My kids love this place. I think they’ve done great with maintaining a clean and safe environment and it will continue to be part of our family fun days for years to come.

The children had lots of fun and the plus for this place is you can leave an return the same day for a second round of playtime before they close at 6 pm. I love the fact that the age limit is up to 10 years old. Toddlers can play with out being trampled. Highly recommend this place.

This place has been a favorite for my daughter since she was 2 (now 6). The staff is friendly and things are kept clean. They have made check in easier with scan cards and improved their snack options. We have attended a birthday party and that seemed to go smoothly though we weren’t the hosts. Great facility!

If zero Stars was an option thats what I would choose. My daughter is 13 she is the size of a 10 year old they said she could not play. Because kids 13 do not pay attention to the kids around them. My daughter is great with kids I am about due to have a baby and cant play. My family will never be back. We did not even make it in because they said she couldnt go inside the play area. I was not about to leave my teenage daughter out where. Where we couldnt see her.

One of the best play venues for kids that I’ve ever been to and there’s a bunch where we live in the DC area! Our kids loved the huge amount of open space in the middle and the combination of bouncy castles/slides and a traditional play area. Quite the gem in Grand Rapids for sure!

Great place for infants, toddlers and kids! The only downside was they dont allow shoes in the whole area, including the bathroom, which seemed very unhygienic to me. I totally understand not having shoes in the play space, but you should be allowed to take shoes into the bathroom so you dont bring the bathroom germs back into the play area.

This was the 2nd time Ive been. The 1st time was a quiet visit with only a few families. This time, it was packed, 2 storefronts wide full parking, packed. Despite the numbers, there was enough to do that every kid there was in some kind of ecstatic mode, fervently playing without waiting. Running circles around the place. Unreal good time.I came with a 4 year old & 18 month old, both of whom absolutely did not stop to breathe for about 2 1/2 hours. There is sections for age ranges, & more than enough for both to do. Both also seamlessly played about wherever, the little ones needing slight supervision on big kid areas to avoid a couple spots.All in all, Ive seen it empty & full, & either way, its a great place to watch a kid go full mode.

All Ages, All Stages! And nothing to do with Guns!Catch Air has always delivered in entertaining all my kids, 2 years, 5, and nearly 8, at the same time. It is the perfect indulgence on a random day when the older kids dont have school, or the weather is too wet or cold to enjoy the playgrounds our neighborhood offers.I am surprised how many of the 1-start reviews are related to Catch Airs policy of being a gun-free facility. I appreciate and support Catch Air in this decision. Thank you!

It’s a great place for multiple ages, we have been coming here for over a year to burn of some energy! Kiddos always have fun and never seem to get bored. We love the bubble dance parties, and the toddlerArea . Facility is clean, fun, and it definitely aids in afternoon naps

Both my kids love this place! Its easy to just let them go. They offer food and drinks and the prices are not outrageous and its good quality, too! Plenty of healthy options! Could easily spend 4-8 hours here and tire my kids out! $20 for a day of entertainment is very worth it!

Fantastic place for small kids to play their brains out. Inexpensive with plenty of places to sit and watch your kiddos. Staff is constantly cleaning the equipment. A great place for sure.

We really appreciated our time at Catch Air today!! The play areas were clean and well maintained. The staff was diverse and kind! As a mom I enjoyed knowing my kiddos could run and play safely and contained. The *only* negative I notice during each visit is their terrible sound system. The kids are jacked for a dance party, lights are dimmed, bubbles flowing--and theyre met with a weak, high treble quiet sound system. Just some constructive criticism, however wont keep us from coming back.

It’s a good place especially when the air is cold outside. My kids love to go there but for sure we go few times a year during winter. The prices have gone up now. It’s 12$ per 3+ years kid.

Took my Nephew and sister here for the first time a week or so ago. Both are from out of town and have never experienced such a venue.The place was so clean and safe for my lil guy. Hes a tiiiiny bit accident prone, but with all of the corners and edges padded and everything pretty much safe guarded l, along with the added protection of their kind and courteous staff and surveillance system, I felt at ease to just allow him to just have fun and not be a helicopter Uncle. :)We definitely plan on coming back here again. It was such an awesome experience!Also, pro tip, be sure to be be there/leave at the start of every new hour for the cool lil dance party and bubbles! Such an awesome and cute idea! ️

A blastMy 3yr old had the time of her life here. A friend recommend I check it out and it was worth it. Its inexpensive and hours of fun.

Awesome place for the little ones, just wish some of the staff was a little more friendly. Last time we were there a staff member kept shaking his head & rolling his eyes when my older kids entered the toddler area (because their toddler brother was in there), I asked him if something was wrong, he replied very rudely, theyre not supposed to be in here!. He just didnt seem to have the personality it takes to work at a place like this.

Awesome place. My only complaint [not that anything could have really been done] was there was a group of around 10 year olds that were pushing around the younger kids on the slide and the cannon area.

Price is very reasonable and if your child has a birthday you get 25% off. They dont charge for adults and its not a to timed play where you have to pay hourly. I think they need more tunnels or one more jumping bounce house but otherwise its great. No one bothers you and its really good and used by younger kids

This is the perfect way to burn off excess energy in the little monsters. The staff is typically friendly and the owner is great! We have done several birthday parties here and they make it super easy!

Make sure your spouse and you arrive at same time to take kids. Even with my wife coming to front desk to meet me coming in after I got off work I could not go past front desk to see kids play. While I appreciate security this should be a common occurance of parents not arriving at same time sometimes and rules designed to confirm if obe guardian is in facility they could vouch for the other.

I wasnt sure how this place was going to be for a 22 month old, but it was a blast! Definitely recommend this if you just want to get out of the house with the little ones!

Overall, great for younger kids ages 10 and under. You dont have to worry about older teenage kids running them over here (like at some other places.) Socks are required for both parents and kids. If you forget, they do sell them for $2 a pair. They dim the lights and have a dance party with bubbles close to the top of each hour. The kids loved that. Its very loud and can be crowded, so be prepared for that. Check in for large groups who arent having a party can be tricky to get everyone paid for and hand stamped. (The check in area isnt very big and gets crowded fast since its also where people take off their shoes and stow them in cubbies.)There are several areas for parents to sit, including some picnic tables.Snack bar is fairly priced with decent drink options as well as snacks (chips, cheese crackers, etc). Healthy snacks are available too (grapes, carrots, cheese sticks), as well as pizza.

Catch air is great for the little ones. Ous son enjoyed it so much. It reasonably priced and they have a small food place. They sale pizz and hot dog drinks and snacks. There is plenty for the kids to do and adults can get involved with some of the play places as well. The best part I believe was when the let the kids have a little dance party and let the bubble machine run ( shown in picture). The one negative I have is it smells a little like feet but its to be expected because you dont were shoes.

Everything was great until a little kid started hitting and pushing kids on the slide. Other than that it was a good time. The staff was friendly and responsive. They had a nice selection of drinks too.We did not try any food while we were there.

Great indoor play for younger kids. My children are 3 and 1. I can comfortably go and let them loose while checking in on them every so often. Great open space with plenty of activities for the kids to enjoy and a decent snack bar to curb their appetites. They have a bubble dance party every hour which is definately a highlight for my two kiddos. Worth the price, especially on a rainy day.

Have not been for a while. Very uncomfortable. people were building towers with heavy block seats. Couple of wild children. Actually kind of mean. Lady said they come a lot so I took that to mean their behavior is acceptable.People that work there just stood and talked to each other. We are used to a very attentive Altitude.Really loved this place when it was new. Its fairly clean but thats about all. Sad.

The staff is so rude. I only gave it one star because I had to, to write a review... Maybe hire people who actually like working with children. Wont be coming back and will be telling other parents about our experience.

Why would a place that is focused on having kids come play close at 6pm on Wednesday and like 7 other days. Theres barely like an hour to get the kids off the bus and over there.RESPONSE TO OWNER:Just anecdotally. During the school year Ive given up trying to come there due to these hours. The only kids who can make it during this time frame are kids home from school sick, which again is a knock compared to every other family fun center.

This place is awesome! We took our 3-year-old there for the first time and she had a blast (and fell asleep in the car within 5 minutes of leaving)! The play areas are big enough that adults can stick with little ones and because going down giant slides is fun at any age!

Bring your kids here. They have plenty playground area. Its indoor so you dont have to worry about the weather. A bit crowded when they have party booking event. The price also affordable.

This is a fun place for kids. My toddlers had a blast here. My one year old loved the big slides and running all over. My two year old loved climbing over everything. What I didnt like was that there was discarded food scattered on different seats by other parents. Its not the business fault. If the seating for only eating could be grouped in an area to the side, thatd be better. A bigger dance floor and coat area would be ideal too.

Took my sisters here and they absolutely loved it. You only paid for kids so teens and adults are free because theres nothing really there to do for them, but so many things for kids to do. There is blow up the jungle gym things there is a dance party section which they will turn the lights off and turn around like a disco ball and Bubbles complain out while music is playing for the kids to dance to, theres a ball pit, there is a gymnasium part and they had such a blast. Definitely recommend to any mom or person who is trying to entertain little kids.

Safe and clean. Those are the two things I expect, and I got them. I was impressed by the sheer size of the play space: this is quite the expanse. It would be a five star review but for a strange occurrence as we were leaving: the entire staff disappeared. There was no one at the reception, no one at the concessions, and no one on the floor. Lunch time meeting maybe... but they shouldnt leave the entire premises without employee eyes.

Really happy with the price and the set up. My granddaughter had a blast. There was alot to keep her busy. Will be back and tell all my friends.

Place is well maintained and safe for little kids. My only gripe is the fluctuatationg of prices and the inconsistencies of friendly staff members. Other than that I would highly recommend to take your kids here. Its fun-filled and your kids will definitely be kept busy. The Disco ball bubble party is so much fun!

One of the staff members made my 6-year-old cry for playing with his 2-year-old and 4-year-old sisters in the little play area. Apparently he is allowed to sit in that area but not play at all. So they made him stop playing with his two little sisters and sit and watch them play. The staff member also had the audacity to explain all of this to my 6-year-old directly, when I was standing right there. The manager apparently sees nothing wrong with any of this.

I just had my daughters 4th birthday party at Catch Air on October 5th and can not say enough WONDERFUL things about this place! The owner was amazing and worked SUPER hard to make the birthday special. The staff was unbelievable and SO great! I literally had to do nothing and they took care of everything! They even helped me to set up some Paw Patrol decorations I brought in. The pizza was also very good and MANY of my guests commented on the fact they loved the pizza. Sometimes these places are not great with the food they offer but that is not true with Catch Air. I even had a family member say they would go back just for the food!! My dad had so much fun he said Catch Air should be open Saturday nights just for adults so they could all play too! LOL They had a slide show of pictures of my daughter by the dance floor and went out of their way to make the day unforgettable and magical. I would suggest anyone looking for a party venue to check out Catch Air Grand Rapids. You will NOT be disappointed. I dont ever write reviews, either negative or positive, but in the case of Catch Air I had to write because they deserve the recognition. It is the BEST place I have had a birthday party for my daughter and we have gone to different places every year. I will probably do this again next year as all had so much fun! I love this place bc management is very understanding that I have a special needs child! Very friendly too.

I went there withy preschool class and all of my kids had a fantastic time. They were totally worn out after. The fact that the climbing gym was large enough for me and my fellow teachers to fit in.was awesome. It made it really easy to make sure all of the kids were ok and it was really easy to get to them of they needed help or something. The staff was also really accommodating for a large group. And the dance party was a huge hit with the kids.

Why cant I get a returned phone call to book a birthday party?! I have called and left a message before. Today I called and the woman who answered not only claimed that she checks voicemails daily and didnt get mine, but also was too busy to help me but would be sure to call me back before the end of the day. 8:35pm and somehow I dont think I will be getting that guaranteed phone call back. What a joke! So disappointing and disgusting.

Great place for 3-10ish year olds. They also have a small section for younger kids. Perfect for rainy days when your kids are bouncing off the walls at home.Seems clean, Ive noted multiple employees walking around sanitizing each time Ive been there, reassuring they at least attempt to limit spread of germs. Bathrooms are clean, which is important, given youre not wearing shoes.Everything is padded and in reasonably good condition. No exposed foam or corners noted.Entry fee for myself and my 3yr old was 12 bucks. Not Terrble for the 2 hrs we stayed.Pizza slices are nothing to write home about, but are only 2$. Sodas by the bottle and such are 1.25 to 2.00 so food and snacks arent overpriced.

Me&my went here for my grandsons birthday and we had a blast! Im getting too old for this but I LOVE IT! I actually went on the BIG SLIDE with my Grandbabiez &it was GREAT!

Absolutely wonderful facility. Its full of activity for the little ones and ample seating for lounging adults. Everything has a padded feel and I feel safe letting my kids play here for hours when winter/summer arent cooperating weather-wise. Ive never not seen the staff members cleaning and their work shows. Unlike visits to Chuck E Cheese or places like that, my kids dont end up sick a few days later with the plague.

My grandson had a riot! Lots to do there and it kept him very busy. It was really crowded when we went but everyone was nice.They had a bubble time which was neat and the kids really loved that. They also took care to make sure no one went in or out without the appropriate children. You can never be too careful and this place took it seriously. Be prepared to have fun with your children and wear socks..no shoes allowed :)
