Purchased a puzzle that was missing two pieces. After emailing customer service, I received a very fast response and was offered a replacement. I have to say that their customer service is fantastic!

These puzzles are a travesty to the puzzle world. Too pixelated and every piece fits together so it really makes you question every piece coming together and takes away from the enjoyment. If you see a puzzle with the reflective art seal, RUN!! For this seal is the mark of the devil and will make you hate everything and everyone around you. Do not recommend
