Great experience! The front desk was friendly and helped set us up with a great day. My husband is a veteran and was offered free admission for Vetran’s Day, but they also offer a veteran’s discount every day. The team checked on us often and made sure we had what we needed!I knocked two stars off because NO ONE was wearing a mask, staff or guests. A garage door was open, but this is an indoor space. There was no indication of social distancing policies, but perhaps they aren’t available for guests to view.

Unique and different entertainment! I loved it! The staff members were very helpful. Brian was knowledgeable, well mannered with etiquette and explained the rules, training and fundamentals with clarity. There is a bar in the back that serves alcohol, or if youre like me, Diet Coke. They have options for the holiday months. This time you can choose between a standard bullseye target, or a turkey target.

Craft Axe Throwing - Greenville, located in Hampton Station in downtown Greenville, South Carolina was an absolute pleasure. The folks running the place were awesome and helpful. They taught us how to throw and had lots of pointers as we figured it out. Sports were playing on the screens around the bar. Cool local craft beers from Birds Fly South. Awesome time. Check it out!

Cool Experience!!It was a spur of the moment decision to try this place with my family, and it turned out to be really cool! I think there’s definitely something instinctively pleasing about throwing an axe, can’t explain it-but it’s fun! My brother and dad were especially pleased! Not as scary as it looks at first, it’s really like an alternative bowling. Highly suggested if you’ve never tried! The facility is really nice and it’s great for a casual outing with friends. I think we’ll be back soon :)

We had so much fun and the area is beautiful! Plenty of parking, lots of food and beer around, and just all around a great vibe. I was also impressed with how many spaces they have for throwing; we were there at a slow time but even if they were busy there would have been plenty of space. Very impressed all around!

First time at Craft Axe last night, and it will most certainly not be the last. The staff was super friendly, with Charlie taking center stage. The experience was fun and addictive. Good craft beer selection and a wonderful view out the back door. For a fun and challenging night, I would recommend this to anyone.

We took our group of employees and spouses to Craft Axe Throwing and had a fantastic time. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The actual axe throwing was a blast, took a few minutes to get the hang of it but then we took off. Definitely would recommend giving this place a try.

We came here for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We have never done it before and have been wanting to do it. My husband found it when he was looking to see what we could do for the weekend for our anniversary and we found the axe throwing. So we decided to go and try it. We had a blast and cant wait to do it again.

Friends and I decided to take advantage of their late Mother’s Day off for moms to throw free for an hour and we were NOT disappointed! The place was clean and social distancing was practiced with the spacing of lanes. The guys that work there were friendly and helpful in teaching us how to throw. We were all first timers so we needed a little guidance! We will absolutely be back, hopefully with our husbands for a friendly competitive date night!

Went there for dear girl’s birthday. Had a blast! Some of our group are deaf but the staff was nothing less than awesome in showing us the rules and how to throw axes. Took a while to click then it became fun! Will definitely come here again with my husband!

What a fun day! We tried axe throwing for a family adventure today and had a great time. You have 2-4 people per lane and take turn throwing axes at a large wooden target. You can bring food/beer in or they have great beer selections there as well. I highly recommend this for a fun afternoon!

Took 14 staff members there for our office holiday party. The staff was super-helpful in setting everything up, allowed us to take over more than six lanes of the unit, and demonstrated safety and throwing techniques. Who knew throwing axes could be so much fun? Everyone loved it - even those who were less successful in the beginning. Some of the staff provided ongoing one-on-one tutoring to some of the female staff members which they much appreciated. Overall, it was a fun and unique holiday outing. Most said they would return with family members in tow. Thanks to everyone at Craft Axe Throwing for making our office party so memorable!

Lots of fun, but definitely harder than it looks. There is a small bar that offers beer and wine and you can get soft drinks and popcorn. The lanes are set up dartboard style with one larger and one smaller axe. They do have game options to play or you can just do your own thing. Definitely a fun place, will definitely be coming back.

We have talked about doing this for a long time, we made it happen tonight. 6 of us threw on two lanes and it was awesome! Some did better than others but all had a good time. Beer and Wine menus could be expanded slightly to accommodate less craft style, or a broader spectrum, like something more sweet for the ladys and less grapefruit beers, but all in all it was a pretty amazing date night for three couples.

Come on who doesnt love to throw an Axe at a target! My family and I had a wonderful time. The staff was readily available for lessons or to get you a beverage. It took us a little time to to get used to throwing the axes, because lets be real I have never thrown one before. After the frustration and learning curve it was very satisfying to throw an Axe and stick it in a target. Its a must try!

Lots of fun! Took a few minutes to get the technique down, but once you get it, theres something about throwing an ax, hearing it thud, and seeing it embedded in a board that just feels right. The staff was friendly and helpful, I think they just need to be a bit more proactive at replacing used boards before the time on the lane starts, we had to stop twice to have boards replaced so the axes would hold when we hit those areas of the boards. Good time! We will definitely do this again.

First, I accidentally booked a Wednesday evening but they easily switched it to a Saturday for me. Everybody was cool, the instructor (Andrew) made sure we were set up proper and ready to rock. My only reservation (I gotta say it): Im not in love with craft beers. A good Bud Light, Corona, or Land Shark being available would be cool but I get it, theres brewery right next door.

My wife decided to try this for an early Valentines date, and it did not disappoint. Located in the Hampton Station complex, Craft Axe Throwing can easily begin or end your night of good beer and food, and apparently they also book company events. No beard needed, as I was getting schooled by the ladies in the lane next to us, and my wife, who has never been accused of athleticism, got the hang of it quickly. The staff run you through safety and technique and then let you have at it. Easily passes an hour of time for a unique night out in the ever surprising downtown Greenville. A limited selection of canned drinks, wine and snacks are available at the in house bar, as well.

A great location! The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Perfect family night out.

You have a clock to keep up with the time so we were able to get use of the whole hour that we paid for. Would definitely go back.
