I think is a cute little place for a day or two. I think its more adult based than anything because theres only three areas that are really considered fun for the younger audiences. They have bars and shops and really delicious food. its a bit overpriced sure but for a quick snack on your nice vacation here its not that bad. Its also a nice place to have birthday parties as its not very large and its hard to lose people. Its also quite relaxing and peaceful there. however I gave it three stars because when I was there about two weeks ago nobody was wearing masks correctly not even the lifeguards. if they were in the water theyre supposed to be social distancing because you dont have to have a mask on in the water however there were people pushing other people and the equipment was not being washed after each use. it felt very unsafe even walk around in there because it felt very uncleaned due to the covid-19 restrictions.

Very fun! Our family had a blast. The staff was very nice and timely, all of the facilities were clean, organized and stocked. We will be back for sure.

Loved the setting beautiful designs, service was good beer was overpriced by at least a dollar. Water was clean doesnt smell moldy or bleachy. Bar and kitchen closes way too early. the bell on a water tower is so annoying it goes on for three minutes straight every four minutes. The river ride is amazing the large pool is well maintaines. This part seems up to par compared to the rest of the hotel since Marriott takeover. Reasonable spots if a bonvoy member

Such a fun place! The staff was very attentive and friendly. They made a point to come check on us every time they saw us get out of the water. The DJ was AMAZING! A great mix of upbeat music that kept us dancing in the water the whole time!

Wonderful water park for children. The water playground will keep kids entertained for hours, and there is a lazy fixer for the adults! Also, limited food options at restaurant, but what the do sell is delicious.

It is a neat water attraction for the hotel. It does get busy by mid morning on the weekends. The staff is friendly and park is kept clean. They had 1 big slide, a zip line, a big pool, a kid splash part, and a lazy river.

Not too huge just the right size for young kids. Just wish there was a splash pad area for babies and toddlers. There is a toddler area but it only has one little water fall spray feature. During week not crowded at all and plenty of space to social distance. Food was good but very pricey.

It is not a giant water park like great wolf lodge so don’t expect that but it is better than any other hotel swimming experience.

Very family friendly environment. Very aware of current health issues. Constantly cleaning. Perfect water temperature. The lazy river was very relaxing. Slides are totally safe for all ages.

Standard water park with lazy river and over priced cabanas. Not handicap accessible. Little shade available and what shade you can find is purchased with a umbrella. Prepare to spend $22 to reserve a comfortable spot. Otherwise, lather up the SPF because you will burn.

It is a fun little water park for the hotel. They charge way too much for eats and drinks. They did a great job for sanitizing and cleaning.

Right now limited hours. Small park but uncrowded right now. A kids play area with water drop, a zero entry pool with two horseshoe jet coves, a lazy river. A couple slides and a zip line. We did not have to pay extra and it takes a 5 minutes sure bus to and from the hotel.

The staff is very nice, any staff member is willing answer any questions to the best of their ability. Park is clean at all times.

Nice place to take the kids to play! Dont need to bring your towels, they provide them. The food is actually really good, get the cheeseburger! The servers are supposed to come to you,but we waited an hour then finally went and found someone. We really liked the ziplines into the water and the water slide was fun. Loved the lazy river! Easy shuttle ride from the hotel.

Went here as a guest of the Gaylord. I like that they have seperate areas for lazy river, babies, kids jungle gym, and slide / zipline area. I wish they had more food options but it wasnt enough of an inconvenience to deduct a star. I would come back.

Great for everyone of all ages. All the water games are well taken care of. The personnel is very attentive from the lifeguards to the hostess etc.

The waterpark is fun for kids but fairly stressful for adults. We went Labor Day weekend -- never again!!! It was SO crowded. I was so thankful I left my 3 year old home with grandparents and only had to keep up with my 7 year old. He had a blast - the lazy river was great. But the drinks were SO expensive. I think the margaritas were like $12 for a small cup. We had quite a tab upon leaving after a handful of drinks and a few snacks. It was a fun time but couldnt bring myself to go back the following day.

This was such an amazing place! I love the fact that it is only for guests staying at the resort...so it was enjoyable without being crowded. The staff were super attentive and so nice! We ordered food and five minutes later it started to rain! The server ran to the grill area and brought us back to go boxes! The food was delicious! We will definitely be back next summer! And we have decided to spend our Christmas at the resort!

My 4 year old loves coming here! Water park is very clean and nicely decorated. The cabanas are super nice. You get a tv, water bottles and a HUGE fruit plate. We love the food and drinks here! Fast and very friendly service. They truly go beyond and make sure you have the best time.

Nothing to fault. It is easily accessible from the Gaylord Texan Resort by bus, which frequently travel to and from. Its is undoubtedly a great way to relax, for all ages, on a hot day with food and drink available.

Our six year old couldnt have had more fun here. We played on everything for two days and never got bored. As for the parents they have a great bar staff and runners everywhere to take your order.

Over crowded and super expensive. They wont let you take any snacks or drinks in, but then charge you $6 for a water, and they had no healthy snack options for our kids. We couldnt even find any seats to sit down. We left after about 30 minutes of not being able to find any seats and the employees telling us they couldnt help us. This picture shows how busy The lazy River was. Not relaxing or fun at all.

Three separate pools, including a lazy river and a kids play area. Food was good with large portions, just difficult to get a waiters attention. Life vests to rent. Fun place for the family.

So much fun!!! Perfect getaway for the family. The Gaylord is such an amazing place to bring your family & Paradise Springs is just an added bonus!

Very clean water park, including the restrooms and family changing rooms. Food was pretty good for a water park but semi limited selection. Drinks was excellent. Park was busy but not overly crowded.

Fun water park at the Marriott Gaylord Texan in Grapevine. Facilities are very nice and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. While it is fine for all ages, it is targeted more at younger kids.

Family friendly environment, great chair-side food service.Bar drinks are bit pricey, but taste great. I recommend you pregame in your room first.

Awesome water park for resort members only. Its not huge but really nice.

We love staying at the Gaylord Texan during the summer months specifically for the water park. We have two young boys (7 and 10 yo) and they absolutely love the waterpark. The Resort has a shuttle that takes you from the main hotel to the waterpark. No outside food or drinks. They do sell food and alchohol.

100% recommend this place the kids loved it. Staff is awesome and very friendly.

Ugh, this place isnt that great. Standard lazy river with no where near enough tubes. Service is really slow, some are helpful, others are not at all.

Loved this place.. would be nice if the Cabanas were not $250-$300.. thinking you could fill them all DAILY for $125-$175..

My family had a very fun time here. It was the first time for my kids at a water park, and the smiles never left their faces. The second day we went it was much busier; the pool and lazy river were packed with people. The lockers were easy to use, even though there were many that didnt work. The food and drinks were very good and the staff was friendly.

Super fun park. But avoid all holidays. Its like the whole state of Texas wants to cram in this park. Its big for a resort water park. But small when compared to a big name water park.Definitely coming back. So much fun.Had a lot of fun the first day(when it wasnt packed).Second day... Ehhhh .. the stress was real. People are people.. and they tend to be a little rough with small children around water.Watch your kids carefully.. it gets stressful on crowded days. Also I took off a star because the tubes were a little too big for my kids. They were a bit disappointed that they couldnt ride down the pool like everyone else.To visit you need to book a room at the hotel.

For a water park, they werent too busy. My family and I had a great time. My two year old loved the lazy river!
