I went to court to get my ca lowered when I had to go on dissibillity and the judge had the nerve to tell me to get a job. If I could still work I would.

I have had mixed experiences there. Worst is they did not process papers turned in 4-5 years ago and it wouldnt have been discovered had I not gone to check on the status.

The woman who is the switch board operator, Donna is extremely rude. She spoke to me like I was beneath her and had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how to answer any questions I had regarding my case and was frustrated with me as soon as she answered the phone. I believe she needs to look for a new line of work since she is so obviously unhappy with her job.

Well the only thing they have done right is to make my ex legally pay child support. With that being said only one payment...ONE... have they posted without me having to call or go hold their hand while the rummage threw their desk and bins to find whats been there waiting for weeks. Now my ex has made every payment on time and i do take in consideration the time it takes to process and then go threw the mail. At this time there two payments that have been missed that have been paid and have recieved confirmation that they were signed for that havent been posted. This is money i need to help provide for my children. There is a difference on being behind on work and slacking. Rant over. P.s. if yall are hiring and need someone who actually knows how to run accounts receivable let me know ill gladly trade my physical labor job for an pffice job.

These people go out of their way to make you miserable My X has paid every payment on time and he has to go back to court for contempt. These people have no clue what they are doing. Nice to know we pay them for their incompetence
