Loved our day at the water park, there are lots of options for water fun for all ages. There for a couple reasons I didnt give 5 stars. 1- They dont allow outside food, but also didnt let us know they werent using the grill the day we visited so food options were very limited. 2. The concession stand was extremely slow, waited in line for an hour for what little food options they were offering and this is with the park operating at lower capacity.

Fun place to bring the kids in a hot day. They offer a lazy River, body surfing and a kids splash area.

The three high IQ ladies working the front desk swiped my credit card the first time and it worked perfectly. Excellent work, that alone gives this water park five stars. This gauntlet of smart leaves you feeling enlightened and almost euphoric at the sheer potential of these three ladies. Excellent staff, even more excellent excellence.

Great experience here. It was clean and well kept. The young staff are so unfriendly it was almost funny.Just avoid interacting with the staff and you should have an amazing time

Great place to cool off. Lifeguards are on top of it!! The kiddy pool was closed which was an inconvenience as I had a 5 year old with me. So, because it was closed, the only way my 5 year old could have fun is if someone held her the whole time in the water in either the pool with slides, or the Lazy River part. Since I was not swimming and just watching them, I got in free which is great, (and fair). $5 per person, (no matter the agw), if you just want to swim. $10 per person if you want to swim AND have access to the slides. Over all, not a bad place to go. Kids had fun. They also have a concession stand. No outside food or drink allowed. But they dont check your bags, (if you know what I mean?)

Good luck with the three low IQ women at the counter. Just waited in line for 45 minutes before we finally left because none of them knew how to work a credit card machine for the family in front of us. We actually witnessed one of them swipe the card up-side down (strip not even in the reader) two times. Then once the frizzle haired old bag tried it just got worse. To top it off, instead of moving them aside, or God forbid let them in free, they made us all wait and watch their complete inability to do their job, or probably any job. Im sure the water park itself is great, if youre lucky enough to get through the gauntlet of stupid at the front counter. Good luck.

Nice people, great water park, locker rooms could use some updating, but all in all, great experience. Something for all ages. Loved the wave rider and lazy river.

For Great Falls, this is a good water park. They have a wave rider, a tube slide and four other water slides across the park. Staff and help have always been pleasant and attentive. The bathrooms and dressing areas have been completely upgraded. You cannot bring food into the park. There is a snack bar that takes cards and cash. If you are worried about valuables the park has lockers for rent at 50 cents. Great place to bring the family here and there as it is a little pricey.

If you are apart of the AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT in any type of way or respect the amendment I do NOT recommend you coming here. I called the park two weeks in advance asking their general manager multiple questions based on the fact I have a service animal and if I would have any issues with her in the water with me. I was reassured that as long as I brought my service dog a life vest she would be able to go into the water with me at all times, as its the law. She was even kind and ended the phone call with we will expect you on a Sunday! as I told her thats a day of week I would be coming.Well, lets just say that was a lie. Me and my service animal were in the lazy river, together calm and enjoying ourselves when we were then told by a manager to get out of the water because dogs can not be in the water due to health regulations. I calmly explained that I spoke to the general manager two weeks prior making sure that this wouldnt happen (even went to the store to buy a $45.99 life vest upon instruction) I tried to explain that she is NOT A DOG. SHE IS A SERVICE ANIMAL and that she is be ignored and with me at ALL times as stated in the Americans With Disabilities Act by United States Federal Law. At this point, the manager calls the general manager that I spoke to 2 weeks prior because I am requesting a refund for my stay because we werent even there for an hour and was told I can not take her back into the water with me! The general manager speaks to me extremely rudely saying that she never told me I could bring my service animal into the water with me (which is a lie) and that I cant get a refund but I could get a free pass sent to me. Why would I want to come back when I can not bring my service animal into the water with me? (She is calm, and loves swimming which is why I even wanted to go in the first place) On the Disability Act by Federal Law it states .. the public must allow people with disabilities to bring their service animals into all areas of the facility where customers are normally allowed to go I will be contacting the law to pursue Electric city Waterpark for going against my rights if the Electric city water park does not contact me directly to resolve this issue.

A very nice Waterpark to spend an afternoon out. I only give it a 4 star due to that fact that something always seems to broken when I come. Whether its the heater for the pool or a slide. Small things really that dont effect how much fun I still have. Concessions are reasonably good although sometimes the food is cold and sat in the warmer a bit too long. If you see someone grilling thats prime time for grub.

I have taken my family here a couple times and have had a blast. My husband doesnt like getting out much and doesnt like swimming too much, but he loves going down the slides. And both of my kids loved it. Other than the price for package A, I enjoyed this place.

Nice little water park. Main pool was pretty cold due to a boiler out. The slides were fun and the lazy river. My kids really enjoyed the rapids that went into the lazy river. They had a blast. I lost my su glasses and someone actually turned them in.

The lazy river was a lot of fun, small kids splash zone was freezing cold so my kids didnt want to play in it and the pool was actually nice and warm. Online they said there was good food and beer but the only thing we saw was a snack shack with not many options and no beer (my husband was sad but I could car less lol). All in all we had lots of fun buuut the price for one day for 2 adults, 1 six year old and our one year old was $34 which seemed kind of high for not many attractions.

Loved it. Helenas pool isnt heated and doesnt have the wave pool. These pools are heated. We went on the 2nd to the last day it was opened in August 2019. Not very crowded, heard it is usually much more crowded. The kids and husband loved the wave pool. I tried, i just couldnt make myself plop down. Im 60, overweight, bad knees. The lazy river is the fastest, funnest. Lazy River Ive ever been in. Ill Ill definately return.

Fun water park

They have plenty of Lifeguards. Beautiful layout of pools. The Flo-Rider is a lot of fun and a Snack Bar sells drinks and good food. Price of admission is well worth the value. A great place for the entire family to spend an entire afternoon on a hot day. Courteous and friendly staff.

Would not recommend spent $44 to take my family swimming and we were not there for 45 minutes and the Life guards were all cold because it was a little chilly out so they decided to close down the pool and told everybody they had to leave in 15 minutes that it was closing due to the weather.. The weather was not bad just a little windy is all! So I went and asked if we could get a refund end they said they dont do refunds!! Very unprofessional!!

Love this place! If I lived near it, I would take my kids all the time. There are many lifeguards, lots of pools to play in, food, dressing rooms and green space to hang out for the day!

Horribke atmoshpere, rude workers, not very fsmily friendsly or helpful with special needs children with long lines, long waiting, slow, and disorganized service. Life guards do NOT pay attention. I had to personally save someones child in the kid pool area from drowning while lifeguards just gossiped

Good family fun

I gotta say I was very disappointed. First time going there. We went on a day where the weather wasnt the greatest however it wasnt a thunderstorm either. It was a bit windy off and on and barely rained for maybe 10 min at most. But being in the water it was nice and warm (where the slides go into)... Other than that, the Splash Zone no one was in there cause it was sooo cold. And the Lazy River was a bit chilly as well. Anywho, we got there at 2pm and its suppose to close at 6pm. So we thought we had lots of time.... no... after maybe 40 mins of being there we were getting kicked out because of bad weather..... like I said before, it wasnt bad at all. Im thinking it was more because the life guards were complaining about it and decided to close.The lifeguards were all teenagers and i did not see an adult so it was a childish call. We asked for a refund but they dont give out refunds only passes to which they MAIL to you.. FIRST OF ALL , were canadian and they want to spend the time and money just to mail a pass?? why cant they give you a simple piece of paper saying we can come back another day? SECONDLY, are they not closing for the season (we went Sunday the 25th)?! And LASTLY, for 2 adults, a 3year and a 6year old we paid $44 usd to go..... soo that being said.....it was a waste of money and time to go!And ps: they kicked out a girl with a service dog.... how disrespectful. Especially after she notified them she was coming with her dog and them saying its fine!!! Crazy. Definitely lost a few customers!

Fun place to take the family. Wave Rider is really fun, so is the lazy River. Two decent sized water slides and a fun little splash park for the little little kids.

There are three areas. First are 2 twisty waterslides and a child slide that goes into a large pool, second a kids (5 and under I believe) shallow pool with pipe arches that drip water, third is a wave rider which simulates surfing a wave and a slide that both merge into a lazy river.Concessions, pick nick tables, small lockers available for 50¢.One thing to note is they charge to get in even if not swimming.Fun to go a couple times a summer!

Great pool! It is a bit over-priced for what it is, but not unjustifiable high.

My 5 year old loved it. Water temperature seemed to be on the cool side for a 78 degree day. Prices are very high. 10.00 for my 5 y/o 12 dollars for me with no options for season pases like other water parks do.

It is fun for a day of relaxation in the heat of the day you have a heated pool, waterslides, a cool lazy river, and more.

Its okay, but we definitely need a better waterpark in Great Falls!

Its as fun as every Waterpark you could ever imagine it has a Wave Rider. it has tubes , water slides a toddler water area , it has a food area to buy food it has a pass for the day , its range for price is ok but its worth it if you want to have fun or special thing with your kids or family.

Web page designer did wonders making this park look like a wonderland of fun for young kids to enjoy themselves out in the sun, but in reality huge disappointment. No green grass and everytime you turned around there was whistles going off saying dont do this and dont do that.
