules at the last minute, and gives us times like 8pm on a weeknight when she does set up a time because she is too busy with her other job.Ive called her boss for a refund, but she no longer works there. So, I moved up the ladder and called Midwest Pool Management and have talked with them three times now (Wed Jul 31st, Friday August 2nd and Tuesday August 6th). They took down my information and said they would call me back once they had investigated the situation. However, I have yet to receive a call back or a refund. At first, I just asked for the remaining lessons refunded, but now I would like all my money back.

I brought my oldest to Springs when he was in elementary school and hes now an adult. We came back today with younger siblings and had a great time just as we did many years ago. They have kiddie slides and adult slides available so no one is left out. Even the 2 1/2 year old went on a kiddie slide. They have a lazy river with tubes and a whirlpool that is really fun. Complete with family bathrooms, lockers for a mere $.50, and a reasonably priced snack bar, there is something for everyone. Aside from the nasty Japanese Beetles that have invaded the entire universe, this place is great. Bring your family for a day of fun. You wont be sorry.

We went to the Springs Aquatic Center yesterday. The staff was great. The water playground was great and the lazy river was too. We were disappointed that the big slides (not the slides at the playground) are only for adults and children over 4 feet tall. Kids under 4 feet can’t even ride with an adult. Other water parks we’ve been to allow this. These slides provide very little value for parents with kids (I love playing with my kids in the water but I also like going down big slides and unless I have a babysitter with me the slides are off limits. Plus, my kids like going down more adventurous slides). The park has two big slides but one of the two was out of service. The park also has splash pads close to the entrance but they were not in service. I wouldn’t describe it as crowded but it was almost to that point. It’s a bit expensive for what you get. For two adults and two kids we paid $30. The season pass for a family of 4 is $300. We had fun but I think the park could make a few changes and repairs (those mentioned above and replacing missing tiles on the sides of the pool).

The pool with the kid slides and lazy river was covered in dozens upon dozens of dead bugs. There are several areas where the tile has come off the lazy river, leaving rough stucco patches, which is super painful to brush against. Way too few inner tubes, and the ones that are there are sad and deflated. They were understaffed and closed the slides and lap pool for an hour. They warned us about the slides and reduced our admission price, but not the lap pool. The staff on hand did not enforce rules, letting people eat in the pool and have chicken fights. It did not seem well run at all.

This was place is NOT what it used to be, the kids area is basically shut down, only 1 slide is open and thats for bigger kids. I specifically asked if the little green toddler slide was open and told it was BEFORE we paid. I am super peeved! Look at these pics, they keep charging full price but half of the amenities are under maintenance. Last summer the slides were shut down too on the kids section, my question why are they still down? Multiple broken speakers just waiting for the thin wire its holding onto to break and hit you or your kids on the head and we were not able to find one tube that wasnt partially deflated the entire time is we were there. The slash pad is only 50% working as well. Also the bathrooms smell very bad, like raw sewage will be getting our money back and not returning.
