Had a great time here! Just be careful where you park at night time! The shuttle is good about driving through certain parking lots but Do Not park in the security bank parking lot at night time! But great casino and slots actually pay out!

They do not help seniors. Would not let me stand by front door to watch for my niece . I missed my ride my niece . Told me to go to the phone outside 1/2 block away ,across a busy street it was 28 degrees out . Im disabled . Then Told me to wait in security office so I would be safe . . I did not . Manager would not tell me his name . Held his hand over it . Heard manager say if shes not gone in 20 minutes put her out . I

We enjoy the casino a lot. We love finding some of the older machines that we enjoy here. Nothing like a good ol mechanical five reel!Three stars because the facility is so smoky and there isnt much surface parking. I dont want to ride in a shuttle with people during this time. Nothing they can do to improve it because theres nowhere for a lot and they do offer parking garages, but it is a ding for us. Its not the safest area and we dont like walking to our car at night. The casino being smoky is understandable since its three levels. The staff is friendly and the drinks are decently priced. We come here when we know we can leave when its still light out.

It was a different experience walking into the casino. It made me feel like I was in someones house and they had alot of slots.I won all my money plus some back here. All the staff were helpful and very welcoming. Even the staff on the elevator just changing floors. You also get bonus money for signing up for there rewards card.

As far as slots go this is where its at. just won good here so 4 outta 5 stars for that and its a old Masonic Temple. cool history to it. pretty chill place 4real.

Terrible place. I did win though, only it wasnt from a machine. I guess the money man in the cage gave me back change for 100 instead of the $20 Id given him. I only found out when security swooped me a few days later when Id gone back. The took me to a small room and started aggressively interrogating me, like it Guantanamo Bay or something. They accused me of stealing the money by, of all things, being polite to the gentleman and confusing him?? They only let me go after taking every dollar I had, a photocopy of my drivers license, and an impromptu IOU agreement, which I had to sign.Needless to say, Ive never went back and dont ever intend to. So everyone enjoy the trailer park casino.

Really like the Casino. But their security and staff need to crack down on people taking their masks down once they get inside the Casino. Also saw people removing the social distancing signs off the slot machines so they could play those machines. Those people need to be barred from the Casino and forfeit any winnings. Maintenance person did not say anything to the persons. I would have given a rating of 4 if it had not been for this.

I visited 7th street for the first time yesterday because they always advertise they are rhe loosest slots in k.c. I dont know if i had beginners luck, but i had a really good time playing their machines. I left with $20 extra bucks in my pocket, and could have walked away with more. Some of the machines require u to put your card in upside down, which is something ive never encountered before. Ill def be returning!!

It was fun for a casino that size

The food used to be great, hot fresh and decently quick. The last 3 times I have ordered anything it has taken 20+ minutes for food to come out and the last time my for was completely wrong they gave me a chicken wrap instead of a turkey club wrap. And currently I have been sitting for almost 30 minutes waiting on a turkey club wrap with fries. There one person ahead of me with 2 people already eating their food they ordered. So customer service and sending out food on the cafe side. The slots are fun there are a few that are worn down but they are replacing them slowly but surely. Hand pays and fixing issues are typically as fast as other casinos in the area within 2 minutes or so depending on how crowded they are

Lost my money to quickly. I only went in with $40 but that was gone in about 15 minutes and I played penny slots. I didnt spend 15 minutes playing, I was there 15 minutes. Thats why they call it gambling!

NOT A FAN! I love casinos dont get me wrong here. However, this place has been set up in what appears to be an old office building of sorts. There machines are packed in with little room to move about and there are floors to explore but back to the no room too move around... Signed up and got my card and $10 bucks to start playing with. Less then 5 minutes later the money was all gone and I was bored. Keep in mind I was paying the penny slots and was not gambling for .40 cents a spin. Free pop was the only good thing for me here. Needless to say I wont be going back. But by all means go check it out. First time visits get you 10 bucks!

Good breakfast, great coffee, nice atmosphere, a bit loud, I believe the noise is sure to draw gamblers. If you are as I am not understanding gambling, you can enjoy your meal and guest.

For a small casino the staff here were not friendly. Except the security guard at the entrance on the side street tall African American man! He was very friendly, talkative and showed respect.. I went to the bathroom which was clean thank you for that! Me and my husband split up to use the bathrooms and I got lost, i know why its small but i didnt realize there were so many floors. When i got to the second floor i was lost asked the security guard on that floor a question and he questioned my age which was weird because I definitely look older than 21, and just came from the bottom floor level and he just watched me walk up the stairs. Lol but he asked for my ID I told him my husband had it and he gave me the rudest stare. After going up and down the different floors looking for my husband and brother I found them at the guest services trying to get a players card. As I was not there for the whole conversation I got there at the end. I guess it took 2 managers and an employee to help them get no where.. I guess because we have out of state IDs with our current address on them they wouldnt except it there as a form of identification for receiving a players card which is weird because they are legal state issued drivers licenses.. my husband had his military id and that helped him. But because my brother and I had an Arizona drivers license with a Leavenworth address it wasnt acceptable. The older big white manager kept saying because it was federal.. but makes no sense and his explanation was unclear.. my husband felt like they vcd were being rude to my brother about the drivers license for no reason.. he said they made it seem like the driver license cards were not Authentic. They said we we could turn around and leave if we wanted too but no players card would be given. They said we can play machines without the players card. So it makes me wonder how would we have been paid if we won large with these identifications???. We definitely will not be going back here again.. There customer service deserves zero stars. It better off to spend your hard earned money else where than here!!!

By far our favorite casino in the kcmo area. Only place we win real money at in ther high limit room. Have hit 9 jackpots in 1 night there! Staff is always friendly. Sometimes slow when busy, but thats not their fault.

Fun casino!! Parking stinks thru the week though. Wyandotte county meter maids are waiting to pounce. Its best to park in the by hour parking behind city hall.

Gambling has ruined my life and I no longer go. However, this casino has a higher aggregate payout than any other casino in Kansas or Missouri. The off-site side street parking is my only issue and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.
