We visited as a large group on Sunday night, and it was by far one of the best experiences we have had. Our group age ranged from 3-40 years old, and everyone had a blast!The staff was kind and friendly and took really good care of us.Aaron W. took care of our group, and he went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. Our group size was larger than what we had booked for, but he made sure that everything was taken care of and that everyone was able to have a good time. Aaron was kind, helpful, patient, and was a key to making our experience so enjoyable!We really appreciate Main Event and their staff, and we will definitely be back! I would highly recommend it for groups and families!!

Staff was very nice and helpful! And the food is pretty good but the laser tag was my absolute favorite Im have seizures and cant really do stuff like that plus since I broken my back last year hadnt done really anything for awhile and I felt as normal as I once was I paid for it later that night but it was so worth the pain! So for me this was a very special day and a wonderful place!

Had a great time with my almost 7 year old grandson. We spend $30 and they gave us $5 free, that was nice. Kinda pricey but we had a great 1 1/2 hours of fun

This location provided the worst service I have ever had at any establishment....ever. The waitress was incredibly inattentive, and rude when I brought it to her attention, and the food was less than edible. I brought my family to this location for my daughters birthday and unfortunately, the only positive experience was the entertainment. If you are planning an enjoyable experience for your family think carefully about this location. In the future I will travel the extra time to another Main Event to ensure that this experience is not a repeat performance.

We did the $7.99 all day play for laser tag. The kids had so much fun. We ran our butts off. For 6 of us it was $52 including tax. We will definitely come again and do the all day bowling next! We loved the pre given names for laser tag and the kids were having a blast trying for the high score.

Took my 6 year old and 10 year old grandson there to bowl Friday evening just before dark. Got our lane shoes etc and the employees were very prompt very kind. We had a very good time. We left at about 9:45 pm and there were a lot of people starting to come in. I felt we got there at a good time and left at a good time as well. But over all experience was very nice this evening

Usually not too crowded!Eating areas were actually pretty dirty but there was a big group who trashed it and the staff were working to clean it up quickly. Great game selections and lots of fun adult and child games

I would have totally enjoyed the experience had it not been for the group of out of co trolls teens who started fighting right when we pulled up. Then 6 cop cars arrive and things really got out of control. Brought my 17 year old and her friend in town and thought it would be amazing. I was more concerned the entire time of how these unaccompanied minors were acting around there. It was chaos. In my opinion, stop allowing the kids to enter after 5 pm. Or1 adult per 1 child..... either way, not sure I will return. Even though it could have been an outstanding experience. We did have fun but at the cost of watching over our backs every 30 seconds.

The only person at this place that seemed to care was the bartender. She assisted and helped us and many others as much possible while her coworkers stood around talking.Tables and booths were disgusting, food was cold, no plates or napkins available, bowling lanes broken but still selling them to guests, ordered sodas and took 20 minutes for the person to come back with them, asked about their Tueaday kids eat free special and was told I dont know.The bartender girl was super amazing, friendly, and hard working. She was literally making drinks, delivering food, asking guests how they were, cleaning tables, bringing out sodas that the other employees forgot about, helping at the front desk, and she even fixed our bowling lane. This girl was super amazing and hands down the only working employee at this place.

We went on Saturday evening, 10/17/20. After realizing your system attempts to garner a tip, when purchasing play cards, we avoided that unnecessary charge only to get on the game floor and realize that multiple machine were not working or available, and then swiped cards on unmarked broken machines to lose a total of 40 credits in that manner. We paid $75 and I was sorely disappointed in the experience. You should be ashamed.

Bring your kids they have great deals and is always a great time. We spent hours here.!

Took Emerson and Donovan to main events so they can play Arcade games and they had a blast

Spent 180 for unlimited activities and the 190 on food. Kids didn’t get to bowl a whole game and was told they couldn’t add time. It was 8:20 and was told my kids couldn’t play laser tag until 10:15 and the kid was super rude. Should of been told that there was a wait before purchasing because I would of saved my $300+. Will not be back would rather go to power play or increadble pizza instead. Way more activities for my $.

Fun place for kids and adults as well. The pricing structure was somewhat confusing at first, however it got resolved accordingly.Sensory overload can definitely be an issue for sone people here. More flashing lights and noises than at rhe casino!

Not pleased. Took my young son and he was excited for indoor mini-golf. The website very clearly indicated this location had indoor mini-golf. It became apparent, upon arriving, it does not have mini-golf and sadly the associate that I spoke with told me that their website has information about better locations for that. She was wrong about the website. At any rate, I was not interested in driving further, or looking at their website again, so we bowled instead. Staff was courteous, venue was clean--when it is 100 degrees outside and we are in the midst of Covid, please promote your services accordingly--people want options, and to appropriately understand them.

My children and their friends throughly enjoyed themselves. The food is really good and adults will enjoy themselves. Not that expensive but bring your credit card. The longer you stay the more youll spend. We will be going back.

I called ahead and booked my sons birthday party, I was quoted $139.95 for the five of us. I had to pay $100 deposit to reserve our time. Part of the pkg included free food which was cold and disgusting. Had to request basic condiments like napkins and ketchup for our French fries which anyone whose ever done a waitressing type job knows to bring that automatically so the customers fries won’t get cold while having to wait for it to be brought in our case our fries were already cold. The cheeseburger sliders were also cold and dry. The chicken nuggets were luke warm but also dry. Donut holes were crunchy like a hush puppy and dry as well. When it came time to pay the cashier the remaining difference I was told that it was $76 and some change. I mentioned that was not what I was quoted over the phone. The cashier then informed me that was before taxes and that a gratuity is automatically included as well. Mind you I was never told a gratuity would automatically be included. I asked how much is the gratuity she said $26.83. I was shocked, and responded with the hostess didn’t do $26.83 worth of work and I brought up the issues with the food which I originally wasn’t going to do. I then went over and had the same conversation with a manger who informed me that only 50% of the gratuity went to the hostess and the House received the other 50% like we were at a casino or something. She wasn’t apologetic about me being misinformed over the phone when I booked my sons party. Most the time businesses will work with you in being sure your satisfied with your visit especially when businesses thrive off of reviews but apparently this place isn’t concerned with making sure their guests are happy. We still had to use our arcade cards for the two hrs which was very difficult to want to do since I was unhappy with their services but it wasn’t about me it was about my son and his friends enjoying their time. We did choose to leave with time still left on our arcade cards bc the boys got bored. I will definitely be sharing our experience with others to be mindful when they book here to get the correct information bc I basically left a tip for the amount it would cost for another person. We could have went to a Dave and Busters for less and went and ate better food elsewhere.

Was great. Only downside nothing for our three year old to really do. Prices were reasonable. Kids loved it.

Had a Good time here with my crew for a work party. Bowling, laser tag, games, pool, they have a Full Bar and Food as well. Food was really Good also.

Nice games. Hard to play with a mask on though. No sanitizer unless you keep walking up to the front door. Bring your own.

Fun place for entertainment. They have a ton of arcade games, laser tag, bowling, billiards, shuffle board, and a rope bridge. If that’s not enough they have a dinner and a pizzeria inside. They have an unlimited special on Mondays but only includes certain entertainment. The staff are very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend for a family night, date or birthday.

Fun there are several things to do it will definitely keep you entertained with bowling pool shuffleboard gravity ropes laser tag and a big arcade Plus a small Pizzeria inside and a bar with alcohol and its wheelchair-friendly my kids and the adults all enjoyed themselves there was just one person that works there that was super hateful even to my children but if that wouldnt have happened I would have definitely gave it more stars

Absolutely terrible service at the bar. Two bartenders and 5 people at the bar including myself and my mother. One bartender was just standing there hanging out while my mom and I was standing waiting to order drinks for 10 minutes. Not busy whatsoever, just ignoring people who werent flirting with her. Blonde bartender and dyed red head. Complete inconsiderate and rude.

This place was fantastic. The staff EVERYWHERE was so polite. I appreciate every interaction. Yes, it is expensive. But I went with the intent of being there for maybe 2 hours. We left after 5!. Im exhausted but so happy that we had the experience! Thank you for making it worth the trip!!

The atmosphere is indicative of Dave and Busters and there’s a lot going on. The staff I understand was quite busy, but they were quite inattentive to helping us fix our lane twice when it quit working. We complained a few times and finally got assistance from the manager towards the end of the evening. The food was quite tasty and the cool atmosphere of the bowling is why I’m giving this place 3 stars. We also had some obnoxious family next to us, which dampened the experience, but was no fault of the business. I’d go again and give them another opportunity.

Fun but pricey!

So much fun even for adults. My work had our Christmas party there and it was amazing. I definitely recommend the laser tag!!! Cosmic bowling was fun too. It was a great team building experience!

Staff and a ton of customers we walking around without masks on or all the way on. Some of the video games were a little trashy. The activities like lazer tag were short. The gravity ropes were okay, wait list wasnt too bad. The bowling was horrendous, we were put on the other side of a large group who wouldnt stay on their side and with CoVid that is frustrating. The other side of us after we were halfway bowling started using both lanes instead of the skip a lane for covid. Then they were walking onto our side and without masks. We asked about a refund and were told they could move us, but not the pepple they placed near us. Now mind you the moving of us would have been between two groups again, so defeats the purpose. So we just said we were done. Same problem with the pool tables, long waits and people not staying in their areas. For me the all day card for activities wasnt worth it since I only did bowling and lazer tag. My friends were able to use everything, so it was worth it for them. The staff was nice overall but the lack of seating and so forth during covid or space seems to make it not worth my time.

Great place till one rude lady insisted I kept re-doing the game and starting over... No my daughter and I are just doing pretty good. So Im sorry it took longer then most but we had a great time and you cant take that from us!

I thought it was an all you can play arcade but it was not. We still had a great time the credits to play the arcade games were reasonable. It would be a great place for a large group of friend to go to eat, play, and drink.

Fun but service is slow

Ive been to quite a few places like Main Event, but this one stands out among the rest. It is very well kept and considering how many kids comes and go, this is no easy feat. The games all work, and are very fun. The bar is well stocked and fairly priced considering the prices in similar places around here. I could easily recommend Main Even to anyone who is a fan of arcades, and want a fun place to go to with friends!

Great family fun! We spent about 3 hours here and could have stayed longer there was so much to do. Very clean place. Arcade was big and tons of fun popular video games to play plus the old school games like pac men and skee ball. There are not a ton of pool tables but with so much more to do its fine. The specials are valuable so make sure to check for any daily or seasonal specials they have going on before you go. The food is not the greatest and neither is the wait time to get your food. Customer service is great however!

I want to let you know that you have an amazing asset in Jordan Sheehy! Shes super helpful and friendly! You need to have 10 more with her customer service attitude!Super expensive but the kids loved it!

What a cool family place. We spent an entire afternoon with my kids and my mother in this place. Bowling, video games, laser tag and much much more. Great food great fun at a fair price. Some of video games are quite addicting and they were actually pretty good prizes you can win with the tickets points and cards. Bring your family and plan to spend the day. You don’t have to spend an arm and a leg to get out of the heat and have a little fun with the family.

We had a good time at Main Event. We had dinner at the bar before playing lots of games. Warning, the price of the games goes up in the evenings or during busy times. We also played laser tag, too. The laser tag session was definitely long enough for a good experience. The laser tag area was very large with two levels and lots of places to hide. We called in our points from playing games for unnecessary plastic objects and left with smiles on our faces.

Good, as long as you know what you are getting into. The variety of games and activities is great, but be prepared to wait. I’d suggest to call ahead and not go on weekends, or when it’s raining. I think the wait on bowling alleys and laser tag was 2+ hours. When we’ve gone during less busy times three girls burned through $70 bucks in activities and $30 bucks in game tokens in about 30 minutes, so maybe you could slow it with a pizza or pool but 7-9 bucks an activity can get pricey. The bartenders were absolutely awesome despite being unworldly busy. Lots of TVs for all your sports needs.Comparatively to other places like this, I’ve found the games to be half out of order, the bathrooms to be trashed, and food and drinks to be overpriced. I found none of these to be the case here.

Didnt feel safe...saw a woman have her phone stolen out of her hand. Spent the night watching over my shoulder instead of enjoying the games. Bar prices were a little high and the bar tender seemed to be high on something or drunk himself...all in all not an enjoyable night.

Very wholesome family fun place. Arcade is awesome! Bowling is great. Lazer tag is the best. Its so much to do and on Monday is the best value. Oooh I almost forgot.food is good too. The chicken nachos are the bomb.

The food was better than I expected and from entering the customer service was excellent and me and my family unlimited bowled and the staff catered to our every need. I had a wonderful time. This was my first time at The Main Event. I loved it and I will return.

Play was fun but the food service was very show. We waited over an hour for nachos that we finally just cancelled and went elsewhere. Recommend for game and bowling.

Kids had a blast. The line to pay was way too long. I think we waited almost 30 minutes. This seems to be a person problem and not a place problem. Food was decent.

WOW. This was my first time at MAIN EVENT and I really enjoyed myself bowing. There were a few issues that kept interfering with our game play. First was the Foul line buzzer kept going off and that affects the score and it was going off even when no one was up to the line. Second was our server was HORRIBLE plain and simple. I will return for bowling and food.

Enjoyed my first time there.. Came to bowl. Brought the whole family. We ate good. House Margarita was good.

Definitely fun. Lots of variety of activities. Good food. We did go on a very busy day. We encountered several out-of-order machines. The wait-time for the big activities was over two hours long.

Great fun for the whole family or in our case our youth group. They have a great selection between the arcade, bowling, and laser tag you can easily spend the whole day.

Went on a Wednesday night for a friends going away party. Sat in the bar initially, and got drinks and a couple apps. Then we sat there for the next half hour without seeing another server. Eventually we got the bartender, who thought wed been being served. She took care of us after that, and checked in several times. Overall the service sucked though.Bowled for an hour after. No sight of any bartender or server to get drinks from until we were almost done. They lost a lot of money tonight because we were in the mood to drink and celebrate.This was the third time Ive been here. Went once with friends and had a great time, but that was on a weekend. Had one of my kids birthday parties here, and would NEVER go back. While fun, is definitely not worth the $600 we paid for 10 kids, 3 pizzas, a few appetizers and an hour of bowling.

This place is always clean and fun. We especially love laser tag. Shout Out to the kind gentlemen (in red shirt)who helped my son down, when he got scared to go any further on the gravity ropes. This Momma sure appreciated it!

We had an amazing time. We played games while we waited for our pizza to arrive. We were checked in by my Rachel who was enthusiastic and welcoming. After we ate pizza we went bowling were we ordered dessert! We had an amazing time! Our favorite activity of the being was the awesome laser tag, the employee helped us since we were new and we had a blast. We will be back. Thank you Main Event!

Could possibly be the worst customer service experience ever. Had 15 to 20 people, at least halfs orders were wrong, changed servers in the middle of meal. They were more interested in setting up for a Chiefs party than serving paying customers. Will never go back.

I took my girlfriend there on a date and eventually they wanted food. After 30 minutes they brought out a different platter than the one we ordered, then tried to make us pay for the almost 15 dollar more food. We left then and there

We were here just one time for bowling. The staff was attentive and helpful; service was prompt which was great. The drawback is cost. For two adults and four kids, we spent over $75 on bowling alone. (We spent well more than that in food.) That was with the $7.99 all day discount - their current deal. But not advertised is the policy of asking you to clear the lane and getting back in the wait line if they get busy. So its not exactly all day bowling. Also, you have purchase a card to play the arcade games at $3 to even play. But the place was very clean and the food alright so it depends on what experience youre looking for.

Tons of fun, but sometimes there are too many people to enjoy everything in one night. My friends and I had to wait over 2 hours to use a pool table.

Its quite boring to be honest. The whole time I had no idea what to do since everything was so childish. I dont recommend coming here if your a teen, but I do if you got kids with you, they have a lot of fun and dont even want to leave lol.
