Lady that sells the packets etc, very hateful, disrespectful and nasty. As I brought friends who have never played, she was rude. Get someone else, redundant to be that way, if she doesnt want to be there, then she needs to quick just dirty!!

Contrary to the reviews I read this was my first time here tonight with my gma me or her had never played in a bingo hall the staff was extremely nice and helpful and I had a whole lot of fun even if I didnt win lol hopefully Ill be back soon

IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE AND NEED HELP THEY WILL CONTINUE TO CALL NUMBERS WHICH FOES NOT ALLOW PLAYERS GETTING HELP TO PUT NUMBERS IN THEIR TED. SO WHEN THEY GET THEIR TED BACK AND HAVE A WINNING CARD THEY WILL NOT PAY YOU. CHEAT CHEAT CHRAT. LOAD AND RUDE. THE MANAGERS ALLOW THE CALLERS TO RUN THE PLACE.
