Awesome place for kids. It has 4D show which is really good and there was a ride to save the Lego queen, where we had to shoot the bad guys and we were sitting on a moving train. Love bed the area that shows Dallas downtown and Dallas stadium made from Legos.

Not what expected at all. Kids were given a bag of Legos and a table to play. Something we could perfectly do at home. So much expectation for this.Do not advise to visit during COVID time. Most things were closed. They shouldn’t advertise as normal; it’s not honest or fair. Money does not grow in trees nowadays.Marine Life was better.

My 4 year old with cerebral palsy was able to easily navigate the entire center. Joe and Thad made things so inclusive for both of my boys. Tim was amazing at gathering recommendations for other accessible activities. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.Thank you for making this Mommas heart so happy and for making life easy for a couple hours for my sons!

Interesting place for smaller kids (4-7) with 3 inside rides, a movie theatre, a play ground, a snack stand, and - of course - some legos to play with. The entrance fee is overpriced and kids might get bored after being there after the second time (I would not get season tickets...). Also, in days of Covid 19 - it might not be the safest place, as it must be impossible to keep all the surfaces and toy pieces clean... The lego store has a large variety of items - it might be better to get a box of legos there and play at home.

Dingy & gross, not well-kept, unbelievably overpriced. I left after 20 minutes $50 lighter bc not many activities. The rides require an adult with each child, so if you have 2 kids & you’re a single parent or your spouse can’t accompany, you can’t participate unless you’re willing to leave a child at the operating area unsupervised in order to ride with your children one at a time. These are things that would have been good to know up-front. Will never be returning.

But in the morning forever21 was close and we have to walk the entire mall to reach to the legoland and i saw other parents were also struggling to reach there. Cleaning was onpoint. The lady at the reception was very sweet.

Amazing place for kids, many things to do for kids. But it’s crowded so expect big queues for every ride. Expect at-least 1hr queue for every ride so that makes its impossible to cover all rides in one day.I will suggest if you want to cover all rides then spend some extra money on book a ride (vip) entry. That gives you another less crowded entry to rides.Overall good experience and good fun for kids.

Review №12

My kids loved it! We explored all of it and took our time to take it all in. Everyone was very nice! The areas and rides would pair you off like 1 adult 1 kid. There is one game/ride that will let you sit two kids in the front and one adult in the back if you have a family or a group that is an odd number. One of the groups of five in line for the Marlin ride had a child that was too short so the mom had to wait at the front of the line, letting others go ahead of them, until her partner and other child were done with their ride so that they could watch the child that was unable to get on. Just be aware that you might run into these issues. Its nothing you cant work around. One of my concerns was the bag of legos that they had you after you pay to get in. The bag of legos that my oldest got had 4 wheels but my youngest only had 2 in her bag- Im pretty sure I couldve asked the front for wheels. We were lucky to have a parent overhear my youngest ask my oldest if she had extra wheels as she gave her the wheels she needed to build her car.The activity packs are cardstock-like sheets on a lanyard. There are stamp stations located all over the center that you use to mark sheets in the pack. When you are done, the center sends you out into their lego store where you can show the cashier your completed pack for a small gift. The sheets kept ripping off of the lanyards but you can get replacement sheets back at the front counter. They are very helpful. They do not ever answer the phone and will not return phone calls. I think its faster to ask people over google or Facebook if you have any questions. BUT they did respond to my message via email about eight hours later same day so you can always try your luck by sending them a message. They do not accept cash at all. The only things that accept cash are the photo machines and the souvenir machines at the front desk (4 quarters and a penny for a flattened penny). The cafe had kid meals ($7) and big kid meals($9) but instead of sandwiches like the signs say they had nachos. They also sold miniatures for a $5 donation- I got 2 for $5. Other than that they sell small snacks and all sorts of drink. The play areas are great for young kids- the older kids (10+) seemed easily bored and would end up sitting in the spinning tunnel making it hard for the little ones to walk through and get to whatever was on the other side. Or while they sitting in the tunnel they would unintentionally trip the young kids.

We did not enjoy!! We bought tickets specifically for the Forest Ranger cars, and the water park. When we arrived there was a sign up that said the water park was closed due to inclement weather. But there was not a cloud in the sky, or any bad weather coming that way. The forest rangers also had a sign up that said it was closed for cleaning. But after asking we were told it was closed because of Covid. The VR was also closed. We basically spent all the money for 5 of us to go for about 30 minutes, and left with a 5 year old crying because he couldnt do the one thing he wanted to. It was also not the cleanest. We wont be back, which stinks because we were really looking forward to it.

As much as they charge for their tickets and let me tell you, seemed like NO effort what so ever was put into actually making the experience anything but a headache. Half the rides were closed for cleaning and remained closed the whole time we were allotted. The bags of legos we were given for the 7 kids we showed up with, we incomplete at best. 2 didnt even have 4 wheels to build their racecar, (another bait and switch they are guilty of). Then to top it off, if you are actually trying to have a good time with all the cool stuff, well turns out they want you to PAY MORE ... The aquarium wasnt even all that. We came from san Antonio and were very disappointed

The single ticket prices themselves are expensive and may not be worth it for kids older than 9 or 10. My younger kids of 5, 3, and 2 loved it, and if I lived here I would own a membership pass because it offers them a lot of fun. There are three themed rides the kids can enjoy, a western shooting ride, a castle flying ride, and a go kart race car ride. There is a 4-D theater with five different 12 minute films that by themselves are worth the visit. A Ninjago themed play area. A toddler play area with soft bricks and a slide. A build your own car area with ramps to race them down. A Cafe area to eat and have birthday parties. And a mini Lego world with the Dallas skyline, airport, and city built entirely out of Legos (which can only be looked at.)There is enough here to easily keep younger kids entertained for a couple of hours, but if theyre older than 8 years old they probably wont find much to entertain themselves. We visited on a Monday in the morning, and it slowly got packed, so I would imagine a weekend to be uncomfortably busy.

We had been to this place several time. The kids love it. Unfortunately last visit we didn’t have the expected experience due to the rude and unprofessional attitude of one of the employee ( picture below). The kids spent no more than an hour at this place which is not usual for them, anyway, one of my kids forgot his jacket inside, and simply my husband went to get it. The lady in the front made a big deal about it, and she talked down to my husband, and disrespect him completely, and ignored him for more than 10 minutes when he asked to speak to a manager. Finally, a manager coincidentally passed by, and my husband talked to her, and got my son’s jacket. This attitude really messed up with all our journey. Rude and unprofessional employee is the last thing a customer would like to deal with.

Not as impressive as I hoped. We are visiting Dallas for another event, and we were looking for another kid- friendly place. $25 each just to get in the door. The VR costs an extra $6 each and it was cool but it lasts, literally, 1 minute). The 4D movie was what we were most excited about, and we found out after we got in that it is not working. :( There is plenty to do here, climbing area, lego building areas (multiple), rides (3, but son would only ride one, a lego replication of Dallas and themed areas. They also have the build and test a car area and food/coffee for sale. If we had paid $14.99 to get in, I would have given this 5 stars, but to pay over $50 for just under 90 minutes was just not worth it. My son is 8. The only negative remark I would make is the workshop I didn’t feel was worth spending the time or money on. The activity was related to gears and I felt like there were too many in a group and it was too easy. I was hoping the instructor would go into discussing gears and just give my information. It was 30 minutes and we were done in 15. Honestly I used this time to converse with parents and get everything lined out after the workshop. Overall, it was a successful field trip. If the weather is bad kids can eat at the food court or in our case very hot and humid. I really liked that you could come and go in order to go eat lunch.
