My wife and I make it a habit to visit new play environments with our twin boys. What better day than their 4th birthday?! This place was above and beyond what we expected! Inexpensive. Clean and sanitized during any down time. Friendly staff. Age diverse activities. We will be driving the hour commute many more times to enjoy this gem!

Wonderful place to let your kids just be kids, the staff handles conflict with kids from getting hurt or quarrelling very well and the spacious layout makes it easier for parents and kids not to clump into each other. Its the perfect stress free environment, from babies to big kids, small groups or big. It feels nice like your backyard here.

The kids have a ball.here, we went one evening and it wasnt too crowded in and not expensive either. Lil rides for the kids..its a cute place for kids.

I took my nephew and niece here while their mom was getting a haircut. They had a blast. I was a little worried it might be super crowded with field trips from summer camps and day cares, but it wasnt crowded at all. There might have been 10-15 kids in there the entire time we were there. My niece is walking, not yet 1 year old, but she still had fun. My nephew is a preschooler and he really had a blast, both in the 4 and under area and on the indoor playground and bouncy houses.As a former gymnastics coach who has experience working with bouncy houses, they have kept their equipment in pretty good condition. They seem to have them anchored to the wall pretty well. You really should keep up with your children while youre there though - bouncy houses and trampolines can be dangerous. We actually saw more broken bones from our gymnasts that came from playing on backyard trampolines than we ever saw from actually doing gymnastics in the gym. I followed my nephew around giving him safety instructions while he was in the equipment (didnt cramp his style though, he still had a great time!)

This place was super awesome and amazing prices were really cheap employees were super relaxed and helpful and they had a number of bouncy house Castle things to play on there were massive

Awesome place! Good prices, staff (who are also the owners) are as kind as they come, and fun selection of inflatables/slides/bounce houses as well as activities for babies. Even includes a merry-go-round. Great place---kids love it!!!

Such a super awesome place. My kiddos loved being able to run around and get their energy out and I love it b/c I don’t have to worry about them. Safe, clean and priced just right! We will definitely be back. The employees are all super friendly as well!

Such a great place! And a great price! There were so many games, obstacle courses, and rides! It was clean, and the staff were very friendly! I went during the week for the pre-K hours/special, and me and my two-year-old practically had the entire building to ourselves other than a few other children! My son didn’t have to wait in any lines and we both had a blast! I love the section that is for the toddlers! My son really enjoyed the post office and the store! I definitely recommend kangaroo Jax to anyone with smaller children, and I will be coming back again!

Great place for kids & birthday parties!

My children and I had a great time yesterday. My young son absolutely loved seeing the Kangaroo the gentleman working on the floor was great helping me keep an eye on my autistic son who he really bonded with. This guy is so great with the kids on the floor and its a great relief knowing my kids are being watched even when I am with my other child. The prices were great too and there was no limit. We hopefully will make this a weekly thing.

After the rain ruined a promised park-outing with my 4 year old daughter, I got to googling Fun indoors stuff to do in the Anderson/Greenville area ... found this place in a list. We decided to try KJs- in no way, shape or form were any of us disappointed with the choice. The weekend price, at 12$, is 2$ more than their weekday price- but considering the entry fee covers unlimited play on everything inflated and unlimited rides on their full-sized carousel/childrens sized ferris wheels ((theres two, one for kids over 4ft, one for under - so no one is left out))... its sorta hard to complain. Adults are spared an entry fee - though theres not much for them to do ((except the two highly appreciated, reasonably priced MASSAGE CHAIRS by the arcade corner)). Arcade games run 50 cents to a dollar, basically... Even the snack bar was super cheap - the most expensive item being a 3202 off-brand pixie stick at 5$, most items around 1-3$ ((brand-name candy bars being a buck, huge bags of cotton candy for 2.50$, ect)). Everywhere you look, bouncy houses, blow-up mazes, slides, ect, a ninja school inflatable ((think that old show American Ninja, but with an assistant for the zip line at the end, and obviously on a kiddy-scale )), all sorts of stuff to climb on, and a ball-toss within an enclosed trampoline area. They also had two sizeable party-rooms for birthday events and what-have- you... My daughter had an absolute blast, and therefore I did as well. OH, letme not forget to mention the super friendly staff. ((We happen to be around when they closed, and one girl gifted use a whole Papa Johns cheese pizza that was left over... did I mention that on weekends they have Papa Johns pizza 2$ a slice ?)) Fully enjoyed the entire l experience and 100% will be returning soon.

Not alot of bouncy houses open for to the virus

The ladies bathroom was cover with white snow looking lint everywhere on the walls, even in the vents. I was thinking this could be a fire hazard for everyone inside. I know they dont clean this because it was to much of it. But other than this it a nice place to bring your kids.

We drove 3 hours from myrtle beach to visit Greenville . We stopped by to let the kids get some energy out before heading home and the kids loved it. They aren’t that bad priced I believe it’s 10 dollars a kid and they have a decent amount of stuff to do. It’s next to a big trampoline place. So it’s prolly over looked but if you have little kids and don’t wanna worry about them being ran over definitely stop by here .

Great place for a family to go!

Had a great time with our two year old. This is a child only playspace but parents are allowed to help their children. There are numerous bounce houses for a range of ages up to 12 years old. They have air hockey and trampoline basketball. Its well worth it and our guy loved it.

This was a really low key, fun, out of the ordinary place to take my kid. She had a great time and its very reasonably priced. Will return

We took our three grandchildren here for the afternoon since it was a raining day. They really enjoyed all the activities. It was very clean, and staff was friendly. Usually we hate going to places like this because of the noise level with so many children running around screaming but that wasnt a problem at all here. We will definitely be coming back! Thanks Kangaroo Jax for offering a wonderful place for children to run off some energy even on rainy days!

Just took my grandson for the first time. Awesome place to let the kids have a great time. Price is great too. I wanted to plan his birthday there next April but their packages are too high. No outside food or drinks. Some packages include 2 slices of pizza and one drink per child. That is crazy. But if ya want to let the kids have fun for a day, its great. Maybe when the birthday packages change Ill consider a party.

Awesome place for the grandchildren on a rainy day. On nice days keep them outside at the park or zoo.

I was sad to find out that Monkey Joes was closed for good. I recently found out about Kangaroo Jax and I must say I am pleased. My kids had lots of fun, even my 9 month old. Laine, Emily and Riley topped off my visit with their very pleasant service. They were very friendly and even helped me with my kids when I needed it. I truly appreciate this kind of service as a mother.

Attended a birthday party, it was great! Kids really enjoyed themselves. Kids ages were 1-11 & they all had a great time!

I cant enough wonderful things about this place. My children range in ages from 3-7 and love it. They have the perfect mix of bounce houses and rides. The employees are so helpful and friendly. This has become a place that we frequent at least 2 times per month sometimes even weekly. The only thing I wish they had was more actual food options (not just snacks) since we normally go and spend at least 4 hours there and everyone gets hungry.

First time there. It seemed a little pricey for me. There was no air conditioning in the whole place so we were all sweaty just sitting there. From what I can se it seems they didnt object to bringing in outside food and drinks even though they sell things. If they get air conditioning it would probably become one of my go to places for fun

Kangaroo Jax is is a cool place to let your kids run off some energy. Lots of bouncy houses, as well as a few video games and a carousel. It was busy when we went (Saturday afternoon), but the kids still had plenty of room to play. Now theyre both asleep, so its well worth it.

It’s a kids’ bouncy house place, pretty standard. Extremely, unnecessarily loud music and televisions. High price admission and food. Sticky tables. But the kids had fun, and everything seemed safe enough. And the carousel in the center is pretty cool. As a side note, I heard three of the staff separately refer to it as a Ferris wheel. It’s not. But that’s beside the point. Anyway, a little claustrophobic for me, but the point was for the kids to run off some steam, and they did. Staff was friendly. We went on a Sunday afternoon.

Flawless experience, our party host matt was very polite, very helpful, he handled everything and explained everything out and how it would work... we brought a cake and showed up the rest was completely taken care of, didnt even have to clean up! worth every penny!

This place is always packed because there is so much to do. My 3 yr old loves it!!!

I was very excited when this placed opened up even more so with the remodeling they recently have done.This establishment is small which leads to over crowding quick. Its unfortunate but cant be helped until further notice. Its very sad to see parents who Dont supervise their children.There is no reason why older children should be pushing away smaller children, especially in the toddler area. Its gross when youre trying to play arcade games and theres a child inside the actual basketball area where the hoop is. I brought it up to one of the staff members, he removed the child. The child continued to be disruptive, pushing younger kids and taking our hockey puck so we couldnt play. Finally we had to grab the same staff member to get this childs parent. This is not the reason why I rated this facility as low as I did. This was just part of my experience.My daughter was in the toddler area where I assumed she would be safe. She was playing in the make believe grocery store. There were kids running in and out causing what I believed to be a sturdy and very heavy wooden wall falling on my daughters feet. She cried so hard and was visibly upset.I brought this up to the manager and she didnt seem concerned. She said she was unaware of the house being unsteady and offered ice. The tone in which I perceived it as is as if she was required to say this and really didnt care..Its very sad because I always wanted to have my daughters birthday party here but due to lack of proper management and older children playing in areas they shouldnt I dont believe my daughter is safe here.Very disappointed

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! ENJOYED THE FACT OF EVERYTHING BEING SET UP AND TORE DOWN BY THE STAFF. OUR SERVER WAS VERY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS SMILED. HE MADE SURE WE STAYED ON SCHEDULE. IT WAS NOT CLEAR ON THE ROOM BEING RENTED FOR A CERTAIN TIME SPAN BUT THAT THE KIDS COULD JUMP AS LONG AS WANTED. I KINDA RUSHED EVERYONE OUT AFTER THE ROOM TIME WAS UP. ALL IN ALL I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I WILL BE DOING THIS AGAIN FOR SURE!!!

Great place for children

Fun place to go with the kids. There is a small area for the smaller children to kind of keep them contained but wish it had a gate for the sake of my sanity. The staff is friendly and really looks out for children to make sure they dont get hurt. I like the ferris wheel they have inside as well as concessions. The price is reasonable and the place is fun for everyone!

Loved it here! I have a 3 and a 4 year old and its hard to find places for them to play safely. Here they have something for different ages to play on/in. I like how the staff are there to jump in and help out with the kids and they are very friendly here. Its worth the money! We all had a great time and I will recommend you guys!

Great place to take young children with lots of energy. My daughter is 2 years old and she loves to jump and bounce. Kangaroo Jax and its full of bounce houses and a couple of small amusement rides. Its very inexpensive to go and its a go to place for my wife and I to get our daughters energy out and play for a very reasonable price and she has lots of fun. There are different sized bounce houses for a different age ranges of children.

The kids loved it and they were worn out by the end it was great.

It was clean and well laid out. Once we bought our reasonably priced wrist bands the kids were off to the races! The layout required minimal parental supervision and maximum tired kids, yeah!

Had my sons 5th birthday party here, overall pretty happy. Place has 7 bounce houses plus a little bounce area for kids under 4. They also have a Merry-Go-Round and a mini-Ferris Wheel. The kids had a blast and the place was pretty clean. Only gripe was I feel we were being rushed out of our reserved room well before our time was up so they could vacuum up and prep for the next party.

Kangaroojax is awesome place for kids! Very affordable and kid friendly. I really appreciate the effort Jeff puts in with all of the kids. My grandchildren just adore him and we appreciate his willingness to be so attentive and play with them when he doesnt have too. Its this sort of thing that has us coming back and not going to pump it up. Glad we found this place. I agree with most of the reviews on here about pricing, and cleanliness. When our grandchildren are ready to book their parties we will def be asking for Jeff!

Incredibly friendly staff! I would highly suggest taking kids there when babysitting your little siblings and want to be the best babysitter theyve had! Cost is so low that you cant help but make a profit if youre being paid to babysit! Also, great coffee!! 5/5 would drop little sister off again

We had my granddaughters birthday party today and it was perfect. They provided Papa Johns pizza - cheese and pepperoni. All the kids loved it. They also loved the bouncers and ferris wheel and carousel. Highly recommended for a hassle-free fun party.
