Burnett Park is a very lovely place to relax or go for lunch. The place is quiet.

The playground needs to be updated. The slide has a hole in it, so if you have children (like I do) be vigilant for when they want to slide down the slide... Dont wanna turn a good playful event to a hospital visit

Decent park with a monster jungle gym, basketball court, 2 tennis courts, 3 baseball fields. Pretty nice, however the swings suck.

I lived across the street for 12 years and that whole time there was not a single incident where anything unsavory happened. Nice game of Tennis with the kids or Basketball. We also did a few years of T- Ball and Little League Baseball and never had to fight for parking.

The park is clean and the neighborhood is nice. There are playgrounds, baseball fields, and even tennis courts. When I went, lots of children were playing with their parents/guardians and appeared to be having a blast. The park was clean and there is a plethora of parking.

Park has a lot to offer. Free tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, benches, picnic area, baseball fields, restrooms, swings, and shade. It also has a lot of parking spaces. My daughter had a wonderful time playing at the park and I could see us coming here again.The only thing that appeared possibly concerning was that people would pull up and meet another car and then drive off. Maybe a meeting place, maybe some sketchy activity. It didnt go unnoticed but I want to think the best of people.

Ok looking park, kinda kept up being next to subdivision. I would assume that this place is for residents in the area mostly as it is literally off in the cut somewhere. It has a playground, basketball courts and other large areas for sporty things.

Fun little park to play baseball, or tennis at. Theres also basketball hoops and they keep up with it most of the time. One thing I did notice was in the back of the park there is some marshy ground and a spot under the fence that looks disturbed. Not jumping to any conclusions but I know kids like to play back in the open area by that fence.

Whether you play tennis, baseball or Pokémon, Burnet is a good park to visit

The tennis courts and the baseball fields are in great shape while the basketball court is decent but can use fresh lines. The kids playground is pretty small, its been updated in the last 2-3 years but its still an afterthought compared to rest of the park. LOLThe tennis courts, basketball court & most of the baseball fields have lights so can actually play until 930-10PM, later if you get permission to turn the lights off yourself.Theres ample parking as long as its not baseball league weekend. Those days gets ridiculous!

I grew up across the street from Burnet Park. Ive seen, throughout the years, the changes theyve made, but also the repairs they DONT make. Burnett park has steadily gone downhill over the years and it seems like nothing is being done about it. The trash cans alone are always overflowing, hence, theres trash blowing all over the parking lot, the playground, basketball courts, etc. AT MINIMUM, there should be someone to empty the trash cans once a day, or maybe every other day. Trash being picked up on the property would also be a plus. I understand that people throw trash on the ground, but I think simply by emptying the trash cans that are full, would help the situation of the trash blowing around on the ground. Burnett park is in Mandarin...... An area where people have gotten used to being relatively clean. This is not the case with the PARKS in Mandarin!
