This place is simply the best. Their staff is nothing but both respectful and responsible (they even have great COVID guidelines). My children love when Kacey or Jodie are working; so with either of them on the floor I can promise you that your children are in great hands! I cant even make it out the door before my kids ask when we’re coming back. Five stars and will be definitely be recommending to all my Facebook groups!

My only real issue was finding staff for certain courses, otherwise it was fun and very challenging. It wouldve been nice to have water in place of their lack of water fountain though. Im already paying to jump, I shouldnt also have to pay for water, especially if you arent allowed to bring your own.

Went here for the first time to celebrate our son’s birthday. From kids to adults we all had a great time. You definitely get a workout but it’s worth every minute. The staff was great and the place was clean.

Attended a birthday party here over the weekend. The staff was very welcoming, nice & helpful! The child we were there to celebrate turned 11. He has autism and a few other diagnoses. Oh my, he had such an amazing time. He played non-stop for the entire jump time. Our party host took care of absolutely everything for my best friend(birthday boys Mother) and took all the stress off of her. After jumping we went straight to our designated party room. The party room was already set up, the pizza was ready to be passed out, drinks were ready to be made & the cake???? Oh my Goodness! The cake was the showstopper & the party host placed it perfectly in the center of the counter. She definitely made the party room look fabulous. I would definitely recommend Sky Zone to other friends and family looking for a place to host any type of party honestly.

Awesome staff and clean indoor park! We had our sons seventh birthday here and it was easy peezy from start to finish. Our host was incredible and the kids thoroughly enjoyed their time. We will definitely be back very soon

The park is nice ,But the workers are to young; they want to hangout with other workers instead of being at their station.And you can’t do some of the activities unless a worker is at a station.Paid for 3 adults and 4 kids and it was not the experience I thought It would be for the price.Definitely need more workers for each station and workers that stay at their stationThe young girl at the counter also killed my excitedTo come and enjoy the place. She seemed like she hated her life.

My nieces love this place. It’s definitely a great place to bring kids but adults can have fun here as well. My only complaint is that some courses were closed, but it was still an enjoyable time.

My nephews had a blast there

We came at a time when there were not very many people were there. Half the attractions were closed for cleaning and the Iron Man obstacle course, which was one of three things open was for older kids. Mine were four and under, so we all jumped in the main area. The staff was not very amiable or friendly But it might have been a little more fun of there were more jumpers at the time. We ended up spending $12 person. While that was pretty cheap compared to other places, I should have spent more and gone to Big Air.

What a wonderful place to spend a couple hours everyone was so polite and kind

Went for my nieces birthday party. The park was a lot of fun and there was plenty to do for the kids and even fun for the adults to be able to jump and do things with the kids. The party planner was on top of things and did great serving the kids and adults.

Wouldnt have given one star had it not been needed for me to post. This place resulted in an AWFUL, expensive, lack of customer service. Had a birthday party. The hostess lacked enthusiasm for a bunch of well behaved children. She actually acted as though she didnt want to be there..She dropped one of our pizzas which happened to be the one the children were most requesting so we were left with lots of unwanted pizza. She left the room so I had to serve the children. Ten minutes before another server came, asking me what needed to be done. Keep in mind, only had an hour. When I say an enjoyable planned day turned into a PRICEY disaster..Not to mention, they had also changed my room..and new room wasnt set up properly.NEVER AGAIN !!!!! NEVER !!!oan: not one of my parents had been to Sky Zone.Their responses were will not patronize !! Word of mouth, is powerful !!! The sliding glass door needs an attendant. With the busyness. A child can easily walk out into traffic.

So much fun! Very friendly staff who opened different activities for each child and were very attentive to safety.

Kids really enjoyed themselves and had a wonderful long birthday party. Really crowded but worth seeing my kids have fun.

Kids loved it!!! The guy at front desk was really nice. The people watching the kids were really nice to the kids. It was nice to stop and have a snack after jumping at their snack bar. Its also in a nice location.

This is a great place to bring toddlers on Tuesday’s from 10:00-11:30 for their “jumping beans” program. It costs only 6 dollars per kid and parents jump free! If it’s your first time you’ll have to pay $1 extra for socks. My daughter loved it and an hour is more than enough time for everyone to get good and tired. We went last Tuesday and it was not crowded at all.

Affordable and kid friendly. Not as large as gravitopia but just as good. The American ninja warrior course is awesome come prepared for it. It’s a great workout, training, and family activity.

Weve came here 2 times while traveling out of town and we absolutely loved it. My 7 year old son loves the trampoline park!! The prices are really good especially for 2 hours worth!

We had my sons birthday party here yesterday and it was wonderful! Everyone was so kind and helpful from the young ladies who helped us get checked in and make last minute party additions to our party attendant, AUSTIN (who was awesome)! He was available as soon as we walked in and made sure to check in with us and make sure our party was how we wanted it! He did a great job taking care of everyone and even helped load up the car at the end! This is our 2nd party there in 3 years and i would highly recommend it! Its reasonable in cost and so much less stressful! The kids all loved it as well as the adults and as parents we actually got to enjoy the party! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Seems well run. Things move in a timely fashion. It can get a little rough in the dodge ball games though. Have to watch out for the smaller kids.

My children and I had a great time here. I didnt plan on jumping.....just watching. That didnt last long. I felt 10 again. This is the perfect place any day for the family. It will wear everyone out! Good value.

Our Grands loved this place. They got a little too excited running from one area to another. Our 6 year old made the mistake of getting in the dodge ball area and got hit in the head.

I would like to give a huge THANK YOU to Andrew and the staff for taking the time to be so kind and understanding to my youngest son who happened to split his pants while jumping!! Lol... Thank goodness theres a Burlington right across the street. Andrew allowed my son to chill with him and watched my other son while I ran (literally) to buy new pants. He even let them have waters. My boys are 13 and 11 so I was OK with going and knew that my oldest would watch his little brother no matter what. But the fact that Andrew made me feel so comfortable and was so helpful to me and my kids is really amazing. Thank you Andrew for your kindness and compassion! And thank you Sky Zone for the great experience!

Sky Zone is always a blast! Every time I am in town, I always go there for 1.5-2 hours. Definitely worth the money!

My son loved coming to a birthday party here he was invited to. It was good exercise for him, going from one different jumping area to another. There are seats for parents to keep an eye on the kids as they jump, the young employees do a good job directing whats allowed and what is not. You do have to register your child into their computer upon entering and signing electronically your consent to let them play. me sure your child has their own clean socks or purchase a pair for a few dollars.

We had our daughters 5th bday party here & it was amazing! Our party host was wonderful, and our girl had so much fun!!

We went for the Saturday night special. It was such a great deal. My kids loved it AND got some great exercise. I feel like it was really worth the price. Plus the guy Lonnie working showed them how to play on the basketball and battle areas. Very nice!

This is a cool place. My Kids love it. Only thing I would change is, each section is really Blocked off from the others. So when you have multiple kids it’s hard to see them all and them be able to go to different sections. We enjoyed it over all

We LOOOOOVE this place. It was 25 per child. That included: t shirt, glo stick, 2 hrs of fun, socks and pizza. They also had face painting. SUPER COOL ATMOSPHERE

Personally, I will never be booking another party here ever again and I highly suggest no one else waste their money on this place. Called to schedule a party, asked for times closest to 2-4. Was told over the phone that the party would be 1:30 to 4:30 since they need 30 mins to give out socks and go over the rules. Asked for paper invitations instead of email and for them to add the gift bag option for extra. Recieved an email saying that the party would be 1:30 to 5. I called to confirm the time change and told the email was correct and to be in at 1:30 for rules and such. Fast forward a week to the party with a side mention that I never recieved the paper invitations so I bought some to send out myself. First sign of issues is that I recieved a call at 1:10 from them asking if we were still coming. Told them of course I was. They proceed to tell me that we were actually scheduled to be in at 1. Told them that we were on our way but it would still be 130 when we got there like we were told. Chaos pretty much ensued from there. My event break down stated that the kids would jump from 2 to 330. We were pulled off the floor at 3 and told we had to go to the party room. Asked why because my kids were suppose to have another 30 mins. Was told that they had another party coming in at 4 and we had to be out by then despite what my email said. On top of that I end up spending more money on bottled water there because there is no outside drinks, you are not allowed access to the drinks for the party, and the water fountain they have tastes like toilet water. They also never put the gift bags into the system so no gift bags at all for the other kids and as promised we were pushed out at 4 instead of leaving at 5. Asked to talk to the manager about all the mistakes and all that truly came out of it was it was made 100% clear that not a single one of the employees there knew what they are doing. There is far more to the story, but it would make this review 10x longer. In the end asked that the store manager call me, but I highly doubt he will get the message. I am only ok with giving 1 star because atleast the kids had fun even though their time got cut.

Ninja area closed now you have to be 48in tall to do Wipe Out. Why couldnt a 42 inch tall child play today when they have played several times in the past?What did we pay for?

Great service. My kids (4 & 7) wanted to play dodgeball but the court was overrun with older kids. The employee working the dodgeball, pretty sure his name was Ben, arranged it so the court would switch after each game so each kid could play a fair game. My kids could play against people their size and the bigger children could play against their own size too. He explained to me that he did that so the small children, including my own, wouldnt get hurt by a careless teenager. This means alot to me that the employees actually care about the safety of children. Great job Ben!!!!
