My husband and I booked a birthday party for our two youngest kiddos, but due to covid we had to cancel. However today we brought them back for our oldest sons bday and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! It also was a nice feeling to see ANDY! GOING THROUGH THE FACILITY AND SANITIZING. We will definitely be back. THANK YOU GET AIR for a wonderful time

Great trampoline park. We came on a Sunday and it wasn’t too insane. The layout is so much better than some of the other trampoline parks we have been to. Love all the obstacle courses they had for the kids. The swing where they jump into the foam was awesome! The kids had so much fun!!!!

Great trampoline park! What a fun way to work up a sweat! Staff is very thorough with cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Equipment is safe and well maintained.

By far the BEST jump park I have ever been to!! I have been to 15+ jump parks across the country, and the quality of the tramps, the layout, the atmosphere, the staff and the management are bar none top class. This is a great place for kids no doubt, but this is also a great place for adults. I am 44 years old and have never had so much fun. This is not just a jump park for kids, it’s also a training facility for whatever weight class or fitness level you are. Young and old alike, do “yourself” a favor and just come take a look... you will not be disappointed. And when you do, hit me up sometime... lets jump!

This place is great for letting your little ones burn some energy. The staff is great here, but i have to say the assistant manager Andy is a great guy. He runs this park and is the guy to talk to. His customer service and his handling with the park it the best I have seen. Also the annual pass is the best deal you can find anywhere, worth the price and it is affordable.

Very safe. Everyone has a mask and spray disinfectant also.

They do not give you water cups and bottle water is $2 but I think you can bring your own water.

Great place for the kids to burn energy and the adults to either get in some good exercise or relax in the massage chairs, its clean and the workers do a good job at sanitizing...

My kids loved it. A great way to trick your kids into an hours worth of fun while getting lots of exercise!! Wonderful. They also have a great birthday party package there. A must go to place. Its even fun for us older kids.

If I could rate zero stars, I would. We booked a party before the covid outbreak and the place canceled our party once covid caused business closures. The problem is that we got no notification, not a phone call or email. THEY canceled the party, not us and after 6 months, they still refuse to give a refund. The policy is if the CUSTOMER cancels after 72 hours of the booking, that no refund is offered but see, that shouldnt be the case here. And Im not going to reschedule my kids birthday party months after his birthday, thats unacceptable. This place is a pathetic and should be ashamed!! I will NEVER step foot into this business again and will never recommend them. I make sure to let everyone know how awful this has been to deal with because this company is trash. Steer clear, especially for parties! Its a rip off anyways.

Kids had a great time! Only complaint is I wish they saved your waiver information so you could enter your email, check the saved jumpers you want and check that you understand and will watch videos then done. Having more Deals and/or coupons would always be great as well!! The buy one big kid get one little kid deal they have occasionally is good!! The jump board thingy shouldnt be 5$ it should be 2$ for 20-30 min.

We had a great time. The place is large and many trampolines. We liked some of the Ninja warrior obstacles. The kids really liked it that they were not separated off into age groups. They provide colored wristbands according to when you go in. It was nice they were not totally strict on when you paid for an hour that you had to come out after that hour. The kids enjoyed playing safely how they wanted without a bunch of rules.

We love this place, lots of different things to do there to keep the kids busy and entertained for hours!

I loved the open environment. I can see my child from anywhere that I am sitting .There was a nice variety of equipment to be entertaining.They even kindly extended time for everyone when the dodge ball pit was down for a bit.My son’s complaint and reason for the four stars: “ I wish the obstacles weren’t so hard that the little kids can’t do them too. They need to have some for both big and little kids.”

We took our kids here for the first time! It was tons of fun. We paid for the two hour jump and we were exhausted within 30 minutes! It was packed with multiple places to jump and little obstacle courses. There also had convenient lockers you can rent free of charge. The customer service was great and the staff were very on top of things. We will be here again!

Been here a few times. Kids love it and plenty to do. This review is based on the customer service. I came in with some coupons from a previous visit and eventually I learned I was incorrect about what I was told previously about the tickets. I will be the first to say I was not super pleasant and in fact a bit rude. The guy at the desk stayed professional and explained and finally I realized I was incorrect and I realized I was being a bit rude. I apologized several times but the guy was really understanding and never reflected my attitude. This will be our go to trampoline park from now on!

Was kicked out after my daughter got in an altercation with 2 boys. The manager, Andrew Phelps, made his decision after listening to the father of one of the boys whose story changed. He didnt even bother asking my daughters side of the story before deciding and made it very clear his mind was already made up before even speaking with us. He aggressively approached my 8 year old daughter and I quickly let him know that is unacceptable. Initially we were told by an employee they were going to watch the cameras. But the manager said he didnt need to watch them even though there were 3 witnesses that agreed with my daughters side of the story. They only kicked us out. He kept saying the father had nothing to lie about as if the unbiased woman and 2 children did. I dont want to think its about race but that is the only difference between the witnesses. There was also a 3rd child involved but we were told he was ok because he was sticking up for a friend. But it wasnt ok for my daughter to defend herself? That was my first and last time visiting this place.

Went here for the first time today and the kids loved it. Very clean and I like how open it is so I am able to see the kids from anywhere! We will be back here before sky zone for sure because it’s not as crowded or overrun by big kids. Place is clean and has a lot of different things for the kids to play on!

Clean bathrooms-Small place, very dirty pads (magic eraser and mop water will bring the dirt up easily)You should put foam blocks in the Ninja Course and padding on the platforms on main court.I never heard anyone call wristband colors and I was there for over two hours on a Saturday afternoon.

Great selection of things to do. Very little seating for non jumpers if you want to see your kids.

Nice park setup. Obstacle courses are mainly on the teenage to adult level (a la American Ninja Warrior). Unless you use their App for discount/coupon services, you might take a hit to your wallet (especially with multiple kids).

Super place. Weve been to several trampolinelands in the kansas city area, and this one ranks top two. Kids enjoyed it a lot as well as us parents. Plenty of space and a good variety of trampolines, obstacle courses, dodgeball fun and climbing. Well come back!

The bathroom was pretty dirty and the trampolines had chunks of dust, foam, and who knows what on them. I liked the openness of the facility. The obstacle course was setup nicely and fun for the adults.

Employees were very patient an very friendly they kept a good eye on the kids in the park. Ive taken my grandson before to sky zone. Employees were snobby not enough guards to watch the kids on its its set up. My grandsone loved GET AIR TRAMPOLINE PARK. So thats were we go from now on. Keep up the good work please. An thank yiu

Very nice trampoline park. $5 for 30 minutes in the massage chair while others jump. Nice bouncy trampolines and obstacle courses. Jacob was very nice and helped us out with the waiver and check in.

Bought tickets a month in advance for my daughters birthday. when we got there we were told we were not going to be able to use them due to someone buying out the place for the day. I called up there to set up her birthday and was never informed that someone had bought out the place I gave them a time and date. I will not be back due to his.

I like the complete openness of the floorplan so you can see your child pretty much everywhere they go.

Not made for 43 year olds. Jumping on trampolines is hard. But my kids love it.

My kids loved it and didnt have any problems except for the older kids running the younger kids over. I understand sometimes it happens on accident but some of the older kids just did not care.

Brought my son here for his tenth birthday. Staff members stayed huddled in a corner yapping their jaws the whole time we were here. Multiple kids were jumping on the trampolines w sandles and tennis shoes on and not one time did any staff member say anything to them or anyone else about it. A young lady employee looked directly at the children wearing shoes while they were jumping shook her head and turned back around to continue yapping her jaws w the other employees. I like the layout, however I feel my kids would be much safer jumping in an establishment that enforces their own rules for everyone an has staff being more attentive to concerns from others.

All the staff was very helpful Rachel, Andy and the two others are awesome. The kids all had a great time.

Fun place, great to burn off some energy

I like this place very much and its usually very clean but today I saw some really strange dirt in the corner of the trampolines and we came when it opened. Also, the restrooms had not been attended to and there was no toilet paper first thing in the day. I do like the cleanliness normally but it didnt look like it was checked today.

Omg...literally 1 of the best days I had watching my kids have fun on these trampolines and I enjoyed the massage chairs ....it was a great outing.

Loved this place over all the other trampoline parks. A lot more equipment for the kids to play on! Wish it was closer, but definitely worth the drive for us! We will be back for sure! Staff was great aswell and whole facility was clean. A++!

I took my daughter here for TODDLER TIME on 8/14/18. It started out fine and she was having a good time, but then one of the employees asked us to leave the dodge ball area because there were bigger kids in that area and she was the only toddler in that area at the time. I responded with “Isn’t it toddler time?” Her: “well yes, but it’s easier to have her leave the area instead of all of the older kids.” Toddler Time is only twice a week for two hours each. This is straight from the website “*Jumpers under 46 inches and their parents are the only ones allowed to jump during Toddler Time.” This wasn’t the case at all that day. We left after only 30 minutes of play that day and won’t be returning. I would suggest figuring out how to enforce your own rules.

There were a couple of stations down. And it looks like some of the equipment could use a real good scrubbing. But the kids had a great time.

This place is AMAAAAAZING! I had three, six, thirteen and sixteen year olds there and everyone enjoyed themselves. It was so much fun and lots to explore. There are no snacks on hand though, only a few drink choices so the kids got hungry. But totally fun

Had an absolute blast watching my kids and man jump around this place. Hopefully next time our newest addition will be ready to join in the fun so I can too.

Very clean and fun atmosphere for the kids. Great place for a birthday party. Papa Johns pizza, soda and cake we provided made for a really fun party.

Protected and made excuses for an adult patron in their facility who was yelling obscenities and throwing racial slurs at a kid who was in their establishment. The kid in turn threw a tantrum back. Not a safe nor controlled environment. No apologies to bystanders of this incident. Will never patronize this establishment again.

Brought my granddaughters. They had a blast my favorite part is the massage chairs for me. But when they are full of people sleeping I guess I get to save my money. Hard to pay for those chairs that way.

Great cost effective place to go to allow the kids to burn some energy. $14 for kids over 46 inches and 8$ for an hour for kids under. There isnt any food, but the do have drinks and mini melts behind the counter. This place has a lot of ninja warrior things for the kids. They will need jump socks which cost 3$. They have small lockers at no cost to put your personal items in but it doesnt have a lock (bring your own). The staff is nice to the kids.

The venue lacks enough seating for non-participants. Folding chairs sell for $14 @ across the street at Costco. Staff was friendly and the building was clean. Groupon deal was good.

Just go to skyzone..... So much better, has more stuff to do and the trampolines are not bouncy. They tend to make you buckle your knees. Worst trampoline park I have ever been to. Just go to skyzone, its way better.

Fun place to be but they need more help on busy nights and someone standing near the foam pit to keep kids from piling on top of each other. Get air cant help the fact that people dont watch their kids but extra employes might help keep them from running over others

Excellent place for the kids. Easy for parents to watch the entrance exit. Kids loved it. BD parties high priced for only 2 hrs jumping.

Really great service, very fair about time and duration of jump time. Provided interesting obstacle courses as well as a large proportion of tramps to just bounce. They even accepted competitors jump socks. Provided lockers to lock up my shoes for my daughter and I at no cost!

I took my son and 3 of his friends to the black light jump after 9pm on Saturday nights, for his 12th Birthday. They all had a great time!

The workers here helped me get my front handspring, and helped my friend get her round off back handspring and double back handspring.
