We LOVE this park! The playgrounds are wonderful. The park is large enough that it is easy to find a picnic spot that is private.
Well taken care of trails and facilities.
Millennium Park is one of my favorite places to ride my bike and enjoy nature
Great trails. Amazing scenery. Bathrooms need a bit of upkeep.
WOW did you screw up fishing at Pickeral Lake. You could have built the new walkway for walkers and fixed up the old one which was right over the lily pads and offered great fishing even little kids could drop a pole over the side. Now you have to cast your line forty feet to the lily pads, and on top of it you had no common sense and dumped wood pile snares between the new walkway and the lily pads not once but several times - next time you want to do ANYTHING related to a fishing experience consult me first because whoever did the rebuild was clueless on how to manage a fishing experience. You took one of the best family friendly fishing in the area and literally destroyed it. I could go on but you get the idea - zero stars
I like that they are trying to do something about the crazy water run off that had overtaken a majority of the paved trail by the highway underpass closer to John Ball Park, it is greatly appreciated, especially by those of us who like taking our pets for walks out that way - that water is really bad for them. Thank you so much
Always a fun place to get some exercise.
