We always love coming to the Prairie Land Steam show! So much to do and see and kids under 12 get in free. Full of free activities for the family and the steam engine powered Saw Mill is my favorite!

Great time and a great event. I would recommend a trip to the Prairieland Heritage Fall Festival.

Prairie Land comes around in the fall of each year, round Sept. So many attractions from the Tractor pull, Tractor rides, corn maze, train ride, petting zoo, playground for the wee ones. A wide variety of Dated Tractors to view at leisure. A pumpkin patch & museum are a few highlights. Walk around a packed Vender area set up of items for sale for the young or elderly. All the Country you could want in a field set up for a day of fun & leisure shopping. Food concessions are a plenty. Enjoy bands that play at their Gazebo & enjoy refreshments & relaxation all day long. You might enjoy learning how molasses is made on the grounds. Always something for everyone. Come out & enjoy.

Always fun to stop by. I was with a school this year to visit the Steamshow. Our small group really took time to explore what Prairieland has to offer. It was interesting and fun to get some hands on learning.

Local attraction Offering a multitude of activities for young and old. Swap Meets and rummage sales with a little history thrown in. Fun for the whole Family.

The signature event of this site us a three day steam show in early fall, featuring antique farm equipment, farming demonstrations, and related displays. There are rural history displays, relocated buildings like a 1 room school or country church, a band stand and other displays. Although there are steam displays like a sawmill, other antique farming equipment like old tractors are commonly featured. This is a labor of love from local hobbyists rather than a professionally curated historical museum, but when active it resembles living history demonstrations from the early to mid-20th century.

Absolutely enjoy the steam show every year. Just a good time. Relaxing and family friendly.

Fantastic place chock full of steam engines and antique tractors . Has a train ride for the family and for a dollar really. Cant say enough about the place . Food Fun and adventure.

Prairie land days is great place go each sept on last weekend. Great food, lots vendors for flea market, lots antique demos with farm, great place bring the kids.

We go here for the annual Prairie Land weekend. They make sorghum, have an authentic lumber mill, crafts, old fashioned school and church, tractor pulls for grownups and kids, etc.
