Very nice people I’m the office. Yvonne and John are very much devoted to making the park a better environment to reside in. Anytime I’ve had an issue it gets addressed immediately. Whenever there is a neighborhood gathering of some sort I am invited. Although I will no longer be living in Here I wish ICould take this management with me wherever I go for as long as I’m renting. They are very honest and humble people. This experience was better than what I expected it would be and has been a blessing.

NOT family friendly. Kids are not allowed to have outside toys or wading pools. Went 2 months with no water due to a water tank problem. Never reimbursed for having to use a laundry mat to wash clothes during that time. Buying bottled water got expensive. Had to rent motel rooms to shower, pretty costly.Neighborhood going down hill due to the acceptance of section 8 housing and allowing drug dealers to remain as renters. Constantly told they are taking care of it, only for nothing to be done. Pool is a safety hazard and an eyesore.Several boarded up homes that need to be demolished. Pretty nervous the neighborhood kids are going to get hurt with all the broken windows and the like.Tiny lot for the price you pay. Only one access road with a huge drainage problem. Mailboxes not covered so mail and packages are regay ruined. No background / criminal record checks done. Diesel truck driven by maintainence staff triggers my childs asthma, have to keep him indoors. On a scale of 1-10, I give this place a run like hell, never look back!

This people are a joke, they leave us with out water for weeks, have no commitment or responsibility. The place is a mess, definitely not a place for kids or a family. Dont bother signing a contract or you will be charged various times for a deposit and other fake charges.

Awful place no water, no maintenance... management is not friendly, no ones there and when they’re they won’t listen to you. Not a good place for kids. Not to mentioning they don’t keep track of your payments Ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

Management was a joke here. I had no water the first month of living here and after the plumbing was fixed I had multiple leaks resulting in mold growth throughout my trailer that the owner and property manager refused to fix. Would give it a 0 if I could. If you have kids this is not the place to live. No playgroung, no pool, no yards maintained.

Great manager she is nice we trying to fix it up thier is nice homes we leaf blow and we have a big field we are trying to fix the pool and there is a park coming soon come check it out there are also very nice people living here as wellFrom.jonathan

If I could give a 0 I totally would. I agree with previous review about management and the owner is not responsible at all about what is going on ! I am in the process of trying to get my money back and leave .. Terrible place for sure so dont even bother

I live here and its awful the manager is never in the office and it is starting to look like the getto letting ppl that dont pay there electric and it gets shut off stay in other trailers but only sucks up to this one family was to be evicted twice in the last four months but they werent but others were they didnt get the treatment like this family did and now there is a tent in there yard.
