This park is so great! It has a splash pad in the summer and skating rink in the winter. The regular playground is great year round with so much to play with. It is not a traditional park with swings and a playground but a dynamic play area, good for many ages. There are slides and ropes to climb and bumps to jump off of and a small climbing wall with a large tilted merry go round for older kids. There is also a sandbox and clean restrooms available. The only downside is finding parking close by. There is a very reasonable parking deck next to the library and street parking available. There are several restaurants nearby that are very kid friendly as well as a large picnic area. We love this park and highly recommend it to anyone looking to play outside!

It was pretty cool. There was a band playing that was really good. All different people of different ages enjoying it all together. Kids had a really neat play area nearby. There were only two vendors though one was for Hawaiian Ice and the other was hot dogs. More food trucks wouldve been nice if there was an outdoor festival a few blocks away. It was clean, not too loud but just loud enough. It was just an enjoyable area and an enjoyable time.

This park looks like one of those computer generated artist images of what a completed park will look like. I mean that to say the park looks perfect, flawless, with cool buildings. There is something for everyone here. The dog park, cool events like movies in the park and free yoga in the park.In fact, this park is where my fiance proposed to me! This park is especially enchanting at night, a great place to walk after you eat downtown like at Crafted.

Although I love Center City Park, I rarely visited downtown Greensboro. That was until the new LeBauer Park opened. Now Im down there often with my granddaughter. There is so much to do and it is right between Center City Park, the Greensboro Public Library and the Greensboro Childrens Museum. There is so much to do. Now that it is summer, the watering hole is a great place for children to cool off. There are a few choices if you want to grab a bite to eat and there are other things to do like a playground, golf and other fun. School is almost out, youll most likely find our family in this park.

Had a ball. I do wish that whomever is handling the activities would do justice and pay Wesley with the African dance troupe to be apart of the offered classes in the park. It seems as though culturally Africans or African Americans arent being represented. Ok group groom New York that is over activities do better!!! But the jazz in the park was AWESOME yesterday. Otherwise, if give a 5 . Please include diverse activities that represents the city and not those that live on the condos actives across the street.

My five year old son has loved this park ever since his first time going. We were ecstatic to learn about the sprinkler addition, until our last visit turned into a hospital trip. While running between the sprinklers his foot somehow got stuck in the metal part that sprays the water. It did not require stitches but I still felt the need to warn anybody with young children.

I absolutely fell in love with this place as soon as I walked in to the trails! It reminded me of being in the mountains and also Florida at the same time. Make sure you get there plenty of time before the sun sets. Wild life can be seen in the park and its great to get away. There are trails where I saw people walking dogs and riding bikes. I was only here for a short time but I cant wait to go back! There are plenty of bridges and the paths are clean. There is a waterfall and large pond that I saw. I am sure that there are more wonderful places as well. I am sure that sunrise and sunsets would be lovely here! I did have a few issues with Mosquitos so bring bug spray! :-)

Lebauer Park is located in Greensboro, NC. It has many qualities including fun, support and many more. It provides movies every Friday in the park where lots of people gather in the grass, bring blankets, chairs and food (or you may purchase some food). But dont just think its only fun on Fridays its also fun for kids and some adults everyday because they provide a park with many cool toys like slides, sandbox, rides, rock walls, spinners and fake grass lumps. But thats not it they also have a dog park and a waterpark sprayer. Of course, last but not least they provide put-put and ping -pong. Hope you get a chance to visit.
