Newly opened after Covid shutdown. They have every precaution in place and still give very personal service.

Absolutely loved this place. You need to come to their location on a clear or nice day they have a tasting room that is decorated beautifully.Their wines match their taste in decor as it is superb. Everything is proceed well for wine that is a 10/10 in my book. Their pinots and rose are definitely delicious.Glenn their staff member was very helpful and had a great time chatting about wine and what Ruby has to offer.

We absolutely this vineyard! lovey wine, breathtaking views, and the best staff around. This is one of our favorite places to be to relax, have a good time and check out of life for awhile. Highly recommend!

Love this place, the view, the wines, the people, the close proximity to Portland, EVERYTHING!! And, their seating outdoors was placed perfectly for social distancing! The owners are super-nice and fun, and that vibe trickles down with the whole staff, including Andrew, their winemaker!

We have a short list of classic Oregon Wineries to take our friends and relatives when visiting. Must have GREAT WINES (check), SPECTACULAR VIEWS (check), VINEYARD ONSITE (check), UNPRETENTIOUS STAFF, WINEMAKER AND OWNERS (check) and lots of WINE CLUB BONUS FEATURES (check). Ruby Vineyard is at the top of that list. AND, they made our most recent visit worry free. Drove up, popped open the boot and our order was carefully positioned amongst our other staples. A staple indeed. Cant wait till the tasting room can reopen. Love Ruby Vineyard.

Great wines and people. Ive been coming here for years and dont plan to stop. We served Ruby wines at our wedding. And the prices are very reasonable compared to lesser boutique wineries in the area.

We walked in basically from a whats closest search and we really feel like we hit the jackpot.Glenn led our tasting and was incredibly informed, pleasant, and patient with us. We didnt feel rushed through our flights like we have sometimes felt at other locations, but he was attentive enough to notice when our glasses were empty and kept them coming!All around amazing experience. As a local, Ive toured my share out here, and this will be high on my recommendations for guest from out of town.

Great wines, great views, great people! These are the reasons I keep getting drawn back to Ruby Vineyard. The tasting room has a warm charm, natural light pours in through the windows which offer expansive, breathtaking views. Wide array of wines in the tasting flight, generous pours, knowledgeable & friendly staff. A large deck & patio area with plenty of seating that can be enjoyed on a nice day, beautifully landscaped, very kid & dog friendly. My kids were out with me this last visit, ample lawn area for them to run around on & lawn games set up to play too! Stanley, the resident dog, is often roaming around, be sure to give this sweet boy some lovin’! Steve & Flora are such gracious hosts, regularly visiting with guests, sharing their passion for wine. They have crafted such a lovely space, offering exquisite wines & building this community around Ruby Vineyard.

Wonderful wine. Beautiful winery in the spectacular Willamette Valley. Lovely owners and staff. Especially adored Jessica in the tasting room and her outgoing personality and smile and knowledge. Cant wait to go back.

Wow our server yesterday really knew her stuff. Very informative about both the wine making and grape growing. Wines were great and they waive the tasting fee if you purchase $75 or mote.

By far our favorite winery in the area. We live in Hillsboro so we have tried them all. The experience and wine are unmatched. The ONLY winery we have now become club members. Family owned and family run by people that care about the process and their customers.

First time visiting I joined as a member. That should speak for itself. One of the best selection of great tasting reds! I highly recommend this vineyard!

The entire team at Ruby are as impassioned as the owners. From the tasting room staff to the wine maker, the focus on craft and product is exactly what youd expect from a winery producing such fantastic bottles. Their fermentation style is slightly unconventional, yet traditional, giving room for the grapes to ferment in an open top fashion to embrace the local airborne yeast and bacterias. This produces a very distinct flavour profile and sets them apart from so many others. Closest I can come to describing it is a mild farmhouse profile that really exhibits the terroir. Of course the location and views are just as exquisite as the wines themselves.

Steve and Flora are so hospitable and the wine is so wonderful. We have felt like family since the first time we stopped by. Great pinots, and always something fun and unexpected to taste!

I had a wonderful tasting of the 2015 wines. I met Steve he was a great host very knowledgeable and Stanley the dog very friendly and affable. Will be back to try to Pinot again

Great people and great winemakers. I frequently travel to the east coast and always pack a few bottles of Pinot for my foodie friends in New York. The tasting room at Ruby Vineyard is a treat - peaceful with a fantastic view of Mount Hood.

First time going to a tasting, know very little about wine but the staff was great in taking us through each wine and explaining the differences. The atmosphere was welcoming and you have wonderful views while you sip sip your wine.

Great small vineyard and winery. We spent a wonderful afternoon at their new tasting room with an awesome view of Mt. Hood. The owner welcomed us, shared fun details about the wines and winemaking process and set us up with a tasting of 5 wines including their Chardonnay, Rose and three Pinots. Definitely worth a stop when visiting Oregon wine country!
