This ancient artifact of what is known as a food truck is believed to have earned the name Globo Taco for serving the best tacos on the globe. No one is certain what happened to the race that created this artifact, but archaeologists believe that they disappeared around the summer of 2018, never to make tacos again.Globo Taco is truly a historical mystery and well-worth the visit to Jones Farm to see.

Fantastic piece of performance art representing the lively food truck industry here in PDX! Supposedly the creators used an actual food truck for this sculpture that actually used to serve tacos awhile ago.My favorite thing to do whenever I visit is to pretend to place an order like I used to back when it used to serve tacos. If I imagine hard enough I can almost smell the combo tacos and chips that was my go to order.
