My kids have always had so much fun swimming here.

We bought tickets to go to the water park on March 17th. Due to COVID-19 closures around the city we contacted customer service the morning of the 17th to see if they would still be open. The customer service representative told us the park was closed indefinitely until further notice. She assured us that we would get a full refund. She said it would likely be a few weeks before it would show up in our account. After a few weeks nothing showed up so we tried calling. The phones went to an automated message and voicemail so we left a message asking for someone to call us and let us know what is going on. We have repeated this process once a week for several months. No one has ever contacted us back and we still have not received our refund. I understand times are rough for everyone but at least let your customers know what is going on. Hopefully this message will reach someone from customer service and they will reach out to us. Shame on you CoCo Key Water Resort!!!

Great affordable indoor fun for the whole family. This indoor water park is pretty safe, on duty lifeguard seem very alert. Fun for all ages. They have dressing rooms, lockers, food stand, resort shop, arcade and hotel rooms. You can book parties, and their service is great. My favorite the lazy river. The arcade not really worth it, most machines dont work and take your credits.

Definitely a blast! Especially with smaller kids. They rent (good quality) life-vests at no cost and the lifeguards are very well trained and attentive. My only dislike was that it was hard to get to 2 of the slides- you have to climb/walk over a rope type bridge and its a physical feat. The slides were a blast in that total darkness! Pretty intense for a small water park. We will absolutely come back.

We were not able to access the Water Resort. The employee that checked us in was exceptionally helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. However, our room was horribly hot, so much so that when we walked in the heat was a tangible field. I tried to change the thermostat without success. I dialed the front desk. They sent a building engineer up to our room.The engineer made some adjustments to the system so that we could utilize the A.C. He stated that it would take a bit of time for the room to cool. Therefore, we left for an early dinner at Dennys. We returned an hour later. The room was still ablaze. I called the front desk after an additional hour of no relief. The front desk associate transferred us to a different room.The second room was cooler than the first but not cool enough. I was very disappointed because I expected more in the quality of service provided by the Adams Mark Hotel.

We had fun but the facilities could use some deep cleaning and maintenance. There were lots of under inflated tubes, thick dust on support beams, chipped paint, rust, and trash in random places that had been there awhile. Better for younger kids. Our teens got bored fairly quick.

I read all these terrible reviews so I didnt know what to expect! It was way better than I thought. Yes the rooms are dated and the air units are loud, but our rooms were clean. The lobby was beautiful. We had a view of both stadiums out our window. The arcade had signs up for renovation but we werent actually interested in the arcade. Also we didnt know until we were leaving the hotel offers guest a separate hot tub and pool area which would have been a nice way to spend our Friday night but oh well. The water park was great! We took 4 of our kids (ages 7,10, 12 and 13) they all had a blast! The food was decent (typical water park food) and the bar was nice. Were the life guards overly friendly, NO and they shouldnt be laughing and giggling they are focused on spotting potential drowning victims and I was pleased with their job well done.

The water park was much more than I expected! My daughter had a great time!! It was so much fun! Lots of cubbies and lockers to store your things while your busy. The lockers are good for storing your things all day for $8. The slides are very fun! Very clean place. Couldnt hurt to bump the heat up a tad,I got cold walking from one thing to another. They actually have a bar inside as well, didnt take advantage of it was busy chasing my kid around having fun. All n all total fun! The giant bucket was my favorite thing. Watching my daughter work on those lilly pads was pure joy. Great fun! I would love to go back again. :)

Very fun place for the kids. Does have a snack bar and bar. Nice locker room and lockers available. Only complaint was snack bar didnt open until 11:30 (supposed to open at 11) while the the facility actually opened at 10. So we were really thirsty by the time the snack bar opened. Combo prices on food was good (4 of us ate for $28), but individually priced food was kinda high.

We visited coco key for the first time on a Saturday in November. It was so fun! My kids ages 8,7&4 loved it! For being an indoor water park there are quite a few attractions- lazy river, huge play area, kiddie area and lily pad/ basketball area. It was clean and well maintained. We will go back!

My kids had a blast! I enjoyed watching them have fun as well ️. We will definitely be coming back!!Also the food isnt super pricey, so that was a plus lol

We chose this place for a weekend getaway. In my opinion this place is suitable for young children up to age 8 or 9. My two 10 year olds got bored very quick, after trying out all the slides. It is suitable for the price. Don’t expect to much.

The water park was amazing and a great time for the kids. The hotel is kind of rough. Wallpaper peeling off the walls and not cleaned well but the water park was nice.

Had my 11 years old girls birthday party. Very punctual. Helpful and professionalLoved not having to clean afterward.and having helpers to bring food and drinks.

This hotel was dirty. There were stains on the floor, red blood stains on blankets, hairs on the outlet on the desk, smears of who knows what on the bathroom door and side table. Half the The lamps kept coming unplugged from wall and wouldnt work, phone in our room didnt work and had to go to front desk to have someone come fix it. We booked for 5 guests and they refused to give us a roll away bed and then told us they were running low on blankets so could only give us 2 for a makeshift pallet on the floor for our daughter. The hotel is old and dated. The water park was mediocre at best. Every where you looked was dirty and filth. Room was very hot even with thermostat turned all the way down. Will not be returning to this hotel.

This was perfect for us. We came on a vacation to Kansas City intending to spend a day at Great Wolf. Day tickets were TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS for our family. With a 3 & 6 year old you never know if they’ll want to leave after 30 minutes! We passed this place on the way into town and I decided to look it up. Reviews were sketchy but cost was only $40 for our whole family on a Thursday. I decided to try it. So glad I did. Water wasn’t cold or over chlorinated, wasn’t crowded at all. It was very nice & clean. Everyone had fun. For $40 we didn’t have to feel guilty for not staying 12 hours. Will definitely come back here & recommend.

We had a great time at CoCo Key Resort today. It is in the Adams Mark hotel (across from the Chiefs stadium). It was only open from 10-1... Check to see the times. Also, buy your tickets online ahead of time, as they can sell out.The young (2-7) kids in our party loved the kiddie pool and its two slides.The kids 7-14 loved the lazy river.We are a yellow-bellied bunch, and no one braved the 3 (?) story slide that goes outside but plops you inside at the end.It was freezing outside, and inside Coco Key, it must have been 80+ degrees. The water was a lil cold at first and then everyone got used to it.They have lots of food at the snack bar. See my pics for the menu.We will go back, especially on days we know its not busy!

The park itself is clean and fun, and keeps my 7 year old entertained for a couple hours each time, but going on a busy day is not an option for us, as parents let their mean little kids run around on their own, pushing and splashing other kids they dont know. The hours also vary a lot so just check before you go.

Place was expensive. Rooms were very hot! Called the front desk. They moved me rooms. It was still hot. Got maintenance. Still hot. If its one thing I cant stand its a hot room in the summer on vacation. Guess the place has terrible reviews on Yelp a local over at Cupcakes a la Mode told me. Wolf Lodge is just as bad she shed also. Plus wolf lodge is even more expensive

Sold out their water park passes so you couldn’t book a room and water park passes. You would think they would save water park passes for people who wanted to pay for a room as well. Enjoy your empty hotel rooms

I am very upset tried to set up vacation with my family here and they refuse to let a family of 6 stay in one room....5 can but not 6 I would have to pay for two rooms a night be separated from my sig. other! Then I asked if they would work out a deal if I had to get both rooms. They refused to help and I would just like to state if your reading this review and have a big family that for the price of two rooms here you can get a room that fits all at great wolf lodge for less! I explained this to them and said I would rather go there and they didn’t care! I will gladly spend my money somewhere else!!!!! Dont waste your time here!

It has a wide variety of things to do and the price was reasonable. I was surprised that the food & drinks were pretty good as well compared to most venues of this type.

Stayed there in March 7th 2019 never gave me my deposit back for the room absolutely no reason for it. Zero communication nothing with this hotel. Its ghetto run down and crooked

Was wary from some reviews, but the water park was fantastic. My 12 and 9 year olds loved it, and I loved the lazy river. We bought annual passes for the family after visiting the first time.

Its a great small indoor Waterpark with lots of lifeguards watching out and the kids (9 & 11)had a great time! During the winter ventilation isnt great it is warm but the chlorine smell quite strong.

Poor Management.. Understaffed.. Spring break and they have 1 person at the bar.. 2 people handling the food.. People waiting for a slice of pizza and hot dogs for over an hour.. Food sitting there for even longer

The staff was very helpful and personable, especially the sweet bartender! Our littlun even vomited on the stairs shortly after arrival, and they were very prompt about cleaning it up in a hygenic fashion. Thanks for a neat, warm experience in the middle of winter!

First time there really enjoyed myself they serve adult beverages I found out as well which was awesome and the kids had a blast too

The Chuck E. Cheeses of water parks. Spent 30 dollars ahead of time so we would have cards for the arcade room. Literally 3/4s of the 15 or so games were not working. Two of the games that did work only took cash, so our cards were useless. The water park is completely underwhelming. Kids would have just as much fun at a city pool. Bathroom didnt even have soap. Pretty much out of everything at the concession stand. Total dumpster fire of a business

My 5yo loved it. My 3yo hated it. The only slide the 3yo could do was in the kiddie pool bc he couldnt go down the others by himself.

Uderly discusting waterpark, I had a bandaid go into my mouth while swimming in the pool, it was gross, not too mention the water was green. Ig everything else was ok for the most part.

Upon arrival my email and my request was a room with two beds, when I got there it supposedly said one king, the front desk guy Solomon argued with me until I showed him my email, no apology for being so rude, I also witnessed him doing the exact same thing to an older couple a while later when I had to go back to the front desk the guy asked for an apology and never got one, he was very rude and terrible with people, next we go to our room and it was trashed! Beds were not made, trash was full, hair all over the bathroom, the AC barely worked (it was 98 degrees out that day), we needed another blanket so my daughter could sleep on the floor and they gave us TOWELS! I never write reviews but I felt this was needed, I will be moving on to corporate. On the plus side the water park was fun my kids did enjoy that although it was extremely hot in there and crowded. Again, water park was fun but I definitely wouldn’t recommend staying there and won’t be again.

This place was really fun, the kids loved it! It was like great wolfs lodge but WAY cheaper, it didnt have all of the theatrics of the great wolf lodge but that isnt really that important to us anyhow. Everyone was very nice employees and guests included. They have a little arcade outside the pool too. It was a great place for our family and I would highly recommend it!

Not the biggest indoor water park, but has plenty to do for the younger kids. Rooms were nice enough. Overall good deal for the price and amenities.

I was looking forward to this stay with my four daughters! We’ve never done a family trip EVER. First thing I see when we get into the room.. A freaking roach!! I called the lobby.. and whole HOUR for them to come and inspect. They offered to spray the room and some sort of discount but I wouldn’t know until check out.. $42.00 discount. Guess that’s how much roaches are worth now days. The rooms were extremely dusty, customer service was rude as well and the water was too cold! Will not return and will be calling the city department on them!

My husband a I took our grandson here. He wanted to go to Oasis but it was hot outside and my husband can’t be in the sun too long due to medication. So we hit up Coco Keys. I was just okay with the place, but the 7 year old grandson LOVED it. Six hours of nonstop fun. We figured since he came alone we wouldn’t stay long( he didn’t bring a friend)He didn’t need a friend, he made friends the second he got there. And when one friend left he made another. The food was okay, but that’s not their main attraction, the adult drinks were not good, but again that’s not why you come here. It was really loud and humid. Thats the old lady in me talking, like I said 7 was in heaven

Friendly, helpful staff. A little outdated. Kids loved the water park, but, again could use a few updates. Arcade not great. Switched rooms bc first one was not great: next much better. Breakfast delicious but pricey.

Love this place. I wouldnt say you could spend all day there but they offer a 5-9pm pass that is perfect. Great for all ages w 3 big slides 3 intermediate slides for kids over 36 tall and even a few little slides for little ones as young as 15 months. They have a snack bar and a bar that serves alcohol. They do have party packages and cabanas you can rent out also

The beds werent even made all the way, sheets were about a foot from the bottom. Found out when I crawled in bed.The air would hardly blow, when we inquired about it a girl from front desk radioed it in, to fix & we were told if didnt work right wed be put in another room. When we came back, after a day out, nothing, still very hot. My husband went back to desk & no record was found that we complained. Maintenance came up shortly after, he went down & we were informed that the room we are in only has 1 blower speed, even though controls say more. The fix they gave us was 2 box fans. Having air circulate helped but still very hot, a/c even stopped cooling.Then poor water pressure & no happy medium, you either get a scalding hot shower or ice cold.The water park was ok but we will NEVER stay in hotel again. Oh & the parking area is horrible, not enough space, I do not recommend staying here at all.

I first been this indoor water park since of January 2016. It was fun indoor water park!

This place is amazing. the customer service is phenomenal. I had my kids birthday party there on a Saturday and my guest said it was the best party theyve been too. something for everyone. We will defiantly go again just an amazing experience. I recommend this place to everyone

Great place for our kids (5 yo and 7 mo) to play. The price was perfect. The attached hotel was very rundown. The bathrooms smelled of smoke.

Was late for a birthday party here but my daughter had a blast. Awesome memory

We had a birthday party there and Therese, the party planner was wonderful to work with! She accommodated 14 kids when they were ready to eat early and allowed us more time in the party room. The staff were friendly and they even helped us clean the room. The party went well because of her and her staff!

When entering the lobby the hotel looks very nice but, once you go up stairs the hotel really looks like a motel. The walls are not finished being painted. In both rooms there were stains on the carpet. To top it off I accidently left my purse in the lobby upon leaving and one of the staff members from the hotels front desk stole 100 dollars while retrieving information to identify me. There wasnt an incident report made, no manager on duty to assist and no one has reached out to me in regards to this matter, these people had no remorse. I do not recommend anyone staying at coco key.

My grandkids love it here. The staff is not too friendly but they are well staffed. They have a concession stand AND FUNNEL CAKE!!!

After some bad customer service ....the customer relations person called me...and is attempting to make my experience better......he said he is new to the position and is trying....that ment so much to me. Hopefully our stay is great.

This place is an absolute joke. Reserved a room (814). We arrived around 6 pm. Turned the AC on and guess what? 2.5 hours later Im literally sweating sitting still. Called the front desk, they switched us rooms. The guy said he went and verified the AC works and blows cold. Came back from swimming and switched rooms too (804) only to find out that the AC doesnt work here either. We went to the front desk to tell them again. The lady was very rude and sidetracked. Told us that she could switch us again but the AC may or may not work in there that we have to wait until morning to complain. So we went to the arcade to get a snack from the vending machine it was messed up (Dollar jammed) no big deal... We will get change... Ope there is no change machine. Back upstairs we go to ask if we can get change. No you have to go to the bar and get change. So we go there. Ask to get change, and were limited to $2. Wow we can get 1 candy bar... Oh by the way candy and pop are $2 in the machines. Also just beware the floor vending machines are debit/credit card only. So also the water park is closed today, restaurants are all closed today, shower even barely works, it backed up and hardly drains. Ourselves and our kids would have had a better time playing at home in the garden hose. For once I cant wait to check out in the morning at least we will get to be in AC again. Do not stay here, save your money and go to worlds of fun and oceans of fun. They have cabins and I guarantee they arent ran down. THIS IS THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO AND IVEBEEN IN SOME BAD ONES.

Some parts on the water felt worm. Some did not. I expected the food court to be ran better. Our food was brunt. Kids enjoy an hr and wanted to go home. I called about the hot tub they said they had one and its working. No hot tub insight. Not in the water park at least. Wont go back. Not worth it. I recommend them returning the hot tubs for the adults.

If you dont mind nonstop screaming go here!

Fun little indoor waterpark. My grandkids loved it

Water park is small and crowded. Half of the park was closed where the Lilly pads were located. Gum and other stuff stuck to floor all over. Lines at the bar and food are both long and slow. The arcade is terrible. Majority of games broken or dont issue tickets. Everyone hovers around one game that actually works. Only 2 of 3 elevators work and are constantly overcrowded. We do not recommend this place unless you have no other alternative.

The water park side was ok. Needs a larger pool for the parents though. The hotel side was a different story. No onsite restaurant even though all the signs on the walls say there are. Lots of stains on floor and the phone didnt work in the room. Signs on the floors say vending and ice here. Walk to location to only find ice lol. All in all lots of disappointments.

Kids loved playing here! There are water activities for all ages. Only down side is its 100 degrees in there. They have a thermometer.

Room was dirty, beds were uncomfortable and squeaky, carpet was dirty, arcade was a joke and most of the games were shut down but they still sold cards and didn’t care much because people kept buying them. They did refund us 3 out of the 5 $20 cards only after complaining about it and getting some attitude from the front desk lady. Water park was great for my 4 year old but next time I’d still rather spend the money in a different Hotel and drive the extra miles to a newer updated Hotel. The larger water slides that adults could go on were shut down an hour before the water park closed at 9pm.

We purchased a Groupon for the water park and are getting what we paid for, time to play in the water. On a good note, the water is clean and the kids are having a blast. Theres plenty of options for things to do for all ages. On a bad note, there was only one person at the front desk so getting in was PAINFULLY slow. Also, the lifeguards dont seem to realize how their attitudes effect the atmosphere. They dont seem to enjoy the work and one lifeguard, Alexis, agressively yelled at a couple kids over a tube. She didnt use a gentle tone of authority and that is disappointing. On a worse note, I mentioned to the first aid desk the lack of soap and to resolve it they only put a single soap bottle. There are too many people and the one dispenser isnt enough; the ratio is lopsided and insufficient.

We had alot of fun for 20 minutes. Then my kids lips turned blue.The water was TO COLD if it was warmer in the pool it would have gotten 5 starts

Not a place to visit! The hotel was awful! Their staff except for 2 was the worst Id ever dealt with.The lift to the indoor pool is out of order. I was told it has not worked in quite a while. Handicapped room, bathroom hasnt got a movable shower head and no mat or anti skip on the tub! Dangerous! I would never go back with family!

Me and my family went to the water resort ,later that night we had runny noses and could not stop sneezing... my eyes and nose have been burning non stop so I looked up what could cause this and it said that the cause could be dirty water or the pools chemicals. So therefore the rest of our family trip was ruined and we just ended up leaving and going home wasting lots of money on activities we didn’t get to do because of this. I definitely would not recommend this water resort to anyone.

Waterpark part was great, kids loved it. However the room accommodations were less than we were hoping for. Mainly the beds were small and extremely uncomfortable. We had already prepaid before we arrived to help speed up the check in process, but it still took over 45 minutes to check in and just get our keys. They did give us free Breakfasts for the hassle, but it shouldnt have been that difficult.

Triple charged my account. Lost reservations. 1 elevator for the whole 15 floors. Too crowded. No regulation at pools. Room dirty. Staff very unfriendly. No parking. Not worth it. Save your money.

We enjoyed the family deal on Friday nights! $9.99 per person from 4pm -9:30pm. It was packed and the kids had fun. I would definitely do this again.

It was very kid friendly. The kids loved it. Except that the water was on the colder side. My youngest wanted to get out after 10min into the water and keep warm for awhile until he was ready to go back in. The food wasn’t the best or the worst. They do need more cooks as I had to wait 20min plus to get my food when there was no other orders going on..

The food service says Gators Grad and Go meaning fast food right? Well not fast AT ALL....... They THREW AWAY MY COUSINS FOOD.....WE WAS WAITING FOR 30-40 mins. Not coming back to get food again unless they change they act.

Horrible experience! A friend of mine took our kids for a day trip. You couldn’t pay me to go back to this water park. Water park opens at 4, and the “restaurant” opens at 5. We spent almost 2 hours waiting for two bacon cheeseburgers, two regular cheeseburgers and a hot dog. Oh and let’s not forget, half the menu is pizza but they were “out of pizza crust”. Roach infested as well! Saw them crawling on the floor and had one in one of the drinks. Lazy river closed down multiple times while we were there. Disgusting place with no management at all.

I bought a family annual pass, but were not able to redeem before the expiration date because we were out of the country for a few weeks and they are not open in the week days. I called the office a few times, but the manager never replied. We went to redeemed the Groupon three days after the expiration date after we come back in town. The manager said that we would have to pay the differences $316 - $219 (Groupon price) = $97 initially. While checking the Coco Key website, the annual pass is only $252. They also offer $49/person annual pass as gift. We never missed to redeem a Groupon before, so I saw the extend expiration date option in the app, which let us extend for 21 more days. While I clicked on it, it said it was not available at this time. This is because the staff already asked us for the voucher number and scanned in their system. The voucher was counted as redeemed. While finding info on the phone, we over heard the manager said: Thats ridiculous. Its only $33! Well, if you run a business and ignore the customer and make them pay extra fee, you should be ashamed. You should not say this in front of your guests LOUD and make them feel horrible. We found the fine print from Groupon website stating the expiration extension rules. After negotiating for 30 minutes, the manager finally let us waive the extra fee. After we entered the facility, we found there was no hot tub anymore. That was the main reason we got the annual pass - to find a warm place for winter. The hot tub area was converted to a kids party area. It was such a disappointment. This would be our last time getting annual pass from there.

This was my 1st experience going to the resort. I went to take my daughter and friends as a birthday gift via groupon. Purchasing the ticket as well as redeeming my group on was a breeze no issues whatsoever! Finding the location going in the correct entrance was also very easy to do. Considering our latest weather conditions the inside was well warmed almost making you forget that it was below 20ﾟ outside. For the staff members that I encountered both on the phone and in person everyone was helpful and answered any questions that I had. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves I believe their favorite part was the huge tube slide that extended outside the building and ended inside the building! Over all the environment with awesome my only complaint was the overwhelming smell of chlorine that filled the air and because it was warm it was intensified. My sinuses were affected my eyes were tearing up and agitated by the time we left after 2 hours.

Me and my husband came all the from NC because my baby girl wanted experience coco keys resort well it was awful. poor service, they had bugs, the food and bar stand was taking forever to open. I seen lifeguards cursing at the kids, playing with other lifeguards across the park so unprofessional. it look like one the supervisors was high. At the window part they be loud cursing and cracking jokes. The food was not good and the womens bathroom smell. Will not be going back there. That department needs to be shut down.

Fun enough place to bring the family for a local mini-stay-cation. Id recommend opting for a room for the weekend to best maximize its value.

Smaller than expected but that turned out to be a great thing. Kids were easy to watch and they had quite a few options to keep everyone happy.

Great so far. Everyone is nice. Great service. My only concern is that even tho they have life guards so of the netting on the playhouse needs to be replaced.

It is oKay here. The bathrooms were a mess. The filters in lazy pool you can see were full of trash. Looked as not cleaned in a long time and we went at begging of day. I do not like the hot tub was gone. The water bucket to play area does not work anymore so seems it could be dangerous. It has so much potential and should be repaired and cleaned better. They should train employees to be a little more helpful and positive. The concession was pricey, but pizza was pretty good and workers in there very nice.

This place was Absolutely disgusting i will never be coming back here again. Dirty diapers in the pool area. front desk people are rude. the Indoor pool was full with kids and moms drinking, although it says If your under the influence of drugs or alcohol to be not be in the pool. the elevator took 20+ minutes to get on the floor you were staying in. very unsatisfied. when I walked into my room one of the beds wasn’t even made, I complained and she brought me a comforter with a big red stain on it. How disgusting. I will be emailing the GM.

Kids absolutely loved it! Adults review: Not the worst option in winter when there are few other options but not worth it in the summer. In need of repair and a good cleaning. Need better first aid. At a minimum, waterproof bandages. It IS a water park!

The people that work at the water park are extremely rude! The TV in our Room didnt even have a power button we had to find a paper clip to turn the TV on. Then there was not a microwave or a Mini fridge to keep drinks or anything cold, found dope needles in the parking lot as we were walking an! The beds were extremely hard and horrible I definitely will never recommend staying at this hotel ever the water park was OK except for the fact that half of the games you have to have coins 1/2 of the games you have to have a pay card! I felt it was very nasty and ghetto! No information on where you could order food or anything we had to look that up on our phones no information in the rooms as far as what TV channels were what like most hotels. I had a good time being with my family but I did not have a good time being in that hotel! I think you need better management and monthly meetings . I will recommend Cocoa keys as a 2 out of 5 to my friends but definitely a negative 10 out of 10 on the hotel everything was broken an junk!

The park was so crowded you could barely move. Not much to do there. Most adults sat around and drank over priced drinks while their children rampaged. Even the lazy river was crazy you couldnt relax for a second or youd get run over by unattended children. The food was also expensive and handled by two people who left food under the heat lamps for who knows how long. When our order finally showed up (over an hour after we ordered!), half our order was wrong and not even hot. If you want to go to a fun place with the kids avoid this at all costs.

Water park was a B. Smaller than pics but kids loved it. We stayed in the older part of the hotel and it showed. Walls are paper thin and we could see light from the next room thru the top seam of the wall and ceiling from our room. Lifeguards were very good at their jobs knowing when to correct a child and when to let the little things go, but keeping safety in mind. Very attentive. Very affordable for the fun we had. If we ever went back i would stay in the more expensive renovated part of hotel

My family loved it. There are not fridge or microwave in the rooms which is not convenient for mommas of infants. Moms that pump for their little ones will have to bring a cooler.

Kids seemed to enjoy the water park but the room had a $19.99 feel to it and $200 price tag. We checked in at 4:30pm 8/4/18 checked back out at 11:30 pm. Dont want to know what the stains on the carpet are!

All I have to say is do not pay full price. It is not worth it. The rooms were just ok. Not happy with the amount of money that was paid for two rooms and water park. At what we paid we should have just went to great wolf lodge or a fancy hotel. Oh well lessons learned! Probably wont come again the chlorine was so strong I could barely breath and once it hit my eyes it was like oh wow this going to be a short day. Someone puked in the pool but that happens anywhere. Just felt like it really needs a good remodeling and better prices if they arent fixing the place up. I feel like we should have spent max $200 for the rooms and passes for the quality.

Brought 65 kids to CocoKey for our last day of Spring Break with my school district. Incredibly accommodating and kind. Lifeguards are on point. Doing their job.Had a child bump head. Great first aid care.

Terrible. All I can say is everything about my experience was awful and I should of left after check in but I was waiting for it to get better. I paid for a spring break package that included access to the arcade. Most machines were broken. The pools were extremely crowded and lifeguards, while there, were non-existent. Kids were running into eachother and parents had to step in and let kids know when to go down to slide, for example. I had to change rooms because I walked into a hole on the wall with duck tape and my phone did not work so I couldnt even call to complain. They were overbooked and everything was very run down. Disappointed to say the least.

Kids liked swimming but the hotel is another story. No ice machine on our floor had to search for one. Our hallways smell like urine. The bed was nothing but flat sheets and old blanket. Bed shirt was dirty. Took forever to check in and just as we got to the front of the line to check in the lady behind desk just left without a word. No fridge or microwave in the room. Hair dryer doesnt work. No information in the room to let you know whats at hotel. Will definitely spend the extra money to stay at great Wolf Lodge...and will not be staying here again.

The hotel is amazing. We were there on Sunday, so it was okay for the bar not to be open early. However Charles from sales came to the water park and open the bar for us. He worked non-stop until the water park was closed. Great hospitality. Also our party host Messiah was awesome. Whenever we needed something she was there to help. And my favorite of all was the front desk clerk for the water park. Diamond. She had everything ready and in order the whole time. There was no question she couldnt answer or a problem she couldnt solve. Great birthday overall and the kids loved it.

Beautiful place fun for the kiddos and right by Walmart

After reading many other reviews..I was almost not wanting to go.. Upon arriving it was good experience even with kids younger than 5.. Everyone had a great time. Only thing that could use improvement is the place to get food...that took forever and they only had 2 people working it..

I have never written a review for anywhere Ive been, but if I save 1 person money and grief this will be worth it. The A/C didnt work in our room, maintenance was like I guess someone turned it off and forgot to turn it back on. Oops. It also took them 4 hours to come to the room to fix it. The wait for the elevator was 30 mins any time of day. The place was dirty and everything was run down and trashy. I didnt see one staff person clean anything or pick up common areas. The front staff doesnt answer the phone so if you need something you have to go downstairs to them to ask that basic services be provided. 1 or 2 staff members were nice and tried to help if you were lucky enough to find them but all around the worst travel experience Ive ever had.

Hasnt changed since last thinner i been there which was 10 years ago

Had to write a review after dealing with extremely terrible customer service. I made reservations online then when it came to checkin (3 pm) the rooms were still not ready. We missed out on the water package that we had bought for the day as well as the sea life tickets that we bundled due to waiting for a room. Finally we went home due to being tired of waiting and after waiting on hold for over an hour to speak with someone they wouldn’t guarantee a refund. It was 8:30 pm at this time and we hadn’t even reciprocate any of the services that we spent over 200.00+ for. The water park looked great from a distance but trying to obtain a splash of spring break excitement for the kids was ruined by incredibly poor and lousy customer service and the lack of confidence in the company to reconcile for losses!

Doesnt look like the pictures! Lobby is deceiving! No refrigerator & had to request for a damn hair dryer! Hot as hell in my room & I had the a/c on all night its March 2019! Water park is tiny, arcade is a joke. There are 3 slides & the most fun part. My friends hotel had blood on their damn sheets! Uve tried 2 buy water twice from vending machine, their OUT! Shower curtain wont stay shut. Ive stayed at better Motel 6s to be perfectly honest. I booked my hotel 15mins after my friend & I was charged $23 more, called them they refused to fix it! Stains on the carpet. Highly dissatisfied!! Spend your money elsewhere & do more fun places!!!

We went for an afternoon outing and were very impressed! My kids were thrilled. Something for all ages. The price was a little steep for us, otherwise we would go more often. Dont try to bring in your own food
