Best pizza I ate. Best flavor. Dont know what they put in it??? Keep doing it.

Good fun place for children. The food is okay, kids love it. Salad bar is kept nice and clean. The place in general is kept clean. The staff is nice and friendly (they have new staff). They have upgraded the games, its parent and kid approved. Fyi they sell alcohol and they have free wifi, they do care about the parents happiness too.

My husband and I took the kids here for mothers day. My one and two year old. They had so much fun!! They met Chuck E. Himself twice. The prices arent bad it can be fun for children and adults. We had a pizza and it was delicious as well. Its the second time there and we will continue to go there more. Cheap fun indoors, great for a rainy day, the whole family can enjoy.

This was my first experience at the Chuck E. Cheese in this location. Not bad at all I would definitely recommend it for a childrens party. The kids had a blast and the pricing was fair though the food was a little skeet(very little) but overall good experience - The C in Comedy

Everyone was super friendly, the pizza was delicious and service was fast. We went on Sunday night it was not very much people in there so my daughter and her 2 friends had lots of fun. We got 80 points in 3 different cards for the kids it was enough for the 3 hours we were in there. I will go again soon with my daughter. If you have kids for sure they will have fun in here.

Cleaner than I remember (I hadnt been there in years). I like their policy for leaving with children to be sure children are safely going home with the right people. The man at the toy ticket counter told me I had to insert over 100 individual tickets into the ticket counter myself and that it would take him longer to just count them... The scan cards on bungee bracelets is a GENIUS idea instead of coins. Then some fun things not working was disappointing. Overall it was a good experience.

I know my nieces and nephews love it but the place drives me crazy. The new location by Independence center has a lot more room.

The pizza was what I would call a box pizza when I got it it was the wrong pizza and cold and where the kids could play was small very small when it was on noland road it seemed much bigger and not much the bigger kids could do

Took my grandsons...they a blasted with over 200 game points. .hour and 45mins of fun

Went for a birthday party. My child had enough tickets for 3 airheads and several of the small tootsie roll like candies. The employee handed her the airheads. We asked for the other candies because she had enough tickets for them. The employee handed her a tiny plastic spider that she didnt ask for. He said, thats enough, youre good. We didnt stay and argue over candies, but to a child this is highly unfair. It took a lot of coins and game play and she didnt get what she earned.

Its chuck e cheese, my kids love it. I like it because they love it, but I dont go to chuck e cheese to have the employees be respectful or nice or caring about kids... most just look at u .. they might point to something when u ask.. i have accepted the terrible customer service. I just pray the never have jobs at a daycare where they are unsupervised with kids.

In the middle of a pandemic, the management decided it would be a great idea to hang up flyers at my apartment complex. There are SEVERAL ethical issues with this. 1) We are approaching a stay-at-home order. I realize restaurants are essential, and will struggle in the next few months, but this is careless. My neighbor will be 87 tomorrow, and who know where the person who hunt these up have been. 2) My apartment complex has a strict “No Solicitation” policy. 3) They didn’t even care enough to put the phone number or address on the flyer.

Not as fun going as an adult lol but speaking objectively its great. They seem to keep up on cleaning and theyre pretty organized. The security is my favorite thing...giving child and parent matching black-light stamps to ensure your kid only leaves with you

Not only were they not prepared when we got there so the party started late, but our hosts was kinda pushy and not really any help so what was paid for in this party package?? This location used to b the best and friendliest... now it seemed like they didnt care. I may not return. Main event is just as good for the price

The employees that greeted and served us were really great. We had 3 coupons we wanted to use, couldnt use them all at once but the employees let us do 3 transactions to get everything we wanted for our visit.However, the employees that were there to close the store were not so great. They didnt pay attention to people when it came time to redeam their tickets. Not very friendly or helpful to children picking their prizes. Rushing the kids to decide, yet waking away to clean up the salad bar, so when they do decide on something the kids have to wait (giving time to change their mind), flag the employee down, or say what they want multiple times.I understand the employees still have food and other clean up to do as well at closing time, and children can be very indecisive. However, if you split your attention (and time) between 2 or more tasks, none of those tasks get your best work. Every aspect of your job should deserve your best, however, customers need to be a priority. They are the reason for your opportunity to be employed and get paychecks. Their demand and desire for a product or service is the reason your company exisits! Their satisfaction will keep them a customer and even get new customers. WE WILL tell others about your product and/or service. Thus keeping your company open, making it money, and in need of employees. But if you are the employee making the customer dissatisfied the company can find someone else to employ that CAN/WILL provide customer satisfaction.But other than that, we had a great time.

Terrible. Took my 5 year old for his birthday and it was ruined by some wanna be gangsters trying to fight one another. Management handled it great, offered 75% discount. Security was an off duty police officer by himself. He was professional but needed help in my opinion. Thug to security ratio was pretty low. Wont ever go back.

The service took forever and there was no politeness from staff. Its supposed to be a fun time and excitement. I took my 7 year old and girlfriend spent 100 dollars and didnt get good service from staff no joy from people being there. Games werent reading our card right but no one cared. Our first experience wasnt very good.

Was alot of fun . Except the ticket receivers was broken down ever 5 seconds so that really sucked but in all had a great time and got to go in the ticket blaster!

Not crowded, great employees and good pizza.

My kids like going here. It’s clean and the games are fun, but they need more staff and the food is always cold. We ordered pizza, salad bar, mozzarella sticks and pretzels bites on 2 different visits. It took a good 25 min to get our food, which would be fine if it was hot and freshly made. The pizza and pretzel bites were just kinda warm, the mozzarella sticks cheese weren’t even melted. I don’t know if it is because they don’t want kids to get burnt eating the food, but that should be the parents responsibility. I want hot food. The salad bar wasn’t ready for another 30min because they are so short staffed. The poor lady taking orders was also trying to get the salad bar ready. Once it was up and going the salad bar was great!

My granddaughter had a birthday there today and the young guy that assisted are table was so helpful and Im point that we have him a tip for going over and beyond to make sure we didnt need for anything and I mean anything even down to lighting the cake and cutting it

If they could only get a hand on keeping the smells from the restrooms down it wouldnt be too bad. We attended a birthday party and the poor parents got stuck with the party tables closest to the restrooms and the smell was potent. I get its a public restroom but they do make things to freshen up the air.

Our host was great . When you walked in it had a odor . The night before I stopped in to count how many tables I had and the floors were disgusting.The day of the party, the guy I’m the chuckee cheese costume was a bit stand offish towards my daughter When she would approach him but not the same towards other children. when my aunts spoke about it to I guess the “ manager “ he brushed it off and said “ the guy in the costume is an African American “ any ways them when it came time to cash my daughters tix out , the young guy that was behind the counter was not friendly and seemed a bit annoyed ! If you apply for a job at a children’s amusement park or gaming facility you need to have people skills and able to tolerate children!!Would I go back ? No.!Was the party expensive? Surprisingly noHost? Nice and very helpful.

We were with our Grandsons BDay party, we opted to separately order to salad bars, also purchased 3 Chucky Cheese drink cups for 3 of our grandkids, then 1 for ourselves. The cashier knew we were there for our grandsons birthday party & we had free drinks (which he knew, but we did not know) would have been nice to know that. So in essence what Im saying is we were overcharged, also the restrooms were very filthy. There was a argument between 2 employees in front of everyone! My Son finally said something to the very RUDE LADY (who was making the scene) I believe she was part of Management, very unprofessional! He finally said you dont need to talk to her like that! Its really a shame because my almost 3yr old grandson whos Bday is coming up, really liked Chucky Cheese. Dont know if I can talk my daughter into having his BDAY there, I do believe in people having bad days.

Kids had a lot of Fun....Wish I would have seen someone Wipe things Down every so often due to Flu Season and Germs....Womens Bathroom where Bad...I even ask to have them checked nobody did and we where there for 3.5 Hours...Also my Daughter smelled Weed coming from the Front Play Area...She did not tell me this until we had left already....

I think this is extremely overpriced.the kids get 500 tickets and go home with bubble gum. There are no coupons anymore and now theyve taken away the Wednesday all you can play pass. We wont be coming very often. The actual taste of the food and salad bar have improved. WAY to expensive for family fun. We prefer Main Event. Bring back coupons!

It would have been better if they would have had the Chiefs game on. I had to leave my grandsons party to go next door to watch the play off game at Comcast.

We went for our sons birthday and we had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were very caring and understanding for the lack of birthday guests we had. I cant remember the girls name that took care of us but she was amazing and I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

I stop at Chuck E. Cheese , because my daughter had a accident . The manager walk up , didn’t even greet us . So I ask if it’s okay for me too use the restroom , my daughter had a accident . All I got was “ is that what you came for ? To use the restroom ?” I said yes , she had accident I’m sorry . Rude as hell just stamp our hands , and look at us . When I was leaving , I saw him again. I said thank you , all I got was a dead look ! Never coming to this Chuck E. Cheese again !!!

Not the best visit to Chuck E Cheese. Customer service was lacking today, and that hasnt been the case in the past. It took three visits, over a 14- minute span, to the front desk to resolve an issue with lost credits in a machine for two children, ages four and nine years. The young worker literally said, (about the manager, I assume) He said to tell you hed get around to it. #seriously? Customer service was not on the menu at Chuck E Cheese in Independence today.

We usually go to Overland Park and have never been disappointed. When they postponed the Royals game tonight, we went to Indepence. Food was mediocre at best. 2 stars only because my grandson had a great time playing the games.

We went at 3 in the afternoon was not busy at all. Our cashier was super friendly and my grandson loved running around playing the games. We used a online coupon for the playtime cards and it was the perfect price for the perfect amount of time we spent there. The salad bar was super fresh and the pizza was delicious! Whole family had fun being a kid again!

Our party didnt go so well so they offered to replace things to make it better so Id have to give this place a high rating Loves fun games for the kids my son had a good time I will update this after we go back

Was invited for a birthday party. The young girl working the party was great. At one point myself and the parent that paid for the party went to thr front register to order a drink. After waiting 5 minutes and no one coming up, we were told by the young man stamping hands that we just needed to wait and learn to be patient. Never saw anyone so i went back to the table.Then when my kid went to cash out his tickets at the desk for prizes, the young lady clearly had an attitude and my son had to say what he wanted three times before she even acknowledged him speaking. And no there wasnt anyone else at the counter. Glad i didnt pay for this experience or i would have demanded my money back

I like that they removed tokens and use a card now. Easier to kee track of. Might as well find a way to apply tickets back to the cards and be done with those too. I miss the animatronic live bands though!

We went to celebrate my brothers birthday. It was very busy. Every one is so nice. The pizza wasnt amazing but it was good enough. Their prices for game cards is not bad. 60 minutes for 21 dollars is just one example.

Really Fun Enjoyable Place For Youre Kids To Go To Have A Good Time.

Went for my grand daughters birthday. While she had fun, it was extremely busy and super loud. A mom and dad of two small children got in a fist fight and had to be escorted out. Also, some teenagers stole my sons tickets that were on the ground as he was trying to feed them into the ticket counter. I would not recommend going on a Saturday night during peak business hours.

Went there for a friends kids birthday party, and was pleasantly surprised at some of the improvements since our last visit several years ago. All games seemed to be in good order, with only one (a computerized game where you shoot actual balls at a computer screen to kill the monsters on the screen) that malfunctioned when balls got stuck touching the screen and wouldnt register any other hits. Improvements included no longer having to carry around tokens; you are given a card to swipe at each game. Food is mediocre, but you dont really go there for a good meal. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Ok my family and I decided to have a last minute birthday party at this location we had maybe 8 kids with us one whom never been to chuckie cheese before (birthday girl) excited with glee as if she was meeting mrs Michele Obama herself ....chucke comes out and waves 5 times to the other happy to see a rat kids and keeps walking past them like it was totally disgusted by children my opinion but I could not help but to notice how uninterested the costume wearer was ....I am not exaggerating when I say chuckee killed my excited my inner child experience was ruined as a customer for many years don’t put the costume on if the person inside doesn’t interact with the children btw it was on a Wednesday but the pizza was hot and the bathrooms were clean that’s why I put 3 starz yes I know I spelled chucky 3 now 4 different ways isn’t America great

Obviously fun for the kids. We choose not to eat the food... So this is only a review of the arcade side. There are games adults can join in on too. No more creepy robots these days. You do all the games with a card you slide with credits loaded. It wasnt as grimy as I expected it might be. You go for the kids and mine were happy, so I guess thats what matters!

This is a great play to take kids for arcade fun that is fairly inexpensive. they have recently added many new games that makes it a much better place then it has been in the past. the pizza isnt horrible but theyre pretty slow about getting your order out to you. theyve added the use of play pass card which is reloadable to use with the games so you dont have to worry about the kids keeping track of a bunch of tokens to play. all the games dispense tickets after youve played which you can then turn in for a large variety of prizes. however, this process can be quite daunting if they are busy. no phone found it is a great place to have birthday parties for smaller children and they have pizza and play pass packages available if you would like a designated area for your party and a visit from Chuck-E-Cheese the mouse. you can also have parties in the main seating areas and bring in your own cake ice cream and gifts to have your party at your leisure. they have a pretty cool sketch photo booth where you can have your pictures taken and get a pencil sketch drawing for only 25 cents. this is one of my favorite things about the place.!

Pizza was horrible, kids had fun.

This was the worst experience. The host was barley around. My daughter paid the amount she was told with her confirmation email, they charged her card almost $14 more without her acknowledge, then told her it was taxes. When she spoke up they called security on her and her fiancee. All of the employees are standing around them as if they wanted to fight. This was handled unprofessionally. Getting loud and immediately handling the situation. All black people are not rude and riotous, we are all not looking for something for nothing we work hard for our money and expect to be treated as such. My grandsons 4th birthday party was not the opportunity for you to send hatred or bias. We have a very large family and lots of friends and we will share this with everyone. Independence, MO Chuck E.Cheese is prejudice and rude. Dont go here.

I mostly came for the animatronics and now because you got rid of all of them except Chuck E. Cheese, it is less enjoyable. The arcade is okay, but I wish you kept the animatronics. I still like the place but, its just not the same.

They had on their window unlimited for $10 it was $20 for a hundred plays. The cashier said the advertisement after a new window for a long time it just havent taken it down yet. False advertisement.

I havent been to Chuck E Cheese in a few years, NOT what I remember at all. When we walked in, EVERY table was dirty, I had to ask someone to clean a table for us to sit. They ran out of fries, the mozzarella sticks came out cold and it took them over an hour to deliver a medium pizza (which was pretty good) and a small round BDay cake to the table. The place was disgusting. NEVER again.

Showed up on Sunday without a reservation, Jason the manager took amazing care of us without even a bit of hesitation. Was able to quickly sit up for birthday party with all the extras. Rose was our server and she was also amazing. She was polite and totally handled our chaos of kids. Jason is turning this location back into the place to be for kids. Found it clean and safe also. We will be back.

Over priced and not that great of pizza. Had family in town and had 10 grandchildren to entertain and feed. If it wouldnt have been such a hassle, would have taken them to eat somewhere else. At least they stayed entertained.

No one goes here for the pizza. Definitely a hit with the younger kids due to a large selection of video games and Chuck E. Cheese anamatronic puppets with an on stage show. You get tokens with a meal purchase for games. Extra tokens easily available from change machines throughput the facility. Nice change is tokens are now credits, kept on an a special credit card. Games are expensive, but the kids love it. I take my grand daughter there a few times a year for the games only which is acceptable to management.

We had my sons birthday party here on a Sunday at 11:00 a.m. It was the perfect time. It wasnt too crowded and the staff directing the party was fantastic. The pizza was actually good and we got quite a bit for the price of the party. For as much as I was dreading the chaos of a party at Chuck E. Cheese, I didnt regret this decision one bit.

I know theyre trying to keep up with the times, but they really should go back to the stage show of having the animated characters playing the music every so often instead of the TV screens! Their Pizza is decent but not the best. The kids still love to go and play the games and they have put in a wide variety of both games for tickets and arcade games. Everyone had a great time and I definitely would recommend it if you have younger children or grandchildren!

My son had fun for his 2nd Birthday! They did a great job with our party and he had fun through the whole night.
