I like this store, but it overwhelms me. JTMS (just too much stuff). If there is a sale, its usually a good one, but for now Im still frugal...so hello Walmart for the bulk of my art supplies.

Staff is great and knows the store. Always will be me come back to store. A fun store to shop!

Found what I wanted. Supplies were economically priced. There was also a good selection of name brands and other brands.

Michaels has everything a crafter could ever need and then some. I appreciate how things are easy to find and the prices are reasonable. I always check here first when needing a craft item.

Website says SAME DAY IN STORE PICK UP if ordered online by 4pm. I placed an order at 2:40pm. Store was open until 10pm. Order was not ready for pick up until next day.

Online it said there where items I wanted in store, but when I arrived I found there was not

There were a lot of colors and size choices of the vinyl we purchased. All associates were friendly and helpful.

I had to shake my head though when I went into the store.Its 90+ degrees outside and they have pumpkins and fall items out for sale. They had what I went for, so Im happy!

Michaels has really stepped up their game. They seem to have way cooler stuff in and are really catering to teachers and homeschoolers now (not just scrapbookers and artsy people). However, their prices are extremely high. Look for free coupons on their website before going.

I was REALLY happy when I saw that they had gay pride merch out on display! It made pride month a whole lot better for me.

Some coupons begin at 3:00 and will not honor them if you shop early but their sticker selection is OUTSTANDING for scrapbooking

I was returning 6 trays and tea lights that did not work in centerpieces I was creating. First the female cashier never got off her stool. Just to begin she was not at all friendly during the entire transaction. Asked if the tea lights were damaged...no didnt fit in what I wanted. Then to the 6 tray...I tore off the sticker on one. She proceeded to tell me that I needed to keep the sticker as she would have to reprice it to put back on the floor and technically she didnt have to take it back. I was irritated by her attitude from the start so I proceeded to tell her I wasnt aware of that. She snapped back and said that is any stores return policy. Really? Then she refunds 5 of 6 so I asked if she gave me credit for the sticker less one because I counted 5...YES she replied. Oh count again I wanted to say...she discovered her error and told me she needed my debit card so I started to hand it to her..she said Oh I cannot touch your card...honestly the cashier that sold me my merchandise wasnt the best experience so both make me wonder if I return to this store. Normally I am not a complainer....

Its weird walking around thinking of the neat things I could do, and never do as Im afraid of wasting the money on bad results. The projects I do, I think the quality matches the supplies, and this is where i get them.

Cashier was wonderful! Floor person/manager? Followed me around the store, I put her to work and let her find my Tombow dual brush markers for me. I wont be back I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

This is more of an indictment of the corporation versus the store, but I was trying to order 10 pictures frames for 50% off online to pick up in the Hagerstown store. As I was paying the price went back to the original price. So I chatted through online texting and they said to push through the order and they would refund me the 50% after an hour. I chatted with them again later, originally to get my 50% off, but then they told that ALL BUT 1 of the frames was not in stock. I wanted to change my order to delivery, but was told that they would have to cancel my order, reorder, wait an hour, then message them AGAIN to get the 50% off. At this point I had wasted 90 minutes of my time just to get some freaking picture frames due to Michaels website glitches and horrible inventory systems.

Not a big Michaels fan but this one was excellent. I found what I wanted and the cashier was pleasant professional and helpful without it being forced which was a pleasant surprise!

I really like this place. I wish I had more time to do crafts, I would come here often. They have a good selection of alittle bit of everything crafty. All kinds of paints, picture frames, sewing items, fake flowers, baskets, etc. I last came in here because I needed a birthday gift for a little girl who likes crafts. I knew very little about her interests or what she already has, but somebody that works there was very helpful and showed me some nice crafts a girl her age might like, and I got a couple of very cute paint sets.

Love love love this place. You can print a coupon off from their site to save 40% off of any item! And they have such a large selection! The staff is super friendly and helpful. My 9 year old daughter loves that they have so much stuff to make your own crafts. Its a must go to place!!!!!!

Its been awhile since I was last here. They carry too much ready-made home decor now, losing space for craft supplies. Im really disappointed that the floral arranging area plus the employee who helped with that are now gone. Im pleased with the baking supply section.

Its a Michaels. Little irritating because of rearranging have to look at another place for something I bought a day before. Visited with my daughter and used the wheelchair they had available. It was in such bad shape. No place to put your foot on. It was dirty. I will never return.

There to buy poster board for a school project. It was in an aisle display. Very easy to find. Checkout was super easy and fast and I was able to use a 40% off coupon.

Michaels is my favorite store for buying picture frames, as they often do buy one get one at half price. The receipt you receive will also have a substantial coupon on it for a future visit.

Im not much of a crafty person but my wife has shopped here over the years. I looked all over for a simple small sewing kit with no luck. Then I thought of Michaels and they had what I needed at a good price.

Love to shop here! Usually can find many things that I want. Today I found exactly what I needed plus two other items. Checked out at the register, cashier was very efficient.

Not the friendliest cashiers. They are always very rude and unwelcoming. Never ever a smile and God forbid if you speak to them. Ive been at this one numerous times and its always the same. Sad to be completely honest. Makes me take my business to Joanns.

I was always excited to go to Michaels, but I havent been there in a long while. Everything has changed! There used to be a large amount of Home Decor. but now theres a small amount. It was disappointing! I never used to be able to walk out with nothing, but today I did !
