Giving it a 4 because if youre here to play disc golf, then this place is probably great for you - its designed for that and it looks really fun! For dogs, however, its probably just frustrating because of all the tempting frisbee play. Unless you trust your dog off leash while youre playing frisbee, I would avoid it here because your dog will just want to play.

Gorgeous! We just love this family friendly park so much. Not a huge playground but they have swings and a few little toys. I come for the wildlife including adorable squirrels and pretty birds and we even saw a really cool snake last time! Also for the giant gorgeous old growth trees, beautiful flowers and foliage, great walking trails, and occasionally the disc golf course! The restrooms are very clean which I appreciate for the kiddos especially. Enjoy the sun or take a rest in the shade. We love to exercise, picnic, and play here! Another thing I appreciate is people bring there doggos and they take very good care to have them on a leash and I have never seen a single doggy in the grass or on the trails! I love doggies so much but it is such a bummer when their humans dont pick up after them and you or your kid step in it. Not a problem at Orchard Park! It is immaculate so thank you all you awesome doggy humans! You rock!

This is a really nice, close in spot to disc golf. 9 hole, short course that can be played in about 20-30 mins with 2 people. The Hilsboro Parks Dept and volunteers have been doing a fantastic job manicuring the out of bounds areas. The park is very clean and its harder to lose your disc in the labyrinth of blackberry bushes that have now been cleaned up. The only drawback is the popularity of this spot. Lots and LOTS of families or groups (5 or more) use this spot to learn the game or relax after work or on weekends. Expect to take up to an hour to play this course when its busy. When you see a group with a stroller or a dog, be prepared to slow your roll. Youll be chillin for awhile on the tee pad waiting for them to finish up.

9 hole, par 3 course, easy play for multiple rounds. Great for beginners and intermediate alike. The parking lot is small and usually full, so if you live close, I recommend walking there. They have maintained the landscaping and changed the course a bit on the back half; however, navigation of the course is clear and signage is present.

Great place to walk, picnic, or play disc golf. Only reason for 4/5 stars is the parking situation is kind of limited since the park can be insanely busy on occasion. There is also a small, neat playground for kids with a little rock climbing spot

Love this park for walking. It connects to the Rock Creek trail system so we can get a good walk in or you could just walk the loop several times. It has lots of shaded areas for when it is hot outside and some sunny areas to warm up if you get chilled. Nice bridges over the waterways. It has frisbee golf crossings so walkers should be aware. The walking trail is paved and very easy to traverse. The restrooms are clean and stocked with supplies.

Home to one of the few public disc golf courses in the area. Much of the open fields are fairways for disc golf, so be weary when using these areas. Disc Golfers will need to use caution as not all park goers are aware of the course. The course is very short, both in holes and distance, but still offers diverse shot opportunities. The fairways are all in great shape, but the natural ob areas are full of the disc golfers worst enemy, blackberries. The playground area looks very nice and has a large bolder that looks fun to climb on. There is a short trail through a wetlands area that provides a nice escape from the suburban scenery. The bathrooms are typically clean, though they could use a soap dispenser. The water fountain works well and is pet friendly.

Orchard Park Disk Golf Course is a fantastic learner course. The only real downside is that there is a fair amount of pedestrian traffic walking/biking/running along the paths, so that can be a little difficult to deal with. Besides that, when it rains, it can get a bit swampy. Still one of my favorite courses in the area.

This park is in my top parks to go to so far for Disc golf (as a new player) along with Greenway. I like how open this park is and the shorter baskets work for me even tho in my opinion I think they are still far. The park is well maintained not to many uphills really... and my fav hole is the last whole because its like a huge open field. I like the walking trails and how you see a lot of people out walking their dogs, but also there is a neat play area for kids and swings. Chill vibes.

Orchard Park is primarily for Disc Golf and plays as a short nine hole course. The course is very well maintained/manicured and discs are fairly difficult to lose here (always a plus). The course is generally pretty busy and parking is very limited on those busier days.
