This was a fun time with friends and working together solving a mystery. Our team solved it with about two minutes to the end. Awesome. Only thing missing was Scooby and the gang. lol

We enjoyed this escape room. There were 3 of us and we did the apartment scenario. It was challenging but not impossible. The employee name peter (we believe) was sociable and clear with instructions, as we had a member that had never done an escape room before. WE GOT OUT! Wed recommend this escape room.

Well thought out escape room experience. My friends and I were able to escape with four minutes to spare, which indicates a sufficient, but not impossible, challenge.

Ive done all the rooms at Locked 460 and theyve all been really good as far as story line, game elements, puzzle challenge. However I would NOT recommend booking the last room of the day. Our game master was trying to hurry us out by giving us many unsolicited clues which, as expected, caused us to escape with over 30 minutes left on the clock. We left feeling disappointed that we overpaid for a 60 minute experience that only took 25ish minutes. As soon as we stepped out of the room they were in there cleaning and locked the door behind us as we were leaving the building. It was very clear they wanted to get out of there early that evening.

Fantastic customer service by Mike, he was very helpful with my booking when I experienced an issue. From the time I contacted Locked 460 stating my confusion, until the time Mike helped me to resolve it, the time frame was less than an hour. I am very excited to bring my children here, and look forward to a great time at a company that obviously values its customers.

This escape room location has several different rooms with different styles and themes. Ive been here a couple of times and each time the host was very friendly and made the experience fun. Theyve got puzzles in the waiting room that give you an idea of what to expect in the rooms. The rooms change from time to time and I will definitely come back to try the rooms I havent done yet.

The best escape room. Period. I recommend Lous Garage. Some people think its a little easy but we didnt make it out, and everything in there was awesome. This whole place is well out together, well maintained, very clean, and exceptionally professional. I cant compliment this place enough.

Lous Garage was the perfect experience for a 7th graders birthday celebration. The level of difficulty was just right. Zayne, our Escape Master, was really friendly and encouraging.

Positives1. Very good themes for escape rooms2. Large rooms with lots of space that can fit large parties.3. There TV is loud and is easy to hear if a clue is given4. What puzzles they have are interestingNegatives1. LOTS and lots red herring2. The better escape rooms I have been in have had variety of puzzles to engage the group, including a basic search for numbers to open locks. At 460 they have very few puzzles and the entire time is searching papers for numbers to open locks. That is not bad when it is part of the escape room, but a serious drawback when it is the primary activity available in the escape room.3. Sparsely decorated- It means if you are stuck, there is no sense of direction of what you should do next. It feels like you have looked through the few items again and again and again and what else is there to look at?4. The game master- I feel the goal of a game master is to help the group have a positive experience and refocus when they have been stuck for a very long time (not a few minutes, but a while) Our game master gave us almost no help. A different game master who would give us some basic direction would have created a better experience for us.

We went as a group of six and experienced one of their tougher escape rooms. The puzzle design was well thought out. The room was challenging, yet the clues were reasonable and interesting. They monitor the rooms via cameras and did a great job being attentive when the group requested clues. The introduction to the story and rules were explained well, and the clue props got more interesting as you progressed. Afterwards they offer to take group pictures with signs and props. Also as a convenience they have lockers and keys to put your stuff in while you play. A well put together company with polite staff, offering a great time for groups looking for a fun evening. Definitely plan on going back for their other escape rooms!

I reserved a private room for my husbands birthday but the day we were suppose to do it, the power went out. They were very good about keeping me posted about what was going on and very accommodating. I would definitely go again!

Great experience! We had a large group and separated boys and girls into 2 different themed rooms. Our Game Master was awesome (and even let us girls taunt the boys for a second after we escaped from our room before they did), and the whole place was set up really professionally and with great props and decor. Highly recommend!

We had a blast! The staff was wonderful, and the room we completed was awesome!

What a great activity to do as a group. The room was challenging, but fun, and the game master was great at explaining/giving clues. I would definitely return to try the other rooms. The price is okay for a night out, they clearly use the money to keep a clean and maintained facility.

This was our second time playing through rooms here. We escaped both of them that we played. They were tons of fun, well thought out, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this Escape Room over others because its less expensive and its better quality too.

Such a fun experience! We did a room with a group ranging In age from 18 to 60 and everyone loved it! Richard was absolutely amazing and made the experience something that we will be going back for!

We had an awesome experience! The puzzles were challenging but doable and the room decor set the atmosphere perfectly. We will be making a return trip soon.

Great experience Kris was the game master and she was good. It was a challenge but as long as you have good communications between everyone you can solve these puzzles and escape.

Amazing! Most fun we have had in awhile. We escaped with only 9 mins on the clock! So exciting. Never a dull moment. I cant wait to go back! Very recommend if you want an hour of fun that uses your brain!

Well done escape rooms and GREAT staff! Hints were very timely and well done. Game hosts know what they are doing. Hints (or clues if you use one) are given through a screen. Will absolutely be back to do other rooms!

Took 5 adults and two kids, we had a great time staff was fantastic.

I would love to leave 4.5 stars if it were possible. My husband and I are escape room tourists and have done rooms all over the world. We brought my teenage cousins just before Christmas (it was their first time) and we did the saloon-themed room. We escaped with a little less than 10 minutes on the clock.Locked 460 does a lot of things right. First, the staff are great and have a good sense of humor. Each room has a designated game master who follows your progress and gives you hints. (Ours was Victoria.)Second, the puzzles are fun and fit the theme with few red herrings. It seemed like there were a lot of combination padlocks, however — maybe these could be switched out for different kinds of padlocks? (Directional, etc?) It felt like we were hunting for numbers all the time. It wasn’t horrible by any standard, but would’ve been refreshing to vary the mechanics a bit. (Like the chess puzzle! That was awesome!) The difficulty level of this room of 6/10 was accurate, in my view. None of the puzzles were super challenging — the real challenge was finding all the stuff to figure out the padlock combinations.The production value of the room is quite high — it’s clear that thought was put into the construction and there was custom work involved. Being in a room that feels less homespun adds to the immersion.We did experience a significant error in our game, which is the reason for the star deduction: due to an oversight when the room was being reset, the box containing the means of escaping the room was unlocked when we found it. We surmised the mistake and locked it so we could keep playing, but this would’ve been very confusing to a first-time player. If we’d have left it open and simply used the clue to escape, it likely would’ve shaved 20+ minutes off our time. Unfortunately, this felt like a “C’mon, you had one job to do!” moment. But I don’t believe this happens often, and it’s probably unlikely to happen again, as we reported it after finishing the room.In all, our experience was superb and provided great value compared to other GR-based companies. Definitely would return!
