Rebecca thank you for helping us with our new home you are so sweet definitely recommend this place community looks so clean and neat. You are like blessing to us after a bad experience we had before with Bonner Springs.

Becky was very helpful to my mom (Suzy Foster) and we both appreciate it very much. Neighbors are very nice as well. Very friendly community and a wonderful place to call home.

I had been looking for a house since Nov 1st of 2019 in the Wyandotte County area but every house I looked at was run down and grimey. I actually came to Creekside Estates thinking I was going to be looking at an actual house. They where instead manufactured homes. I had never lived in nothing like this before so I was very nervous but the manager was super friendly and professional and she was sure I would love what I saw and she was right I love it. The neighborhood its different from what I am used to but in a good way. The kids are playing or walking their dogs. The neighbors are friendly but everyone does their own thing. We have space between our homes we not all bunched up together. I needed this especially with whats going on now.

Need to seriously fix their road thru the park. Giant holes all over the road.....my car fell in one. Had to dig myself put. And saw their pool in down....in the middle of summer...?????? SMH !

Ilive here.i hate it. Dont keep up repairs.been robbed twice and mytrailer was shot at. The office peopke do nothing to.help solve the problems here. Been turned in to the city twice because unhealthly problems with in the trailer park.

Have enjoyed my stay here.

This place is not somewhere I want to live again. Vacant and boarded up homes left to fall apart, vandals freely run about destroying (scrapping) whats left or the ac units, copper, wiring etc. Homes with siding falling off while people live in them, trash stacked up beside homes.This place should be condemned...

It is a decent place. A mix of people that seem friendly . Property management are nice.

The roads suck might lose your car driving thru there

Really bad trailer park, went to see are friend after his son got bite by a neighbors pitbull, sad it use to be a nice park.
