We had the most lovely time here! We didnt catch her name, but our tour guide was incredible and gave us the grand tour! The museum itself was amazing and so interesting. Would absolutely recommend of youre in the area!

Neat museum and great way to learn about a unique and specialized subject matter. We love exploring off the beaten path. Staff was lovely. Inspired us to try to make it to the balloon fiesta some day. It looks like a magical experience. Thanks for your hospitality!

Very friendly staff, they have a nice day and crafts room for smaller children. I wish they had a basket you could climb into, for pictures, etc.

As a pilot this has to be my favorite event to attend. The competition and family atmosphere is unmatched. Cant wait till next year!

So educational & interesting. Great short film & our guide was an experienced balloonist. He knew so much about the subject & was a delightful person.

Its a pretty good collection of history and memorabilia of ballooning. If youre not into hot-air ballooning, youll probably walk through this in under an hour. If you really like hot-air ballooning and learning about the history and techniques, then youre going to like this place and spend more time there. Its probably a must-see for balloon enthusiasts, and an okay way to spend an hour if youre not.

Great museum! They have a lot of great displays & paraphernalia. If you have an interest in ballooning this is a great place to stop. Explore the history of ballooning in a beautiful area of Iowa.

Amazing presentation of the surprisingly deep history of hot air balloons.

What a great experience! Entertaining and informative. The gift shop is cool, lots of great stuff. The volunteers are sweet, kind and helpful.

Greeted by wonderful ladies who are still serving in their late 70s.. as I mentioned earlier..Iowans are extremely sweet people..Writing in detail- Stating 70s with whom we interacted was no way offensive but proud and heart felt statement. Especially being extremely patient with my kids who were bombarding with questions and I did miss to write more about the museum . Its an absolutely stunning Ballon ride collections and abundance of information.One of my bucket list of thing is to do Ballon ride and really inspired now and sure to do it shortly. Lot of information available here and you would need atleast few hours to enjoy it and sweet ladies are sure to help in providing enough information. Some day I will be back with flowers to apologize in person for IF you guys felt bad which was never my intention .

You laugh at a Ballon museum but once your in youll be amazed. Really cool and interesting things in there.
