Let me tell you. The ole Trip, great little body of water. I catch Larry’s in here like a fat kid eats fried dough. Also a great pond to mountain bike around. The trail is just challenging enough!

A great place to take a walk before the bugs start to get going. There is a path that goes all the way around the pond. It is a little confusing to find your way all the way around, but with a little looking and google mapping, you should be able to figure it out. There was a giant snapping turtle there the day we took a walk!

Triphammer pond and the surrounding trails are a great place to get away. There is a nice parking area and trails around the pond that connect to Wompatucks trail network. The trails are not really stroller friendly.

The AZA is a nonprofit organization, created in 1924, who advances zoos and aquariums to become larger areas of conservation and education. There are more than 230 million institutions who are supported by this organization, bringing in up to 183 million people every year. AZA-accredited areas provide the highest level of animal care and spend billions of dollars investing in the safety and conservation of animals. There are over 400,000 trained every year to work at these zoos, they are specially coached to provide excellent care to more than 800,000 animals. Those associated with the AZA also are leaders in conservation as they donate and send grants to support the leading projects of conservation in the world in more than 130 countries. To remember that AZA stands for Associations of Zoos and Aquariums all you have to do is associate the letter Z with zooNot many words begin with a z, so when you think Z- zoo the rest of the name will follow in your mind.
