Sooo much fun! Came here post Thanksgiving. We did the Heist. Great for families. The place was clean and the staff was very friendly.

Awesome escape room already did the p lay ground just did the heist definitely going back to do the gold rush and take the challenge with the prison break 10/10 you have to go the escape game.

Had a great time and will be doing it again soon!

I have to say I really thought the escape room would be very cringey and untasteful. However to my surprise I loved every minute of it. The puzzles are so much fun and the harder they are, the more fulfilling it is to complete a step. Hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had for a brain teaser and I will be back.

Such a great and immersive experience! Sean was an amazing game master. So so kind and got us into the room early because there was no other bookings before us. Really great guy and amazing at his job!

Had a great time playing playground. The puzzles were challenging, but not anything far fetched or impossible to figure out. Dani was our game master, and did an amazing job. If you want a good experience, definitely ask for Dani.

I’ve got to say this is one of THE BEST escape rooms I’ve done, the prison escape was WELL DONE, very well put together. Loved the story behind it, the team work that was involved with it and how many different rooms we had to go through, everything about this place and that game has just got me in such amazement! GREAT JOB ESACPE GAMES! I can’t wait to go back and do the heist game with them! I would totally recommend ANYONE who wants to have fun PLEASE come give them a try! You won’t be disappointed IT WILL be an experience you won’t soon forget! Enjoy and have fun :)

One of the best rooms I’ve done. With one of the best game masters I’ve had. Absolutely amazing time with great friends and sean made it feel very at home for all of us playing.

Loved it!!! My family and I did the heist and let me tell you this one is amazing. We are coming back tomorrow to play another one. It is a little pricey but I guess I see why ... anyway if you love clues and adventure this is for you !! Also really good service employees very nice

We went today in the playroom. It was so much fun! It was good for all ages. You have to remember teamwork. The staff was super friendly as well. Definitely recommend. We will be returning soon!

We played Gold Rush and Playground and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The sets are amazing, the puzzles are challenging and unique, and the staff is professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend coming here for family or friend outings. Ask for Dani, she was amazing!

It was a great experience! They handled our booking over the phone and check-in quickly and assured us with their safety precautions. Played Prison Break for the second time and it was amazing. Our Host of the night CJ was very helpful and kind! This escape room is one of the best ones we’ve done and we’ve done plenty all over the world! We ESCAPED!!!

Great fun, we did three rooms today (Gold Rush, The Heist & Prison Break) and all were extremely immersive and a blast. Great staff and facilities and well worth the price.

Such a great experience for the family! We enjoyed one of their multi-room puzzles and had a fantastic time. The staff helped us to feel safe with COVID precautions as well.

It was 1 hour of family fun! Lots of challenges and teamwork required. This was their hardest room and it definitely was a challenge! Lots of fun and definitely reccomend!

The Escape Game is top notch. We had a group of six people ranging from 28 years old to 70. Each of us had a fantastic time. Once we got there and got checked in, we found out that we had two additional people joining us as the room can hold up to 8 people. One of them was only 10. The Heist was a great room for people of all ages.The staff was fantastic and was very accommodating. We traveled halfway across the country and chose to spend our time here and did not regret it for a second. We had issues when trying to reserve a room online and ended up missing the current sale they had going on. I called this location and spoke with a very respectful young man who told me that he would fill in his supervisor and tell her that I would be emailing or calling her when she was working. When I did email, she knew exactly what I was talking about and help us solve our issues. We were so happy to be able to experience this with some of our family members and Im sure that they will spread the word to their local friends. We all had a blast, even with others we didnt know joining our room.

Our party of 5 had a great time completing the Gold Rush room at the Grapevine Mills Mall today. The experience was fun, and was challenging enough for three young adults and their two parents. We escaped with just 6 minutes to spare.

Played gold rush. Was an excellent game and a few of the puzzles stumped us even with one of us being an avid escape room fan. Look forward to playing the rest of their games!

Did the prison room, I had never done an escape room before... Had a blast! Talked about it for hours after it was over. Basically l am looking at when I will be going next, not if. If you haven’t done it before it is a must.

This was a very detailed room with SO much to do! Be prepared to use all the skills you learned in school!

I have played a total of 4 games here, each time I had a wonderful experience! Every single person is incredibly nice and helpful. The game itself is addicting and very well staged. Overall, this place is awesome, I will definitely be back!

An adventure-quest packed with mystery where you must find clues and solve riddles in a very detailed, well thought out, and beautifully designed set. Not only is the gameplay on par with “theme park-like” quality and detail, the staff members are very helpful and quite understanding of recurring “learning curves” that new and seasoned escapees encounter (I can only imagine how hard they are laughing as they watch the screens ). While I’ve enjoyed a few escape rooms over the years (some successes, and some not), the sets that The Escape Room Dallas offer to their customers will keep me coming back!

This was one of the BEST rooms I’ve done with my family. Very intricate, well decorated, fun and challenging. Can’t wait to come back!

It’s a really fun experience, highly recommend for a good bonding activity. At first I was a bit scared, but as the game progressed I started getting really into it and even though we didn’t finish in time it was still so much fun and we will for sure be going back.

My friends and I had such a great time! The rooms were so thought out and the atmosphere of each room really made you feel like you were there! We had to use our big brain power and we escaped all of the rooms we did! Our clue master was also very helpful when we got a little stumped. Overall very very fun and I hope to go back to do the rooms I didn’t get to experience!

Wow - just wow. This company knows what they are doing!!! Weve played two of the four rooms at this location, and that was in the same evening because we had such a blast during the first one!Prison Break - I really enjoyed how you start off in two cells and have to work together to get past certain clues. It really enhanced the experience and made it feel like a real prison. Once you get further into the game, the other rooms are just as enjoyable and you really feel like youre in the middle of escaping. The puzzles are difficult (but not impossible) and our game master was very helpful when we needed him.Playground - This is by far my favorite room to date. The theme is kind of silly, but the creativity behind some of the puzzles is fantastic! Ive never seen some of these ideas before, I doubt I ever will again. Plus, this is one of the only rooms Ive ever been in where you are allowed to intentionally break something. Even though I accidentally broke the game (no spoilers!) the game master was able to resolve the issue and get us back on track in no time. And the final puzzles really friends made this room special - Im tempted to do it again with new friends just so I can be a part of the joy the room brings them.The only thing I might change about the rooms is that they all have a secondary entrance that you can open from the inside one access is achieved. I think this is probably to allow for more accessibility to players (which I completely agree with) but in one puzzle it ended causing us a tiny bit of grief (again, no spoilers). And I wish they sold the pins the employees wore on their lanyards - I would absolutely collect them each time I beat a game.I will definitely be going back to do the other two rooms!

We had such a good time conquering Gold Rush! I did a lot of research on the best escape rooms in our area with kids and this one kept coming up. The staff was great in narrowing down between our 2 top choices and our guide, Amber, gave us the perfect clues the few times we got stuck. I wish kids were discounted bc honestly, they aren’t able to contribute as much, but they enjoyed the experience and want to do more of them. I just can’t shell out nearly $150 for all four of us at the drop of a hat. I will be back again for sure, but if it was a smidge more affordable, it would certainly be sooner rather then later.

This was awesome! This was our first time in an escape room game and we had a lot of fun. It was just my girlfriend and me, so it was a bit challenging to solve everything with just two people, but you get as many clues as you want from your game host, so you can make it as hard or easy as you want. We did the heist story and it was super fun. Chloe was a great host and she made the game really interesting and fun! Totally recommended :D

Ok let me brag for a second on the staff here. EVERYONE there was so freaking awesome. It was my birthday and one thing I wasnt expecting was for them to give me a card (pictured below). They didnt even know it was my birthday until I was actually on my way into my room and our host Andrew ask what the occasion was. Then after we smashed on The Heist room, before our departure they surprised me with it. I was smiling from ear to ear and definitely was expecting anything like that. It definitely made my night even better than it already was. The room we choice was so awesome and everything ran so smoothly. We will definitely be back and Id like to thank every person there that was so kind to us. If youre looking for a fun and friendly type escape room environment, I definitely recommend this one 1000%!

This place is SO WELL PUT TOGETHER! We went twice in one week to a Heist themed room as well as a Prison Break theme. We had SO MUCH FUN! Love it. Will definitely be going back.

Worth every penny

I visited TEG Dallas this past weekend with my boyfriend and his family while we were in town for a wedding. We’re from Chicago and have played all the rooms at that location, so we were so excited to be able to play Playground in Dallas! The staff were all so friendly and welcoming, and the room itself was an absolute blast. There was so much to accomplish in the room that at some points it felt like complete chaos but it was so much fun! Our game guide Aaron was really sweet. Definitely recommend this place :)

These are always fun and great team building activities. This location has some well thought out rooms. I have done all but three. The jail house is really challenging and I would recommend more than 4 people for that one. The heist and playground are both exciting as well we have escaped both of those.

Had a blast with our friends when we played a couple of weeks ago! The design of the rooms are outstanding and the puzzles are challenging yet not too frustrating. We also had an in-room game guide, Sydney, who was incredible! She was so friendly and helpful! Would highly recommend the Dallas location!

I went with a group of friends yesterday and had a great time!! It was my first time doing an escape room. We played 3 games (playground, gold rush, and heist) they were all super immersive and fun! The puzzles were really interesting and cool and I would definitely recommend it.

We’ve done a few escape rooms before, but The Escape Game has been my favorite so far! My friend visited once and did “The Playground” which he really enjoyed, so we decided to do “The Heist” this time.I really enjoyed all the puzzles and tricks. Some are literal puzzles, some are number games or reading a coded map... Nate was our game master, he was really fun and helpful. Some escape rooms can be really campy and not very difficult, but this one made us really work for it!By the way— we escaped!

It was the most fun I’ve had in a long time! The quality and number of puzzles in the room (we did Playground) were great. The ingenuity of the use of props was incredible. Would recommend and I hope we get to go back soon.

We loved these escape rooms! We personally did Gold Rush and The Heist, they were both amazing. Blake was a great game master. Would definitely recommend to anyone who loves escape rooms.

Our group completed the Gold Rush Escape Room yesterday and had a blast. Our guide Aaron was great, he explained everything and even offered us a few hints before we asked. We escaped the room with time to spare. We will definitely be back for another adventure!

Came here with a three other people, we were helped by Oddree who is the best, insanely helpful. We did heist, it was challenging but fun, so fun in fact we ended up doing gold rush the same day, that one is my favorite so far, definitely getting a big group to go do play ground! We’ve don’t escape games before, there’s nothing like The Escape Game GV Mills. It’s genuinely like you stepped into a movie, it’s so well done. I’d recommend it to anyone.

Second time Ive been to the Grapevine Escape Rooms, and I had a blast, just like I did the first time! Im a grandma of six little g-kiddos, and I was skeptical that I would be of any worth, but my sweet daughters encouraged me to join in on the fun. AND IM GLAD I DID! This is such fun experience, it makes you think, and laugh all at the same time. Its challenging, but always such a great time!

More expensive than other escape rooms in the area but it is still lots of fun and a great experience!

We were on vacation on Dallas from the Valley and tonight decided to give a try to the Escape Room thing. It was awesome! The host and the one that took us to the game were great. Definitely will come back to play the other games.

Had a blast!! Group of us attempted to break out of prison... even though we failed (we got close haha) we all had fun working together to solve the multiple puzzles. It definitely works your problem solving and communication skills and we could tell we work working better and more efficient together by the end of the hour. Can’t wait to go back!!

My family and I had an incredible time at the Escape Game in Grapevine! It was our 1st time to ever experience an escape room so we were a little nervous going in. The staff was friendly and did a great job easing our nerves. They explained the process and helped us pick a fun game that we would enjoy. I wont give anything away... but the game was challenging and my kids (10 and 12) were super excited to figure out the clues. We finished with just over a minute left and you would have thought we solved an actual mystery with the excitement level that our family had after we finished! The car ride home was filled with conversations about our adventure! It was so much fun! The rooms were well designed... the clues were challenging... and the activities were super cool the way they all played out. Great experience!!! Cant wait to go back for another adventure!

The GM Craig was AMAZING!! Staff was super nice! It was my daughters birthday and after we escaped the room they had a birthday shirt and a birthday card signed by the entire staff waiting for her! We had an EXCELLENT time. I highly recommend!

Aaron was great at explaining our game and made the experience so fun! I played the prison break game (which was supposedly the hardest one) and i was still able to figure out the puzzles! Didn’t break out in time but i got really close and aaron was very nice and encouraging afterwards! HIGHLY recommend!!

The experience is always thrilling. The games are actually designed a little differently than other places, so even if you have played before, it might feel completely different! So cool.

The management and staff helped me put together an engagement to remember for my now fiancee. They really went above and beyond with making that experience as great as possible. Everyone was very hospitable from first contact, to the day of. They did a great job integrating the ring into the game so that we would find it right at the end. We did Gold Rush which was an incredible experience on its own. I have done many escape rooms but none of them were as unique and engaging as this one. I cant wait to come back here to try another room and I recommend everyone do the same.

This was so much more fun than I had expected it to be. Its challenging and you have to work as a team to get out. Nice place to bring the family or a group of friends on a night out. Guarantee youll have a good time. Multiple different rooms to play to keep you coming back for more.

UPDATE: I’ve been back twice more, once with my husband and parents (Gold Rush) and last night with the same group of friends (Prison Break). We had a blast. The staff is absolutely wonderful and I hope to get back to try the final room in the near future.We came with a group of friends (5 total people) and had a great time. Two people had done escape rooms before. We really enjoyed completing The Heist room. There were a few small issues that made the game harder than it should have been (laser didn’t seemed to be lined up properly and the water feature wasn’t working) but we had a ton of fun and I plan on coming back in a few weeks.

Oh my goodness! If you want an awesome, high quality experience, this is the place. Period. Our family collectively had been a part of many different escape rooms but this one hits it out of the park!! Since we are a big family we decided to have an experience together instead of giving gifts and this was perfect. We did the Heist on a Sunday afternoon. The staff is superb and instructions are clear. The rooms are super high tech and full of great clues and ways to use thinking skills. We were a group of 8 so our room didnt have any strangers. It might be different if you have to work with people other than your family or friends. Either way you will not be disappointed!

So fun!! 9 of us almost escaped Playground.. it was definitely a lot harder than a 6 (This is my 3rd escape room and we used a lot of clues). Super creative problems to solve and this room actually lets you know how far you are in the game.

This was our second room here, with the first one being The Playground. Both are cosmetically the best rooms we have played, and the playground was a lot of fun. However, I felt that Gold Rush wasnt as good. There were several times where we would solve a clue and then just be stuck because we had no other unused pieces to work on. We did escape, but it was frustrating.

This is our third time and it is amazing! Our hosts were so nice and the Prison Break was nice and tough!

This place has fun themes. Their themes range from difficult level 6 to 9/10. They organize big teams and is perfect for team building.

Me and 3 of my friends did all the escape rooms within a month(and escaped all of them first try), the first time we went was for my birthday and when we were done with the room they gave me a free birthday pin and card signed by all the employees that night. The rooms themselves are extremely detailed and well done, and the staff is the absolute best. I would highly recommend this place.

Well I went back to this location for obvious reasons. This place is AMAZING, the staff is outstanding and my Game Master Nate is very down to earth. My Husband and I did the Prison Break and we had a blast. Although the room was a little challenging, we escaped with just minutes to spare with the assistance of Nate. He gave very clear clues and was very helpful. I highly recommend The Escape Game Dallas (Grapevine Mills).
