My family and friends visited the park on Tuesday and we had an amazing experience. The staff is very attentive and professional, specially Natasha. I definitely recommend this place for birthday parties or just for a day of fun!

We had our daughter’s 8th party here and it was a fantastic party. The hosts were friendly and helpful, they organized a dodgeball game and were fun and interactive with the kids. The manager, Natasha, was incredibly helpful and even suggested a place where we could order amazing birthday donuts.The venue was incredibly clean and in wonderful condition and most importantly- everyone had an amazing time! We plan to have them host our other kids’ birthday parties as well. Awesome place!

We love this place, this place is absolutely massive, so much room for everyone to jump safely. Also the whole entire place is open concept, so you can see your kids from far away. Weekend gets pretty packed but thats the case for most of the popular places. We have attended a few birthday party, the staff was friendly, and orderly. Every-time we come here we had a great time.My son recently hurt his foot jumping, however, the manager on duty that day act quickly and gave up icepack, came talk to us and checked on us many times. We ended up getting a cast for my son, however, they have done everything right. From writing up an incident report, to refunding us money back for my son (it was only 5 mins in, when he hurt his foot). I really appreciate this kind of customer service.

Its really fun! It just gets kinda old after a while if you stay too long. You can only jump on trampolines for so many hours.

Today we celebrated our twins 5th birthday. Natasha has been nothing but overly accommodating throughout the planning of the party. She has answered my numerous emails with promptness and professionalism. Abby and Taylor were our party coordinators. They were very attentive to both the adults and the kids.I would definitely recommend having a party at Altitude Grapevine!

Grandsons second birthday party. For the most part everything was clean and organized. The womens restroom could have used alittle extra attention but it wasnt gross. Would definitely have another event at this location

We had my daughters birthday party at this location and had an amazing experience. Our party host was so attentive. She helped us carry in our items when we arrived, and was very attentive to our and our guests needs. She even helped me set up decorations since I was running behind! We highly recommend this location. The facility was very clean, and the manager, Natasha, and all of the staff at Altitude Grapevine were incredible! The kids had a blast jumping, and my husband and I were actually able to sit relax and enjoy ourselves. 10/10!

Great place and safe. My child loved the millions of trampolines and was definitely a great choice to run down the hyperactive batteries. The manager and her staff were really great and overall the experience is top notch. We will definitely come again.

We had our nephews B-Day at the Grapevine location and we all had the BEST time. Tasha stopped at our table and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. We will definitely be coming back

This is the friendliest place ever! And the staff is AMAZING!!! My kids and their friends look forward in jumping for 3 hours or more and hanging out with the staff. Make sure to get a membership because then you can come and jump FOREVER. As they jump, I get work done on my computer.

This was a great place to take my kids to release all the excess energy they have! The staff was friendly and I thought the price was reasonable. I liked that everything seemed clean. I also appreciate the court monitors and the good job they did watching over all the kids. It made me feel comfortable sitting at the tables to get work done while my kids played.

Went there Saturday evening and had the best experience ever, great place for kids and parents. I have to say there was a very small situation that I reported to a really nice employee who earlier had made us feel welcomed. Her name is Tasha, she handled it in a very professional way. Great place!!Please don’t go during peak hours.Otherwise; it’s an amazing place for birthday parties. I believe they provide pizza.The staff is young but very professional. They monitor the kids to make sure people are safe.

My sister and I took my four kids to this place for the first time to jump for two hours and it was fun until we realized the two young staff members were following us around way too closely and no one else. We were the only adults playing with their kids so I’m unsure why the other children weren’t being watched also. The male staff member also followed my sister to the restroom each time she went and or took my son. The prices are good and it’s a huge place for kids to get lots of energy out so I hope your experience is better but for us we won’t be returning to that location.

Altitude Trampoline Park is one of of my kids favorite places. We frequent the venue at least twice a week and hosted multiple birthday parties at this location. The staff is amazing and the General Manager is wonderful, compassionate and greets us by name when we enter the building. 5 star service for sure! Highly recommend and awesome deals throughout the week.

This place gets way more hype than it should. The signage when you walk in should clearly state Step 1 is the waiver and Step 2 is to pay. High school kids at the front desk were nice but need more customer service training (in addition to other staff around the facility). They have different jump areas but I think the space could have been laid out better. It would also be helpful to put screens on the walls showing the wristband colors with how much time is left so we dont just wait to hear it called when the jump time is up. Definitely wouldnt have a birthday party here. Overall, I can get more bang for my buck at other indoor trampoline places.

Had a birthday party, pizza party on a Sunday. It was great and my party host was great I only gave 4 stars because altogether we spent about $300 it was not enough pizza (they said they were large but seemed to be more like a small or medium.) I did try to request more pizza before the pizza arrived after seeing others.Also, I was clear during the planning my daughter didn’t like dodgeball and if they could do something else instead and was offered additional jump time or time in the foam pit. But they still pushed the kids to play dodgeball.Overall, although pricey the kids had fun and that’s what mattered.

For paying $56 for my kids to enjoy themselves. Don’t bother coming here before closing time. They’ll shut down way before they are supposed to close and cut music off just to force you out . Especially the kids working there will just stare at you waiting for you to leave. Definitely not returning back .

This is a fantastic place to let the kids burn off some energy. We attended a birthday party here and the hostess was great. If youre a big kid like me, youll enjoy jumping around and falling into the foam pit.

Altitude trampoline park is a great place to get out some energy. I have three young children so it’s hard to go in the summer with all the bigger kids bouncing around but toddler time during the school year is perfect! My kids can bounce from 10-1 for only $6.95! Even just going for a couple hours wears them out enough they don’t fight nap time. We have never left disappointed.

Love this place! Great music. Clean bathrooms, clean foam pit, free lockers for your belongings and awesome friendly staff.

Toddler time is the best. It is $8 for4 hours of jumping. They used to play Disney music during this time but stopped. I wish they would bring it back.

This is a large trampoline park if you compare it to the closest one. The entry for my son was free, since he was less than 3. Plus 1 for the nets which are covering out each and every trampoline area. The only thing which we didnt like was the loud music.

We celebrated my daughters 7th birthday here. It was perfect, absolute HUGE success! Thank you so much to Tasha & Andre who helped facilitate everything. Speaking from experience of the stress of planning/hosting a kids birthday, this was as easy as it gets. They setup the table before we even arrived (I dropped off the themed plates etc prior to the party - they provided them, but I wanted specific ones). The kids had a blast, and they even had a scheduled time to clear a trampoline area for a group photo! Even the adults had fun! I want to schedule MY next birthday party here!

Updated with pictures since y’all responded saying I never had a party there. The kids had a great time jumping but i was very disappointed in the staff, their customer service, pizza delivery, and Organizaton.It took an additional hour to seat us for our party, another family was in our place. And the staff was not aggressive about moving them out or finding us a new location.Tables were filthy.. and the attendant didn’t have anyone help him clean the space.We didn’t receive water or utensils.Our 12 pizzas sat up at the front for 30 minutes before it was served to us. So when it got to us it was cold. We’d been asking if that was ours and our table attendant kept saying no. We had to go get our pizza ourselves. And it ha don’t name on it sonit was definitely our parties pizza. They were quick to kick us out of our party zone at the original party ending time but didn’t discount it comp us for the time taken in the beginning.I paid for 2 parties at one time and had a large group. Had the exact amount of people and the manager tried to up charge me after their horrible service.We’ll never come back here again for a birthday party.My kids had a great time jumping but the staff full of teenagers ( understandable) and piss poor adult management was a disaster!

Me and my little brother come here every weekend and we never get let down to fun! Tasha is our favorite worker, she was with working here when we first started coming and when we come in and see her we are very excited bc she and all the other workers are so nice! See you next weekend:)

This place is fun and all but every time I go there I get the flu since they don’t clean the park very often and with people that have sprained their ankle before be careful.I would give it a 5 star if they cleaned the place more

Overall fun and good pricing, however I was appalled at the lack of parental supervision with a group of younger boys. One was being a bully to my son in the foam pit area and no parent in sight for over 30 minutes. Finally we just left as my son wanted to keep playing in that area and that kid wouldnt stop. Good pricing, fun place, however the social dynamic of letting your kid roam free while you are occupied is beyond me. Way to go grapevine.

Huge trampoline park in perfect shape. Nice staff. Overall a great experience! They have a lot of room to jump, rock climbing walls, foam pits, and multiple dodge ball courts.

Kids dont have to wear masks, but if staff catches anyone older than 10 with out a mask they will ask you to leave. EXTREMELY rude and quite frankly pretty stupid rule. If adults need to wear masks children should also be required to wear masks.

We visited this place for a birthday party. We werent impressed by the young staff that took 45 mins to bring water out to guests. There were 8+ employees at front desk, but, only 1-3 walking around andattending multiple parties.

My daughter celebrated her birthday here!!! Were arrived early, they already had our tables ready for us... The employee assigned to assist us during the party was very helpful and the party ran smoothly. Kids had so much fun. Definitely recommend. Clean place too, unlike some trampoline parks that can smell like feet.

Gorgeous! It is one of the best looking trampoline places Ive ever been to visit. Did their virtual tour and did extra panoramas just so I can show how beautiful this place is from one end to the other. I even told my friends and family to come check it out for party too. Been to parties at other trampoline places, none is like t his place. It is so beautiful! Definitely coming back!

The Park itself is wonderful and my son with autism and sensory integration dysfunction loves it! The problem is that EVERY time that Ive brought him here I have to create a new account on their dysfunctional computer system that never seems to retain our information. This takes my attention off of my son. This and $14per hour doesnt make it a very special needs family friendly place.

It is only worth going to for the specials. The hourly rates are ridiculously pricey. But if you do get the specials, you will get your moneys worth.

I visited this place a week ago, and my kid had such a good time. We let Altitude grapevine host our daughters birthday party and she just loved it. The general manager Tasha and managers on duty at the time, Lindsey and Amber, were some of the nicest people I have ever met. Our party host Jacob was such a delight and I highly suggest requesting him for your party! The pizza was great, the dodgeball was great, the setup was great, and the overall experience was amazing! I dont usually leave reviews often, but this place blew my mind!! Thank you altitude and staff for a birthday we will remember forever!

We have been to several birthday parties here. They are always fun and relaxed. The kids have a great time and it seems like the staff has fun too. The only thing I would suggest is to have the staff take charge a little more and be more proactive.

We were visiting grapevine and decided to stop here as we have never taken our 3 year old to a trampoline park. The facility was awesome, it wasn’t over crowded (spring break week) and everything was clean. Staff was monitoring which I thought was great and only one person allowed on the trampolines at a time preventing injuries! We will for sure visit again, our son had a blast!

Good trampolines but It kinda stinks in there because you cant wear shoes or normal socks you have to buy special socks to wear that have rubber pads on the bottom so I give four stars

I took my son to this trampoline park a couple weekends ago. It was a sat and very busy. We were greeted quickly with friendly faces. The manager Natasha was a huge help showing me the free lockers for personal belongings. We had a blast!!! We will definitely be back to this location specifically due to the customer service and clean fun atmosphere!

This is a large facility but it stinks in here. I think its mainly because they dont require socks. Also the staff the walks around to ensure safety are definitely over policing the kids. This place is also over priced to have so few features. Theres a large jumping area and two dodgeball arenas and two basketball goals. No concession & they dont allow outside drinks. I have a nine year old so Id like to think Ive seen a variety of fun kid places and this isnt even top material. The temperature was really good as well.

Altitudes in Grapevine is the BEST! Lots of staff, super-clean and a great value for both birthday parties or just an afternoon jump. The staff are young, energetic and really watch out for your kiddos.

We went here for a birthday party right away we were greeted with great and helpful staff. The park was very organized and clean with staff enforcing rules to ensure the safety of all the kids. I recommend to anyone looking to get out of the house for a day or to have a birthday party here, can’t been the positive attitude and of course all the fun had!

LOVE Altitude Grapevine!! Its my daughters favorite place to go!! She has autism and learning disabilities, and this place is our GO to for fun!! The staff and management are awesome...they always take time to say hello and make sure she is having a great time! Ive been to many trampoline parks, and this place is always very clean and doesnt have the funky smell many of them have. We ️ You Altitude Grapevine! Thanks for always making it fun for my Ella!

Jump! Jump! Jump! You know how it works. Theres one thing that separates this location from others. You can see almost all the trampolines from one spot. Theres a little walled off basketball area that obscures the view a little bit, but all in all, its much easier to find your kids here than at any of the other places Ive been to.

Love coming here with the kids always a clean facility and we have a ton of fun we love the D J they have on the weekends, anything we ever need the staff is always there to help us.

I just want to say thanks to Tasha(manager) and Carley(helped with the party) for making our sons 9th party awesome. They had a blast even during the craziness of the holiday crowd. I even messed up and forgot to add pizza to our party and they didn’t even hesitate and got it ordered and there in no time! Can’t wait to go back to visit the Grapevine location and we live around the corner from a different location. Keep up the great work crew!

Went for a birthday party with our daughter and she had a blast! I never even knew this place was there, despite being in the area frequently. For the activity side, I think its pretty good, I only give it 4 stars for the party set up. It seems to be a bit of an afterthought, with very small tables and limited space, a birthday party here should be for only the closest family or friends. Overall though, the kids all had a blast and it is something different to do.

Very bad service, I called to ask if I can go to this altitude because I got banned for 6 months for defending myself and the person who answered laughed and said if you didn’t tell me you could have came but you can’t now. Me and my boyfriend went on a Monday night. He was playing dodgeball and fell and somehow ripped a piece of skin off of his forehead and it was still hanging off. When this happened they didn’t stop the game he just walked off and went to the front. I don’t think they even cleaned the area where it happened. They didn’t have disinfecting cream, so I got some from my car and I gave it to an employee to put it on and he dabbed it on with a glove that wasn’t even on his hand...overall bad experience....

We had a fantastic experience at Altitude Trampoline Park in Grapevine,TX! Natasha and her team provided and excellent experience. All the employees are very professional. We highly recommend this place for your child’s party or events.

I had my daughters 6th birthday party here today and everything was AMAZING!! Fallon was a GREAT party host! Tasha had everything set up perfectly for us! We will definitely be back!

We brought three preschoolers here during a Wednesday morning, during a specific time for preschoolers. There were a good many kids there that werent preschoolers. It would be good if there were places where the littlest ones would be safe from big kids. Also, there was a little girl of about two who got separated from her mom and was crying and looking for her. It was just too big a place for those little ones. There were employees posted around the place, but lots of rules (like one person to a trampoline) were overlooked. Why have the rules if it is impossible to enforce them? Now, having said the negatives, there were also a lot of positives :) The children had a great time, and it was a pretty reasonable fee. There were benches right in the middle so that adults could sit and supervise the kids without having to be ON the trampoline part. They were pretty crowded though). And things were padded and enclosed and (for example, large posts holding up the roof had big pads wrapped around them; there was no way to fall off a trampoline on to anything hard). There were also some tables at the front if you wanted to have a snack or take a break for a while, but those were all taken because it was so crowded.

Visited tonight and the place was clean, the staff were great! Went to leave and my daughters car wouldnt start. The owner Jim (I think that was his name) stayed with us after all his staff went home and helped us get her car running so her and my 6mo. Old grandson could go home. Good man right there, caring and kind. We will definately be back! Thank you sir.

We have gone several times for toddler time with our little girl, and it is always a huge hit! She is 2 1/2, and even when she was younger loved it, as well as her older cousins. I think the adults have just as much fun. Lots of trampolines so you don’t have to wait to use them, and there is a lot of variety in things to do while there! We love it here!
