Love Hollywood casino.Real nice employees at the table games.Laurie is so personable. Known her for years there. One year I wore Christmas PJs and my husband took my picture with her. It was Christmas Eve. Skip wanted to go to casino late and I said Im not getting dress, so he said go like that. How funny is that!

Always brightly lit but not harsh on the eyes bright its a soft bright. good setup of things... and decent slots. usually win something every other time or 2 I go here. won 450 in 15 min once not long ago an gave my friend who lost a hundred an we cashed out. not too bad...house always winsbut not as much as some houses out there.

I would have liked it better if it wasnt so much smoking going on! They need the air to circulate better. Even the non smoking area was really bad!

It was better before covid now you cant get free beverages and finding a waitress when you need one is impossible but its very clean.

Don’t expect any “late night” fun from here. They have all of the table games closed from 2am-8am for “cleaning”. But when I went they weren’t cleaning anything. I would have much rather made the drive down to Kansas star. I would not recommend at all. Safe your money, it is NOT worth it

This restaurant suckes. Order 2 club sandwiches to go. And when got home there was absolutely no meat on the sandwiches. Call the restaurant had to leave a voice mail. And of course we have not heard but feom them at all.Will never go back there.

I love coming to Hollywood even know I never win. My roommate wins everytime we come. The staff is always super friendly making sure u have everything you need. I have tried the food at Turn to sports bar about a year ago. It was just a burger and fries. We waited for a long time to be served. You can smoke in the casino but its not smoky at all. All in all a good time.

Clean, safe, not overcrowded. Had great time whether I win or not. Used my food voucher & gal in restaurant was so friendly. Fellow in bar area w my free soda was pleasant. The greeter at door said hello & goodbye to everyone & made me feel very welcome.

Love this place! If only they had Me Money Bags and Lucky Ducks dollar or higher machines! And it didnt seem to be paying anyone out at all and we saw no jackpot winners in the hour or more that we were there, But it was worth the trip considering it was nicely located near all the other great places like cabelas, nebraska furniture mart and the speedway!

I love this place! Ive won a good amount and lost a good amount but losing so much was my own fault. The staff are great and they work hard so we can play hard. Thank you for cleaning up after all of us so that we can continue to play!

Their casino was fairly empty. It looked clean. They offered face mask if you didnt bring your own, they Required for you to wear them unless you smoking, drinking or eating. They also had areas with hand sanitizer.

Good God. They planned this poorly. Line around the building expect a few hour wait. Not enough machines available once you are in and many out of tickets so they are unavailable until refilled. Highly suggest giving it a good bit more time before going.

This casino has a great staff who have always been very curtious and helpful with whatever Ive needed. The casino itself is deceptively large with a huge variety of slots. The slots seem to payout more frequently or are looser than the casinos on the Missouri side of KC. Overall I think this a a great casino with a good atmosphere!!!

Hollywood gives out some of the best promotions compared to the other casinos, and I actually got picked for a drawing! I have never received so many promotions from any other casinos in the area. Definitely my favorite.

I love to go to Hollywood Casino, because its close and its a fun place to go. Whether or not you are playing games or eating out. I have gone out there with friends of mine with no money to do anything with. But I knew that I was going to have fun no matter what. And I always do. Win or Lose, it doesnt matter. I Always have fun! The people are great & helpful. Like Ryan, who works on the casino floor as a machine tech. I think. Ive got to know him for quite a while. He always approaches me with a big smile and a hand shake. He is very kind and Hollywood should be grateful & proud to have employees like Ryan. And those certain Employees should be Acknowledged by the Employers. It makes a more Pleasant Working Environment.

Pretty safe and clean environment. The food is ok but certainly has the feel of The Cheaper Side of Sysco about it. The Players Club tiers require spending so much money that its really hard to advance even to the second level. The slots are usually tight and seem to have a weekend mode where all they do is take on the weekends. Its great when they have bands but I wish the stage was integrated somehow instead of feeling like an afterthought and just plunked in next to the escalators. We really do enjoy the crab leg buffet, but its now a thing of memory with all this corona junk.Overall its pretty fun for occasional play but gets expensive really quickly.

Great place to stop by after a day of shopping and eating. The casino is pretty nice. Very clean compared with some others in the area. Plenty of games to enjoy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Great views of the speedway. Coke products.

Good pays, but since the cov19, some customers dont understand that the MASK, has to be over the nose.I believe the casino needs to pay more attention to this and keep ALL patrons safe.

What a joke. I lost my drivers license at the onset of the covid crisis and havent had the time or willingness to stand in line for hours to replace it. This place requires a Valid picture ID to enter. They are the only casino in the KC Metro to do this WHY? even the cops can use my old ID no problem. It will be a cold day in hell before I ever spend a dime in this establishment !!

I really enjoy going here. The casino is always clean, including the restrooms. They have a huge variety of slots, that hit about average, but the best thing about this place is the staff. Every member of their staff is friendly, and helpful. They always take time for their guests and will do whatever they can to make sure you are taken care of!

This is a pretty good size Casino the food was excellent. The best part about this casino it is non smoking. I won quite a bit of money here also and one thing I lost my St. Christopher my medallion 2 days went by and I called them up and they found it someone turned it in I am so grateful. Black Jack tables were hitting the slots were loose tonight I will always come back here. You got to walk quite a distance where they allow parkjng your big semi truck but its worth it. This Casino is super clean waitresses look great in there little outfits thought I was in Vegas for a little bit LOL

OMG buffet is amazing !!! Came on saturday night. Views out the windows are wow!! And the food was all hot and prepared with expert care. Yummy!!!

Because it is hung and there are more machines than Ameristar artistry in hair has been together the staff is friendly and you have a variety of every game possible and Its just so nice.

Smokey but nice. I was there New Years Eve and was able to find one place in there that was still serving food at 1am. It was a cafe and the food was really good. Stayed at the Premier Best Western and the casino offered a shuttle to take you to and from hotel/casino at no charge. Had a great time.

Outstanding Hollywood Casino. A great, fresh, well cooked Sat night Buffet. Good Atmosphere and Customer Service. My Wife and I ate, played the slots and dearly enjoyed our visit. No big win but great fun. Thk u for the Shuttle from the Semi Parking area. Awesome.

So the first review basically pointing out how the casino had people wrapped around the building first day the casino opened, Second review = they are taking money and will let you go into bonus once But that bonus only pays out 2 to 5 dollars waste of my money of course. But one thing is certain and for sure l will never let a casino get another dime out of me. To my American people if you can stay at home do just that!
