My Girlfriend and I have been here 3x in the last month Candy has been professional and helpful we took a walk around the Park yesterday it is clean and quiet and they are expecting shortly we have decided to submit an application to make BRMHC our forever home

I think they need a pool for the community , but some of the photos I have took was on the bridge off of blue ridge and trust

Its a quiet nice place to live and good neighbors I heartily recommend it

Great place to live. The staffs professional, helpful and efficient. Candy always answers calls in a timely fashion and actually has a heart at the same time. The property is clean and low crime for the area. Neighbors are friendly. Overall great place to live, raise kiddos, and pass the time.

Trashy and unkept! One of the trailers caught fire and was a hoarding situation, they let it sit, half burnt, festering and causing infestation at nearby trailers for over a year.

Sits right on the Kansas City line and if you call 911 it takes over 20 min for response time especially if your being attacked! And the ambulance sits literally right behind it and I was having seizures along with being attacked and was told they couldnt respond till after the sheriff got there! Luckily I was able to drive found out the ambulance was right freaking there! Still having seizures!! I was only a visitor but I could have died before getting any help if my outcome would have turned out any diff!! Dont recommend anyone to this area! Especially if you have kids someone could break in be killing you and your kids and you would get no medical attention because the sheriff decided to take forever to respond so they can come help you!!! FROM AROUND THE CORNER! LIKE LITERALLY THEY CAN WALK BEHIND THE BUILDING AND GET TO YOU FASTER THEN DRIVING THERE!! BEYOND OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!!!!!!

Nosey neighbors, and very white trash! This place is referred to as dog patch locally, and for good reason. Be careful if you are not a white republican racist if you rent from them. They like to bully people, mess with vehicles, and there is no local police in the area. You have to call the Sheriffs department.

Nice trailer park. But parking is a huge issue. If you have 2 cars and have more than 1 car visit you there is no parking. The only option is to park on the street, which really isnt an option.

Ive been here since February and am missing part of our roof, still dont have numbers on our trailer(address), muddy walkway still when told they would put gravel or seed down and now its May 7th and all that is still wrong and the a/c dont work either been over a week since we told them and they still have not even come to look at it. Supposed to be central air and now they told me 4 days ago we would get a window unit but they dont know when

I recently put in application to live here I I hear theres changes coming in the park is getting better, Im still waiting on approval whether or not Im will get the place

I just moved into a new mobile home here and so far it seems to suffice for no frills or amenities empty nester blue collar working class people.The staff are friendly, professional and helpful to meet your needs.The location is considered a thing of the past dog patch however it is easier for us to commute from here to there.My only concern is getting gravel down on our muddy walk way.

Quite most of the time. Nice area & location. Easy access to hwys. Most folk are nice. Safe as any place can be. Average to above average on expence/prices. I see some improvements developing, but thus far not much to offer. Friendly for the most part for what I have noticed. Manager seems nice ... company seems to care about money mostly. Im not sure what the companys plans are. They do own other properties world wide. This community has had several owners in the last 10 years. Lot rent has been raised about 5 times in the last 14 years.

I would give 0 stars. These people are deceptive and liars. After I enquired about purchasing a 2br 1ba from a ad on Craigslist. paid the application fee and was approved. They tried to double the price. They failed to disclose all the pricing when asked before I paid app fee.

This is the biggest dump, they dont take care if anything. Slum lords in my opinion. They know people are on a fixed income, and they take advantage of that. Sad really.
