Lived there 35 years. Too much drama, too little space and time.

Nice Mobile home park. I was fascinated with how clean the landscape was overall and the homes were updated and beautifully taken care of. I would live here any day. Hopefully, Ill be able to get qualified soon. The office staff were very helpful and I was very impressed.

We have been here for about a year and we absolutely love it. The staff here are so friendly and If there is ever an issue, maintenance comes right away to make repairs. They also take pride in their community. They do whatever they can to keep the community neat, clean and enjoyable for the residents. We enjoy the regularly scheduled community events and spending hot summer days in the pool.

I have been living her over a year 3 management has past by, have been giving complaints about somethings in my house for it to be a new trailer things should be taken care off. It has been over six month and no one cares to get things fixed . when you speak to management for things to get done and ask for numbers to speak to corporate they get mad and give you the run about.. But if you late on your rent i guarantee they will send u to court. Do your part! Fix things and stop procrastinating!!!

My sister lived here perviously, so I thought to give it a try just moved in on 11/9/18 in lot 11 saw roaches the same night coming from creases in the walls and bathroom floors, I’ve complained more than once and they obviously still haven’t done a thing about it! Was told if I leave it would look bad on me and I would not be able to get my deposit back which I do not feel is right !! Who in their right mind would be okay living with roaches not to mention I have a baby that could easily pick up anything and put in her mouth!!!! I’m uncomfortable and haven’t been able to move any furniture in and pissed about wasting my time and money here !!!!

Trailers are over priced. And the maintanance is slow, the community is vey over crowded. They are placing trailers where there should be a yard and land. The trailers are less than 50 feet apart. The water is slow and overloaded. Because, of the greed of the YES communities company. The tenants live like animals in small cages. You can hear a conversation through the thin metal can walls. I want to assume that is why the original plan when the park was built had the units that far aaprt for a reason. The water pipes break down regulary because of the over stuffing of the units, other than that, they are okay for a stepping stone. But, make sure the insulation is new under the unit or the bills will be astronomical, if the insulation is bad or holes under the unit. And you pay for water, lol. CASE CLOSED!!!!!!! For $1000.00 a month you can rent a 4 bedroom home with running water and be able to sneeze without your neighbor saying bless you....

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Very rude and unprofessional staff that is super lazy and never wants to fix anything. So if you love to pay twice the rent for the area and live in a bed bug infested place then please feel free to live here.

Dont waste your time. They give nothing but excuses to do anything with your place

Happy new year to me & my family I moved back to village park after leaving the beginning of 20145 i had stay 2 years. Previous Ive come across Micah,when I first came very pleasure to be around moving was worst worst mistake my kids missed their friends and I missed mine10/2016 I was desperate and I came in & Angelica Newcome was a smiling face to me that I needed she assured me she would find me a home I would love & she did Just that Angelica has hard days like all of us but it never shows she stays positive & has great personality!!! Im excited about my move my kids love the new home hopefully somewhere they can grow up. Also the maintenance team& painters mike, moe,& Allen and his team a great crew of people hope to put down payment soon on new home thanks for hospitality everyone!!! #2017

Nice place to live. Very quiet and safe.

Looked at some homes here, and as I was leaving there was several drug deals going on. When I talked to the police about the area and the park they said not to rent there. Its gotten really bad.

Great property and office staff. Relatively inexpensive to rent and offers options to buy.

Still horrible as heck, do not buy or rent here. You will be very sorry. You will be told a ton of lies to get you to buy and management is HORRIBLE. Yes Communities is a joke!

There dont even use the thing to measure the water and they have over priced everything and they are unfair with ppl and if you have kids dont move her or dont move her at all they just want money they dont know what there are doing and they just tow ur car is its dose not have a licence plate for no reason at all they just want money you cant even but things outside or else they will come to ur house and bother you and i know of someone who hung a swing and they just came and cut it off for no reason and that swing cost her 60$ and they just came and cut it dont MOVE HER TERRIBLE

Dont rent here. Getting stuff fixed its like pulling teeth. Theyve lost our rent payment 4 times.
